Peter klassen took care of my wife and I big time. we have great respect for his professionalism as well as his pride in his country. He shared with us that he is a marine vet and was very respectful. He gave us direction on trying different beds since we had no clue what we wanted. This would be our first nice bed. After giving us some insight, he gave us some room, but was there for any questions. Highly recommend doing your business with him! Thanks Peter!

The store manager Eric is wonderful. He was so very helpful in helping me and my husband finding the perfect mattress for us with a outstanding price! Eric made our shopping experience the best ever. He was not breathing down our neck for a sell. He gave us our space let us browse around in peace and answered every question we had. I will definetly recommend spending your money here! I dealt with Laird Ferguson in the Hobart, IN location and he was absolutely fabulous. He was very courteous and helpful!! We bought the Temper-pedic bed. I’m in love with the Termpur-Pedic bed. I’ve gotten the best sleep of my life. So worth the money. If you want great service contact them they were the greatest!!

I like my mattress but this place is a joke. Abosolutely terrible customer service at the store and corporate level. I am still waiting on a piece of my order 1 year later. Mattress stores are a dime a dozen, spend your money somewhere else.

Very kind and polite staff, They have a lot of different items and great prices and the best part is the manager Pete is super helpful and will help you with your selection if needed....What a great experience!!!
