The professionals at Mobility Works made the process of buying a car stress free from start to finish. My father has a power chair and sits high in the seat so our options were somewhat limited by what he could fit in, but Mobility Works coordinated among several of their locations to find a car for us that met all of our needs. They made sure we had all of the safety equipment we needed to start driving right away and helped get the car to where we needed it to be. They also worked with several banks to get us excellent financing options. We are glad we chose Mobility Works and feel very good about our purchase. This van has already greatly improved our quality of life.

Mobility Works in Merrillville, IN is amazing!!My husband ended up in a wheelchair and I rented a Braun Mobility van from Tiffany at Mobility Works in Merrillville to bring him home from Shirley Ryan in Chicago, because he was in a power wheelchair and I needed to get him and the wheelchair home!After that I continued renting a Mobility van, so I could get him to therapy. Jim and Tiffany couldn’t be any nicer, but realized this was getting very expensive to constantly keep renting, so both of them went out of their way looking for a nice used Mobility van for me!They found me a really nice 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, which I ended up buying. I’m very happy with my Mobility van and I can’t thank Jim and Tiffany enough for all their help and hard work finding me the perfect van!!I highly recommend them 👍👍

Becoming very dissatisfied with the company...purchased a 2019 grand caravan in october 2020...was told at the time of purchase that the company would buy the van back when i know longer needed it; my husband passed away in Feb 2021...i went back to speak with Jim on Feb 24th about buying back the van...5 weeks later, nothing has been accomplished...im getting the run around from Jim...had to call the corporate office myself on March 26, 2021...hoping to get some satisfaction from them!

After renting a wheelchair accessible van in Merrillville yesterday, I give my highest recommendation. Had never even seen the inside or operation of this type of van and was very anxious about renting one. Tiffany was wonderful during the scheduling process to make sure we had the best van for my tall husband and our wheelchair dimensions. When I picked up the van Tiffany thoroughly showed me how to operate the doors, ramp, wheelchair restraints, remote, and everything else that customers have had questions about. We rented a nearly new Dodge Grand Caravan SXT in beautiful condition.We previously scheduled a wheelchair van service, but they were late and we had to cancel a medical appointment. They cant guarantee pick-up or return times. Although it took 40 minutes each way to drive to MobilityWorks for a rental, having reliable and timely transport is definitely worth it!

I used to use a different company to repair my wheelchair van but was fed up with the poor customer service and poor quality of work done. Then I saw that MW opened near me so I decided to give them a try. As of now Im very pleased with the customer service and quality of work done.

My sons accident happened 9 years ago. Which resulted with a traumatic brain injury. It took 9 years to get my financial situation back in good standing.Mobility Works from the minute I walked in the door were helpful above and beyond. I had a certain amount to work with and not only did they stay within that budget they were able to get me a newer year vehicle then I ever thought I could get.A HUGE THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!I now can easily take my son places that we couldnt of done before.

I have to say this company is unprofessional, egregious, unfair, and disappointing of how they treat a human being. I previously left my employer to come work for MobilityWorks thinking I was getting a better opportunity and be closer to home instead I was treated poorly by them. I was training for 4 days and was told by my recruiter and not by the supervisor and trainor, told that I was not good enough nor learning in which I felt it was unfair as I was only training for 4 days! And instead of talking to me they just had my recruiter do it. And now I am unemployed and have to figure out how I can pay my bills and not lose my home in the process. I feel this company needs to have more patience and better recruiting system if they want to hire people who can work up to their standards. You guys need to do better.

Was so excited to see that Mobility Works came to Indiana late 2019. I purchased my 2nd accessible van from Mobility Works October 16th 2020. First one I purchased in Plainfield IL in 2013 and had exceptional customer service there. Now my 2nd one from the Merrillville office. Im excited to have them so close for any vehicle maintenance. Jim and Tiffany were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their vans for sale. Again exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend visiting them for all of your accessible vehicle needs.
