Looked at a car they had for sale. Was not reconditioned and was NOT cleaned. And I mean there was absolutely no effort in cleaning or restoration to make a sale. Sales guy was cool, soft spoken and there wasnt any sales tactics going on so that was nice. Just wish they cared more about the vehicles they were selling.

I never once felt like I was dealing with a salesman. instead it felt like dealing with a close friend.The put a Honda Fit on a courtesy hold for us, and even came in after hours so we had time to test drive the car and buy it after we got out of work. Tim was kind, patient and very helpful throughout the entire process. Theres a reason why he has found the success he has with this business and its because he honestly does run a fantastic business. A business we will return to in the future and recommend to friends (Ive already told three people and they were MORE than impressed with our description and will keep them in mind for their next purchase).The cars suspension, steering, engine and transmission are all in top condition are all in great tip top shape. Its a strong car thatll be apart of our family for years to come.That said, I wish I inspected the car a bit more better or had access to better lighting to see the car in the dead of night when we bought it. There was a large scrape and minor dent caused by someones bumper during the previous owners care which wasnt noticed as some half-heartedly applied touch up paint made it hard to see at night (very obvious in the day). And worst of all the itty bitty tiny fog lights which I didnt honestly know even existed when I purchased, the passenger side one was completely broken, with the glass in shards and mostly missing. Im pretty good at paint repair as Ive done body work in the past. I think I can repair that. But the broken glass on the fog light is not something I can mend, it simply has to be replaced.Id ike to think the fog light was missed by him just as much as it was initially missed by us (we noticed the next night when we put the lights on and I was taking pics of the car to share with family and friends), but with his description of how much was fixed on the car before selling it to us I kinda wish this was noticed or at least made to our attention before we bought the car. Its a 75 dollar light minus install, and makes the little bit of money we saved by paying completely in cash moot as the hundred or so we saved is now going to be gone. Theres tons of brown dust inside, so its obviously been broken since the last owner, so I dont blame them for breaking it under their care, but its still disappointing to say the least.So if you want a car in good shape thats very affordable, thats been mechanically inspected to meet high standards, dont hesitate to see Tim at Red Mountain Motors and youll get a car that you genuinely love from the bottom of your heart. Just go during the day and inspect the car cosmetically as there might be major things they either omitted from their description or accidentally missed.Thank you again for the Fit. Definitely the best transaction at a car dealer Ive ever had.

Sales Representative was straightforward and honest about the vehicle history, reviewed vehicle history and no pressure sales. Sales representative gave us advise on vehicle researching and even offered his mechanic to review other vehicles that we may be interested in other than his companys vehicles.

At first the experience was great once I bought the car. They are fake. I was still in my 30day warranty kept hearing this same noise took the car back 3 times. The 3rd time they kept it over night. When I picked the car up which I had to call they didnt call me, the car is still making that same noise and they said they didnt hear it and everything was Ok! They let my car sit over night did not fix anything. So if you are a women do not go to this lot. Sam is fake!!!!!They get over on people if you have a certain amount of money I told them what kind of car I needed because Im a single mom they gave me the worst car on the lot. Then Tim tells me its a ok car now that Im in a contract. They are FAKE! They use this we a family thats a front they all about money and getting people. Might as well go to buy here pay here same feeling once you sign that line... Red Mountain sucks!

I have had my vehicle for almost 3 months and i have to say this is the worst experience i have ever had getting a used vehicle. to start things off i was only allowed to test drive around the block from the car lot unable to check the vehicle at higher speeds. once i decided i wanted the vehicle i basically had to beg for an extended warranty to be placed on truck. the vehicle came with a lousy 15 day warranty. the salesman tried to sell me a sob story about how he was losing money on the truck selling it at the price it was already being sold for. looking on kelly blue book the car is worth 4000.00 less than what its going for. about 3 weeks into having the vehicle the air conditioning goes out. i take the vehicle back to get it checked and the salesman wants me to thank him for doing this courtesy service for me. he tells me that i cant keep bringing the vehicle back to get it checked like this. i have a new born child and no air conditioning in the middle of summer in arizona. about a day or two after the air conditioning went out completely. i then brouhgt the car back in to get it looked at. i could tell there was a more serious issue with the air conditioning. the salesman didnt really want to tell me what was really wrong with it but he said he would call me back to see what all would need to be done to get it up and running again. i havent heard from the salesman since.im expected to pay on a vehicle for 4 years that doesnt have air conditioning and its not covered under the extended warrranty of the vehicle. this has been a very frustrating experience and i would never recommend anyone to go to red mountain motors. they pretend they are doing you a great service by selling cars over market value and then getting an attitude when the vehicle needs repairs. i say stay away for this dealership!!! they dont deserve any stars at all!
