Given that we are currently experiencing this public health emergency, I dreaded having to take in my vehicle in for a warranty repair, but the service department went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate my needs (even though I had scheduling conflicts and there was distant involved for me to drop off). Everyone was extremely professional and had a great attitude!

I am so grateful for Randy and the service department at Southlake Nissan! I went in for my routine oil change and tire rotation and they notified me of an axle leak and my tie rod was having some issues. They got everything repaired for me and got me on my way. Thank you for taking care of my Rouge, I know that my grandson is in a safe well maintained vehicle!

My sales person was Emilio he was awesome from start to finish. I explained to him my situation and he assured me that they would work to get me a vehicle. In 2 hours I was driving off in the car I wanted at the exact price listed with a affordable monthly payments. They didnt try to cheat me in anyway and included a lifetime warranty. Called ahead of time for maintenance appointment and new tires. Was told there were tires in stock to choose from and provided a courtesy vehicle while I waited. Was given the wrong price for some of the maintenance issues, but they honored the prices and combined it with an online coupon I had as well. Always great service both professionally and personally when I have work done to my car.

Dont buy from here. They fixed my truck several times but didnt fix it and caused more problems. They fixed a o leak and now I got a coolant leak. I had some body work that needed addressed or that was owed to me and its now coming off 3 weeks later. So just wanted it right but got half ads workmanship. So be it will never go back dont suggest anyone buying a cat here

I brought my mom here last week to look at the new Telluride and a Sorento. The Tellurides are selling so fast they cant keep them on the lot! So, we looked at the 2019 Sorento EX V6. Earl Nymeyer, a Sales Professional (Hes been selling cars for 39 yrs), was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and has a laid back approach which makes you feel at ease. We discussed several buying options and different trims of the Sorento. His experience is unmatched! My mom was able to purchase exactly what she wanted at the price she could afford. If you want to buy a new or used car call Earl!! Tip: Stop buy Albanese Candy Factory and pick up a bag of peach rings and/or chocolate covered peanuts to give Earl and youll already have the upper hand with him. Theyre his favorite! :)I also want to give a shout out to the financing department, service, and parts departments as well. Im just had my oil changed, tires rotated, and a free car wash for my car. Everyone Ive come in contact here at Southlake Kia have been great!

Put $2,000 down to hold a truck. Had all financing paperwork approved. Husband was at the airport to fly to IN to pick up truck, when we got a call that they sold it to another person. What kind of dealership does this to someone. So disappointed I cant even tell you. This was going to be my sons 16th birthday present today. My family and I went in looking to trade in a 2013 Sorento with high miles and still a lot left on the loan. We told the salesmen on the Kia side and on the Nissan side that we wanted 3 cars for around $300 each (of course you go lower than your max). They were able to put all 3 of us in the cars we wanted, and with the extras we paid for, we were at or below $400 each and the took care of the trade that we thought would be a nightmare. Thank you to Mike and Emilio for all their hard work with the management staff and financing to get the deal done in a way we were all happy. Ive bought cars from Southlake before (Dodge and Kia) and this by far was the smoothest, easiest, and best car buying experience we have ever had. We have a few more that needs cars in the family. We will go see Mike and Emilio again for sure!!!

I called in to get more information on a Hyundai Elantra and a Kia Forte.The Elantra I was inquiring about was no longer available, but there was another one listed online so I asked about it. Michael was the first person I spoke to on the phone, told me the Elantra was being negotiated. He said he would hold the Forte until I made it to the dealership, I told him I really wanted to compare the two cars and would wait until the people looking at the Elantra made a decision because I was driving 2 hours to see it. About an hour later he lets me know they left and didnt purchase the car. I call back and ask him if he can hold it for me. He says he cant do that.Why could he hold the Forte but not the Elantra? This came off as strange to me so I decided to call them back.I called the dealership and spoke with a different salesman and he told me the Elantra had been sold yesterday.I dont think there ever was a Hyundai Elantra available for me....I understand car dealerships are meant to be a little pushy, but to flat out lie is just wrong.avoid Michael
