They had my car for a month. I had to repeatedly ask about status of the repairs I had requested. They lied to me about what they were doing, they charged me for services they clearly didnt perform because if they had they would have realized 3 weeks earlier their lack of skills as mechanics couldnt fix what I brought the car in for. The proceeded to yell at me about the repair they promised me they could do, fix a hydraulic motor for a convertible top. When I say they yelled at me the one mechanic was screaming at me over the phone and the other guy then proceeded to threaten me about getting the car. All because they, after a month, realized they had to remove the whole top to fix the motor. I knew this going into it because the repair is a common one with forums on how to execute the repair. They are terrible mechanics and worse humans.
I called to inquire about service for my vehicle. He agreed to complete the requested services and gave me a price. We set a time for me to drop off the car the next day. I drop the car off and we speak the next day regarding final price and mysteriously the price has changed by several hundred dollars. I asked several questions regarding why the price changed and the warranty company status and he raised his voice and cursed at me. I told him to never speak to me like that ever again. I then told him whatever work he had done was all he needed to do. I would be picking my car up immediately. We arrive and he starts ranting about people changing their oil at the gas station and not taking care of their luxury cars. This guy was disturbed. I kindly informed him that I usually change my oil at the dealer and have never been to a gas station for an oil change, which I’m not really sure why that mattered. My service records were all in my glove box, so I’m not sure why he was accusing me of not changing the oil. I was there for recommended services (oil and trans flush). Long story short, if you have other options use them. This place doesn’t care about how they speak to people or providing any type of decent customer service.I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to complete the service that he didn’t finish.
Great knowledgeable people and very honest about their prices. Will definitely return for their expertise
I took my 1972 Volkswagen Beetle in for repair last winter. My brakes were locking up and the car would die out on me occasionally. At first, he told me my brakes were on backwards, which didnt seem right, then he called a day later to say my brakes are fine. In the end, I spend $600 for absolutely nothing. Im not even sure what he fixed. The car still dies out and the brakes were still locking up. Luckily, Ive found a great repair shop near me and he is fixing the brakes, which were in terrible shape, and a fuel leak which Wolf Auto said they fixed. Basically, I have no idea what they did to my car and what I paid for.
Awesome service the best around they treat me Dez like in there real family.. reasonable prices to
Buncha price gougers.
Im driving a 1998 e320. Took it in for oil change and safety check. Owner took me through everything and answered all of my annoying questions with great explanations and visual demonstrations. I will absolutely be back!Oh. And great prices on the oil/filter change with great products.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Ive never had such amazing service at an auto shop. I was on my way back from South Carolina, driving to Minneapolis and broke down. They started working on my car right away, even though they had other cars before mine to work on. They were very sympathetic and understanding. Very knowledgeable. I couldnt have made it home without them! Im so happy I went to Wolfs Foreign Auto Service!! Thank you!
Great to do bizness with good people !
They were the best, they got me in and out. And gave me a great price.

Wolfs auto has been my preferred mechanic shop for about 7 yrs and counting. He his honest and dependable. I have never visited the shop twice for the same problem.I will recommend him without a doubt.
I trusted them with my BMW, reasonable and fair. Very knowledgeable, they are my go to for repairs.
Great service and reasonable repair prices compared to dealer repairs.
Honest, courteous, good people. We are happy with the service they did on our sprinter. Professional and skilled.
Great foreign car auto repair business ran by father and son with integrity. Good communication with customers.
This place served as a lifesaver for me. It was nice to deal with some honest mechanics for a change. I own a VW beetle and took it to the dealer for repairs during the first year or so. Big mistake - They charged me ridiculous amounts. Though it is a Volkswagen and I understand maintenance is expensive, the pricing on their part was outrageous. I asked around and somebody recommended Wolfs Foreign Auto repair. Best decision I have made during my time as a foreign car owner. Tony was honest and straight-forward about what repairs I needed and explained why I was paying what I was paying. Each time I had my car serviced here, I called around to see what others would have charged. Tony by far offered the best price. (Im talking saving literally hundreds of dollars) I would recommend this place to anyone interested in saving some cash on their vehicles - especially if you own a Volkswagen. Even more so if its a beetle, considering 99% of the repairs require disassembly of most of your car.
Great guys! Very helpful and knowledgable when I brought my BMW in.
Honest and efficient. Wont pull the wool over your eyes to make an extra few bucks. I will never go to anyone else, not even my dealership. Tony is wonderful!
These guys are a joke. After having my car for almost two months. They tell me weekly they will fix my car. Finally they call and tell me it requires an ignition module and it would cost $2200.00 to replace it. This is a 1986 Porsche we are talking about. So I tell them no way can I spend that kind of money on that old of a car. I bring the car home order an ignition module from eBay new for $50.00 get it home have another mechanic come to install it only to find out it dosent even have one. It was a bad coil all along. These guys are just no Damn good especially the younger guy there .Be careful these guys are real jerks.
Had this place replace my leaking valve cover gaskets for $600+ on my Audi in Feb of 2013 and they installed USED PARTS it seems according to the Audi tech. Now they are leaking and faulty and when I called I got some guy who asked what my problem is oh well and if its more than one year we dont care. he said he could maybe do something if it was within a year since their warranty is a year. Wow. what a scam. used parts, rude customer service, and no warranty on parts. STAY AWAY
I had car trouble while driving to Chicago, and had AAA tow it here. Spoke to the guy the next day and opted to fix it myself, while agreeing to the diagnostic charge. He said he would be here until 5pm and I said I would be there. However when I showed up just after 4, place was locked up tight and car was locked in lot. I was forced to pay for a hotel I couldnt afford and a taxi the next day to the shop. When I arrived the next day they were extremely rude and repeatedly told me that it wasnt their problem. The owner told me quote Im not here for you which as an experienced customer service manager strikes me as the wrong attitude to take with your customers. The games he played SEVERELY affected me and placed me in a situation that threatened my life just because he was upset I wouldnt shell out $300 for a $100 part and 15 minute install. In short if youre ever in northwestern Indiana dont go to Wolfs auto care.
I called regarding a repair to my 1992 Volvo. The person who answered barely took the time to listen to what I had to say before hanging up. Very rude and unprofessional.
Do great work
