Went to Jared in Hobart to have a watch battery changed, and was taken care of superbly. Mike at the watch counter changed the battery and did so for free!....all because I had to wait all of 5 minutes while he was helping another customer. Great service and wonderful selection of watches as well!

Kris, Mike and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful. We are always greeted with smiles. There is a warm feeling of being like family when we come in. I drive over an hour just to take care of my jewelry. Ive had custom jewelry made there and the jeweler is absolutely amazing.

Hubby and I went on Monday to purchase new rings as the old ones had an untimely death (long story). Anyway, Lori was very nice and accommodating. We (I) picked a beautiful engagement ring and was looking for an enhancer as the wedding ring and Lori pulled out the most beautiful enhancer ever to compliment that ring. I was set didnt need to see anything else. Hubby found his ring and we sealed the deal. We did purchase the extended warranty, but to my surprise it doesnt include stone replacement if broken or lost. Hence the reason for 4 stars. If you are going to charge that kind of money for a jewelry warranty it should at least include the stones. So now we have to purchase separate insurance to cover that. But overall the service was great.

Everyone in the store is very helpful. Even the manager goes out of his way to help you! They take their time with you and never make you feel rushed. I appreciate everyone at Jared. I am always treated with kindness and respect.

The Jewelry consultants here are exceptional. Very impressed how knowledgeable they are, their attention to detail and undivided attention to customers. Very kind and professional. It was enjoyable and stress free expirence. I purchased my husbands wedding ring here 13 years ago. Needed it sized up and found out it needed repairs. My vintage diamond ring was in desperate need of repairs. Two consultants looked at my vintage ring to compare what they saw. I 100% trusted them. When we returned to pick up the rings, I was shocked how beautiful our rings looked. The quality and craftsmanship is exceptional.Go to Jared.

The workers are very nice. The only issue I have is that they do not use gloves when grabbing expensive rings. Which smudges the ring and makes it test negative for diamonds but other than that the place and the experience there is very pleasant

The worst jewelry shop I been too. I should have stayed loyal to Alberts. Jared makes you feel unimportant base of your skin color. Even over the phone cause the tone of my voice dont sound white enough they treat me like crazy. Number one I got an email stating my jewelry was ready for pick up, number 2 when I purchase my jewelry the lady said I can pick up Monday so why when I call to verify the lady said oh no you have a promise date of the 14th. So why did I get an email? Why did the lady state it will be ready Monday? I believe is that you all like to give my kind of ppl a hard time! Cause you all hate to see us black and brown ppl be on your level.

Customer service here has always been great. Mona is always friendly and patient. Upgraded my diamond and was not happy with it, Jacob and Jasmine were patient in helping me find and exchange the diamond while staying within my price point.

Went in for our regular inspection and was taken care of by Jacob who was very friendly and helpful. My husbands ring was cleaned and re-dipped quickly and we were shown some wedding ring upgrades for myself that Ill have to start saving up for. :)

I have been to this location twice and both experiences were 5-star. I have been looking to upgrade my wedding rings and order from Zales online. They had a Vera Wang ring I fell in love with. I did check Jareds website first, but unforutnatley, Jareds did not carry it. (Had I checked with them prior, they could have custom built one for me at a more affordable price.)Long story short, I took the ring I ordered from Zales to Jareds to have it resized *it is cheaper than Zales. Needless to say, I found out Zales didnt even send me the size I ordered. Jareds suggested I go to the Zales (in the mall) to see if they would resize them for free since they messed up my order. THEY DID not. Zales customer service was TERRIBLE.After much frustration, we went back across the street to Jareds and THANK GOODNESS WE DID!! I found a ring I liked more, but it was way out of our budget. Jessica was super helpful and patient. She helped me build a similar ring with other add-ons and I absolutely LOVE IT. The build time is 8-10 weeks, but worth the wait. I got a set of better quality diamond rings vs what I purchased from Zales. I ended up loving this ring way more. I will update my review once the build process has taken place and I receive the ring. So far my experience with Jareds has been 5+ stars.

Received a mothers ring for Mothers Day this year. On day 2 of having the ring, one of the stones fell out!! Tried to call and ask about getting the ring fixed and was told someone will call back. Nobody called! Have tried to call multiple times and still no return call. Not quality work. Jared wont even stand behind the quality of their jewelry. Refuse to help me get my ring repaired. Spent alot of money for a ring to have stones fall out on the second day. No customer service to assist me in getting it fixed. Will gladly spend my money at another store thats willing to stand behind the quality of their work!

Buyer Beware!!!!!My husband purchased a beautiful engagement ring from them. However the mark up on their jewelry is so high the ring appraised for $2,000 less than what he paid for it!! Thats not how jewelry works! Gold is actually up right now and its still worth less! The same happened to a friend of mines but she had her ring appraised in time to exchange her diamonds! Sad!

I recently visited this Jared jewelers again and was o ve again amazed at the wonderful products and services provided. They pay attention to what there customers want and truly care, while assisting you find that something special. I highly recommend this store the employees are wonderful and I couldnt have had a better experience anywhere. There attention to customer service is just not found these days.

I recieved a ring with many stones on it of my childrens birthstones as a birthday gift in December 2018, within less than one month of having said ring, it had lost a stone, I went in to have the stone replaced, and was told that I would be better off buying insurance on the ring, as it included stone replacements for free, and that the insurance would be worth its weight in gold so I did. Only for two months later, another stone falls out, so, I take the ring back in with my insurance pamphlet, only to be told, oh, the insurance does not cover opals, so I then had to pay for that stone to be replaced. Here we are February 2020, I have had this ring for 14 months and have had SIX stones fall out, FIVE of which are Opals, that are not covered under the insurance warranty. And I am a stay at home mom, Im not out working hard where stones would be expected to possibly fall out, I have much cheaper rings that I also wear, in which they have not lost ANY stones, yet this one from a well known jewelry store, you would think would be excellent quality, has lost SIX ...(Five of them were lost within the first year) Terrible.

This place is racist as ever. I went to this place to buy something for my wife. When I asked the lady to see the piece another lady proceeds to lock the door to the building .All while guarding the door like Im about to steal from the store.Im never shopping at any of their stores again.

Cant say enough about our jewelry consultant, Catherine. She went above and beyond for me. She allowed me to try on basically every ring in the store. It was even her idea! I ended up taking two days to make a decision. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured or rushed. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Was just there. We walked in and stood there for about a couple minutes. We walked over to Pandora counter and waited. Someone else walked in the front door and they were greeted and taken care of. I finally went to the greeter and that was a mistake. She was very sarcastic and made me feel very uncomfortable. You know I have been in this store many times and they have been very nice. Not very happy with the way I was treated.

Jacob and Lori were amazing to work with, got me more than I knew I wanted within my price range. Will for sure be coming back for more.

We had an overall great experience at this jewelry store things took a little longer than we expected but in the end it was worth it. Jacob and Nicole went out of thier way to make sure our wedding rings were excellent.

I stopped in here looking for Pandora charms, the sales person didnt listen to what I wanted and instead tried to sell me on a diamond bangle bracelet. I understand its sales and commission driven, believe me I get it, but the woman almost refused to take me over to what I was actually there for. As soon as it was clear I wasnt going to buy a big ticket item the tone totally changed and I felt like I was burdening her by asking to see the less expensive Pandora. After about 15 min she passed me off to a younger presumably newer associate who was actually pretty nice but Im sorry the damage was done. I even commented to the younger girl and she noted the older womans tendency to close big deals. Im hoping my new jeweler up the road takes on Pandora soon so I dont have to come back here!

Out of the jewelry stores I went to today, this was the only place were the staff was friendly. I simply went in to get sized and the young girl that sized me was incredibly nice, even though I didnt come in to buy anything that day. All of the other stores were incredibly rude.

They were very nice and understanding and fixed my mishap fast. I love walking in and seeing their smiling worm faces. They make you feel like family

Warning Warning Spare yourself the embarrassment!!! If you don’t buy your diamond from them they claim it’s moissanite !!! Even though I have a GIA laser inscribed diamond they say it’s Moissanite. So just be worn when they tell you they want to clean your soon to be wife’s engagement ring they are going to go test it because they don’t believe you !!!

Ovbiously you see all the commercials and they spend a lot to get you into the store but once youre in the sale staff is very aggressive even when you try to make it clear youre just looking. All we wanted to do was compare sizes of stones to see which would fit best on my hand and it was like SELL SELL SELL FINANCE FINANCE FINANCE. I understand that everyones there to sell diamonds and make money, but they were pushy for sure.

Pretty ho hum, they didnt have what I wanted and also werent really willing to try to make it custom. I also got passed around to several different sales people inspite of telling them that I was looking for a 1.00ct diamond engagement ring, which I think would be their bread and butter sale. oh well

All around my experience was dreadful. After picking matching bands for my fiancé and I the jeweler destroyed them during sizing. This was the beginning of a two week long ordeal. It created unnecessary stress and ruined what could’ve been the beginning of a long relationship with the jeweler. No one at this location was helpful whatsoever. The inept manager Mike did not apologize yet offered wedding gifts to us because of the poor service we received. He never followed through on his word. We ended up going to the Orland Park location to get accommodating service. I will not return to this location and will discourage everyone I know from taking their business here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STOREFirst off, the sales staff will do literally anything to make you buy something THAT day. They dont care about what you want or how much time you want to take to think about your purchase. They will push and push and push for you to buy it right then. They hardly try at all to find the right jewelery for you, they just try to push higher priced items.Now about their credit card. I went in with absolutely no intention of buying anything, and no intention of opening a Jared account. I knew that down the road I would be financing my fiancees ring, but that was to be months later. I was simply looking.The sales staff pushed nonstop for me to open an account and buy a ring THAT day. I had to tell them no at least 10 times. The manager Mike even joined in with pressuring me to open an account. The sales women were absolutely disgusting with the clothes they were wearing. It was as if they were trying to seduce me into buying a ring with their overly low cut shirts.Out of curiosity, I wanted to know how much I could potentially be approved for, so that I could do some budget planning for the ring later on. The sales associates assured me that when they took my information, they were simply doing a pre-approval to see how much I qualified for. At no point did I agree to open a Jared account. After being battered with more demands to open an account and buy a ring that day, I got too frustrated and left.A week later, I get a Jared card in the mail with my name on it. The sales associates took my information and opened a Jared account without my permission. After doing some searching, Im not even close to the only person that this has happened to. They are lying to their customers. Conning customers into opening an account is absolutely no way to do business. They will NEVER get my business again, or anyone that I know.TL;DR: If you want to be scammed into opening accounts and non-stop pressured into buying something you dont want by rude sales associates that let their breasts hang out, go there.

Staff was not friendly at all I purchased a ring off my credit line and the woman question whether I wanted to come back because I had to put 20 percent down the looked at my daughters and I like we didn’t belong there and like we were going to steal from the place I will not be returning there will do my purchase online or at another location going foward
