Had gone to get the microphone fixed for Motorola (still under warranty). This was the second time that issue came up. The first time, Motorola sent a new handset and the same problem persisted. The guy was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The was able to clean/fix the issue in under 10 sec.. I brought my phone in to have a new glass put in. That was done and done correctly. I then paid for a protective glass and the left side does not work unless I press really hard, and it takes several times to make it work. I know whoever tested this knew it, and still didnt say anything to me. I drove back to my home in Hammond before I realized it. I had paid and now I didnt matter. smh. Not a happy camper, because I feel swindled/deceived. Because I am elderly, and not computer savvy. I feel I was taken advantage of.

I went here the other day because I needed to get the back of my iPhone 10s fixed. It was cracked all on the back. I also needed a new screen protector for my phone and one for my Apple Watch. They were able to fix my phone in about 2 hours! The totally price for the repair and the screen protectors was very reasonable! It was cheaper to get all 3 of those things at CPR Phone Repair than many other cellphone repair places. Plus, my phone looks and works great now! I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick, easy, and reasonably priced repair for their devices.

Great service! The glass on the back of my phone was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was in and out in under 20 mins. The guys there are very professional... highly recommend for cell phone repair.

It was incredible. I walked in and was helped immediately and I had two fixes. The first one he did at no charge, and the second he said would take approximately 40 minutes, but only took 30. I would highly recommend them! Great service, great pricing and fair!

So here’s my thing i’ve been here many time but recently i’ve been noticing a pattern i use to love this place but when i told them how when i use my phone the touch is off of what i acually click they replaced the screen for free because the last time the screen was still sticking out when i got it back and nothing really has changed my phones touch is still off and still is messing up so i believe they did something internally to it so i had to keep going back and it’s getting annoying but the people are wonderful i just would like them to fix it and me never to go back for at least over a year

They replaced the ZAGG cover on my phone. The customer service was quick and helpful. It was only $10 for the warranty replacement. This location in Merrillville on Highway 30 stays open an hour later than the Schererville location, which is helpful for working people. Check them out for cellphone and tablet protection.

I brought my xbox 1x here because the hdmi port decided to stop working. Apparently there is a chip that goes bad. Its a common problem with Xbox.Anyway, I called CPR since it was right down the street. The guy pretty much knew what was wrong right away. I dropped it off on a Saturday. He told me they would probably have it done by Monday. Few hours later my phone rings and its them telling me its all fixed! Works perfectly now. Very quick service, friendly guys that work there, and not too expensive. I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever have problems with any electronics again. 5 stars!

I took my phone here in hopes to backup my completely destroyed iPhone. I had never backed up my iCloud before so I had quite a bit of information I wanted to transfer to my new phone. These guys were able to backup and restore EVERYTHING from my old phone. I didn’t expect it to work especially with the extent of damage I had on my phone, so I’m more than satisfied. My Galaxy S7 phone needed a new battery and Best Buy, Batteries Plus, nor UbreakIfix wouldnt touch it. Too risky. Well, the two young men at CPR in Merrillville, IN assured me they do them frequently and could do it in 30-35 minutes! And they did! Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, polite young men. I was very impressed with them and their work. I highly recommend CPR in Merrillville. And while there, have lunch at Aladdin Pita restaurant a couple doors down. Its wonderful too!!

These guys are awesome! I called multiple other cell phone repair businesses to fix my iPhone X issue and they said they couldn’t do it. CPR Merrillville said they could handle it no problem. They ordered my part the day I called and it was perfectly repaired the next day for a very reasonable price. They were polite and professional to both myself and my wife. I was very impressed and I absolutely recommend this business!

Setting up an appointment was very easy online. I went in to get my screen fixed for my iPhone and it was done in about 45 minutes. When I received my phone, it looked like new!

Stole my ram. I went to this establishment a few years ago and thought that it would be a nice place to get my devices repaired. When my laptops screen broke (hp dark side special edition) which when I brought it in had 8GB of ram, recently I was looking through my setting one day and thought it was odd that suddenly I had 6GB of ram. Opened up my computer and saw that there was 2 sticks of ram one blue and the other green, one 4GB the other 2GB. I looked up my specs for my computer and there was supposed to be 1 stick of 8GB. To further support my claim there was stickers on the ram that said HP replacement and no one had been in the computer since i brought it to this place. Thanks for the slower load speeds and website load I will let everyone I know to avoid this awful place. they thought I wouldnt notice because there is a 6GB configuration but i ensured I bought the 8GB

This family owned business does a phenomenal job! They are knowledgeable and have repaired several of our phones over the past couple years. After dropping off our phone, within an hour or two the repair is complete and they are calling for me to pick up the phone. I love doing business with CPR! Highly recommended!

This is a little late, but in summer 2018 I was facing issues with both my HTC One M8 and HTC 10. Mohammed went above and beyond any expectation to make sure my phones were serviced properly. He was honest and realistic about my options and accommodated my needs when unexpected issues arose with both phones.He was able to diagnose a motherboard issue on the M8 and only charged me for the battery replacement. When the repair for the 10 was not looking good, he arranged for a replacement of the phone as a trade-in so I would have a phone with a working fingerprint scanner. I did not take him up on it because I wanted to keep my original phone, and the scanner did eventually work, but the gesture stuck in my memory.To this day, I dont know if I have had a better customer service experience. I am writing this review in retrospect because I am currently recommending this CPR location to a friend!

THE go to place for cell phone repair! Ive gone here a few times for warranty screen protector replacement and today while my protector was being put on, i was very impressed with the staffs knowledge and professionalism dealing with myself and other customers that came in.

Extremely fast, accurate, and friendly! They fixed the screen on my old iPad Air for only 90 bucks and had it done in under 2 hours! I strongly recommend these guys, they rock!

This place is awesome!!! I took my computer in Friday 3 minutes before closing. The guy was very professional and kind. I asked if it would be done by Saturday(the next day😳)because I needed it for work knowing that was a stretch. He told me they would call me and let me know. Took my iPhone X into C.P.R. In Merrillville the following day after accidentally dropping it in a swimming pool for the guys to analyze and see if they could repair it - A few hours after dropping it off they said after inspection that it looks like my phone just needs a new OLED screen and it seems to be functioning normal - I authorized the repair and picked it up within an hour, could not be more pleased and happy that they were able to save my phone plus save me quite a bit of $$ as well - I will tell everyone I know about these guys and this will be the first spot I go to if I ever have a problem in the future - Thanks again!!

This shop is phenomenal and is my new go-to place for electronics repair. Replaced a part inside my Macbook that had failed. They took 2 hours (lucky to have the part in store) and did it for half the price Best Buy charges for the same service. Very friendly!

I was very pleased with my experience at CPR (Cell Phone Repair). All of the technicians and sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my cell phone in under 2 hours!

My Mac Book had a bad circuit board and wasnt worth the cost of repair. However CPR/IFix diagnosed and rebooted the system at no charge. I am able to use my Mac Book at a limited level and it will get me by while a shop for a replacement. They informed that it is a RAM chip issue which is built into the circuit board. Armed with that knowledge I am only opening one tab at a time and avoiding sites that require a lot of RAM. Thanks guys!

I took my phone in due to my battery was failing and it made the screen come out of the seal of my iPhone 5. The service was fast they quoated they the repair would take 30 min, I believe it was less than that. The cost for the battery replacement was a good price. I would recommend any one who needs a battery replacement for an iPhone 5 or any other repair service for any popular devices.

They do efficient and quality work! Very satisfied. There were some bugs on the computer that didnt exist before the repair, however overall I was pleased.

Great group of people! Had an issue with settings on my Galaxy 6 after switching carriers. Carrier wouldnt even answer, wanted me to buy a new phone. CPR took me as a walk in, fixed it in 5 minutes, NO charge! They do computer repair too, Im bringing in one next week for them to repair. Let you know how that goes too. 👍👍

Phenomenal work! Ive never had problems with my phone after being fixed. I took my phone to get my cracked screen repaired at a different place and after it was super glitchy, I took it back and basically the people said i was SOL. But CPR is amazing and the staff is really nice!

WOULD RATE ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. Had an iPhone 6s with a bad battery went there to get it replaced and said it would take an hour, then they called me back up and they did more testing and there was a bad chip in the motherboard. Went and picked the phone up with a new battery it died and never turned back on. We called and they said that’s why we said don’t let it die because it won’t turn back on. Never told us that and how would that even happen if the battery was replaced?? Whole thing is just shady I don’t think they knew what they are doing or talking about. We told them what happened and didnt offer to do anything just told us there is nothing we can do. Would not come here. ZERO STARS
