I took my phone in for a cracked screen. I paid $90 and they fixed it but by the time I got home I noticed a small crack in the corner. By morning it had spread and I took it back in to show them and figured since it had been less than 24hrs they would honor it and replace. What they told me was that it was perfect when they gave it to me, so its not their problem that it broke again. I told them I had done nothing to crack it and I believed the screen was defective and I would like it replaced since they offer a warranty, however their warranty doesnt cover the phone screen being defective unless they notice it before you walk away!!! Really!!! The kid working there was very unprofessional and not willing to work with me and now I am out $90 and still have a cracked phone screen. Never again!!!!!

My cellphone needed the screen replaced. I had another of the same phone that was broken but the screen was fine. Donna switched out the screens in a very timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Two months ago we brought in an IPhone 6 with a broken screen to get “fixed”. Everything looked fine and the phone worked... for one month until it would not charge and had overheating issues. We took the phone back to see what the issue was and not only were they unable to fix the phone, but they completely broke the phone. Now instead of charging issues, the phone did not work at all. After having the phone inspected, we found that the screen and much of the inner parts had been replaced by cheap, off-market items. The Kiosk said they were not liable and could not do anything. Now we are stuck with a phone that does not work, all of the data is lost, and, because it has off-brand parts (more than just the screen, meaning they likely salvaged other properly functioning Apple parts and replaced them with cheap replacements to make a quick buck) it can not even be sent to Apple to be fixed. Oh, you might ask, how did they make the situation right? They didn’t, naturally.Please, do not ever take your phone to this place to get it fixed. Instead of saving $20 to get a screen fixed, we now have to purchase a completely new phone.DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SERVICED HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I been up there 3 times since October because my screen keeps going in and out with greens stripes on it. They keep tell me to talk to Donna but how my schedule is I don’t come on them days they are not good with honoring their warranties when THEIR SCREEN DEFECTED! I request a refund because I’m not getting no where and they deny it.

I called to ask if they could fix my 2 S8 that doesn’t turn on. I talk to Donna and she told me that I need a battery or a charging port. She was able to fix it. Great service!! Highly recommended! Reasonable price!

My phone was really shattered, and doesnt turn on.The technician was so nice she told me if she couldnt fix it she wouldnt charge me for anything. She said it will be done quickly...not even 30 min. She called my friend and told her that the phone is ready for pick_up, Im so happy. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends. They are s kiosk,not a store space located on 3nd level ..enter through Macys and look for VANS or Zales..they are just outside of Vans..My phone charger port was blocked somehow..th rdd lady cleaned it in 1 minute. No charge! I would have tipped her but I dont carry cash...

It was Memorial Day and thank god they were open! We took my husbands badly cracked iPhone in (also the screen started to only show lines and was also going out, we were afraid it was going to have to be replaced) After a quick screen and led replacement it was better than new! Took about 30 minutes and they even give you a screen protector! Great, fast, friendly service. We like them and will be a regular if they keep the kiosk location, super convenient :)

Screen protector did not last 1 day. Went back to at least get a replacement and the guy recommended to not put one on as its a Samsung phone but then continued to say no refund. Do not shop here.

Ive been having my phones fixed with them for almost 2 years now. I got a bad experience from a different store where they repaired my phone without putting back the LCD plate and had a lot of missing screws. So when I broke my iPhone 6plus again, the technician ask me if I had my phone repaired with someone else, she told me about the problem. They were able to replace my screen and place new plate and screws that are missing for free. The good thing too, is I have to watch them while they are fixing my phone. Since I been a regular customer she gave me free tempered glass and also they have my name on file, so even though I didnt had my receipt they could look my file right away. They have a lifetime warranty for my screen too as long as there is no physical damage on my phone.I had recommended WEFIX to a lot of my friends and had a good comment from them. My friend who had a Note 8 said that the one she talk too advise her to check on her carrier first if she got insurance since going that route is cheaper than having it fixed and that what she did.She told me that they are Honest and Friendly.

I brought my HTC One and a new LCD and screen that I ordered, here. The tech said that he could fix it and to give him an hour. When I came back an hour later, he handed me the box with the LCD and phone inside and said it was too complicated. He wouldnt have a conversation, and just continued working on another phone. I was frustrated because he did not contact me at my wifes number which I had left. It was the day before Easter and no one else could fix the phone that day. Now I had to go at least 2 more days without a phone.When I got to my car and tried to use my phone, that was working when I handed it to the tech, there was no response from the LCD. So not only did he not repair my phone and not let me know in a timely manner, he further damaged my phone and didnt have the nerve to tell me. If it is a straight forward repair, he can probably fix your phone, but I would suggest staying close and watching him to make sure he doesnt screw up your phone and leave it broken.

My granddaughter had an iPad that was broken 2 months ago,the screen was broken but you still can see the pictures. Brought it to an electronic shop and they said I need to buy new one because it couldnt be fixed.... When I brought my granddaughter to the play area in the Mall, I saw a kiosk at the second floor .... I tried asking them if they fix IPad... The gentleman explain to me that they can.I brought it the next day and it took only about 40 min for them to do it... While Im doing my shopping they called me that my iPad is done... So happy, looks like brand new... (I dont have to worry anymore that my granddaughter will get cut from the glass)... Definitely will recommend to my friend... They got competitive price and will give discount if you have more than one to fix....Friendly staff!

Worst repair spot around...took my phone for a cracked screen. Got it back screen not sitting correct on phone. Was told only one guy could do it. Took it to get relaid guy not there, dude who lays it not only messes up the new front screen, but breaks my main screen. They now have to order my screen(this is on sunday) told will be done wensday. Call wensday screen wont be in till Sat. Call today screen wont be in till wensday. Worst place to take your phone trust me..people are nice enough just have no idea what they are doing!

I usually dont get upset when people make mistakes, but when its four times, I have a problem. So I went in on January 21st to get a new LCD light for my phone. They didnt keep that in stock so it was ordered, not a problem. They say that it will be in anywhere between 3-5 business days. I pay $30 in advance and am told that I will receive an email receipt. A full week goes by with no phone call and no email. I call and they claim that I never came in because there was no order in my name. So, I order it again over the phone and am told that it will be in soon. Another week goes by, still nothing. I call a second time and get a manager. I explain the situation and they still say I never ordered anything. So I place an order for the THIRD time and am told that I will receive a phone call in two days and that the order will be rushed with no extra charge. I realize about 5 minutes after the phone call that I ordered the wrong item so I call back immediately and tell them the correct piece, but they assure me that both pieces I named come as a package deal so it didnt matter. Another week goes by and I get nothing. So I go in to the mall and am told that the piece is ordered and will arrive on the 10th of February. Today is the 10th and I went in to get it fixed to find out that the WRONG piece was ordered and that the piece would arrive anywhere between the 10th and 16th, not on the 10th exactly. Its an absolute mess. Im still sitting here with a broken phone that I need fixed quickly. Its also rough on me having to drive back and forth to see if the part is in because I live on college campus in Rensselaer. Plus majority of the time, no one answers the phone. Everyone was really nice to me, but there was absolutely no communication between the staff. This place was highly recommended from a friend, but I can be certain that I will not be going back.
