I absolutely love this Beauty Supply Store. They have EVERYTHING and the staff members are always friendly. The prices are standard but they have a large assortment of hair and hair care products etc. You can’t go wrong shopping at this location. I live in Illinois but work in Merrillville so I pass many Beauty Supply stores just to come here!

I love M&M, been going to many of their locations for years. They always have a big selection to choose from and they carry products that you would have to order online otherwise. Love them

One of my favorite places I like to visit when I come to Indiana. They have what Im looking for. Living in Vegas you would think I would have a large selection but everything is always out Im stopped. So when I come to Eminem I dont have to worry about that

Cidney is always unbelievably helpful. I love her. I just come for her. She helped my daughter find the best products for her first lace install. Awesome service !! They are more expensive than the beauty supply near Home Depot but service is awesome.

OMG the guy on the register has no customer service. I spoke when I came in just a stare he looked as if he didnt want to be there ABSOLUTELY NO COUTH. There was also a black guy there he was very helpful.

They have a great inventory and very clean and organized.

Always quality, and easy to exchange or return an item! The guys in there are so nice! They open early sometimes which is always a huge convenience when you need something!

I really wish I didn’t have to give any stars! I can’t believe how bad I was treated! I walked into the store and one guy(cashier) or owner not sure who he was but he was on the phone when I walked in, he did not acknowledge me at all. I proceeded to walk to the back of the store a little confused on where things were, I happened to pass by an older guy also on the phone, he also ignored me! When I realized that I really wasn’t going to get any help! I yelled hello, when the older guy came to me he pointed out a sign that said self serve, I didn’t notice the sign at first so that was my fault although I didn’t want to go behind their counters! He said as he walked away I need to read! I had no time to go anywhere else so I got my items and took them to the front and the young guy was still on the phone laughing and not trying to help me at all! I feel so bad for spending my money in there! I was treated really bad and I’ll never spend my money there again! Wow I really allowed someone to treat me like that! I never write reviews but this place treated me so bad I had to write one.

This beauty has HIGHER prices than compared to others. They sell expired chemical priducts and when you ask for a refund and or product exchange they will literally stand there and yell at you like they didnt just sell you expired chemical products that could potentially harm your skin and hair. I have also noticed that they racially profile. They will stand around staring you down as well as follow you through the store. I no longer shop with them. I dont know about everyone else but You cant treat me like a criminal or as though i have committed and or committing a crime and expect me to hand you my money. No thanks
