We had a great experience with Indigo! Carlos was so great to work with and came to our home three times to go over different options and bids, plus coming by to check in on the job. We were coming from a tile job that had to be redone and we were really nervous to start the process again. Carlos was very thorough and made sure we were on the same page and totally in the know about everything. He gave us three different bids for different design options and we felt all were really reasonable. Ubaldo was our installer and did beautiful work on our shower, shower floor and tub surround. Everyone who looks at his work is so complimentary! He was informative to us every step of the way and so patient and kind as we asked lots of questions and checked in. Ubaldo cleaned up the bathroom and other work spaces daily so we could still use the other areas of the bathroom when he was gone. (That is not a given with every company!) The glass company measured and vouched for his work saying everything was right on the money to install the glass, and that our tile guy did a GREAT job. We will absolutely be calling them again for any future needs. They know their stuff and have high standards of quality. They were very professional and on time or at least communicated their timing if it was off at all. I also appreciated their ideas for design and what would look nice, or what the norm is for shower/tub design. They really wanted us to be happy and we are! THANK YOU!

We had such a positive experience with Indigo Tile!! My husband Kris also posted but I have more pictures to share of our recent shower/tub surround redo. We couldnt be happier. Ubaldo did a precise and quality job and it looks stunning. We are so grateful that everything went so smoothly. I was really on edge about having this job done because we had just had it done previously by different guys and it didnt look professional at all. I was truly a mess about the whole situation. But thank goodness for Carlos and Ubaldo who came in and redid the tile. They kept us informed and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Brenda was also really helpful when I called and had questions. Overall, Indigo Tile has high standards of quality and made our new shower and tub surround look like a masterpiece. Not only does it look cosmetically nice, but it is structurally correct too! (Imagine that!) The pitch on the pony wall and niche is perfect, the schluter edging comes together nicely, the tiles are level and the grouting is crisp and clean. I cant thank you all enough for the beautiful redo and for taking such good care of us. I have a new appreciation and gratitude for trustworthy companies like this who do affordable and quality work. The company and staff was amazing! They were very respectful, helpful and automatically made me feel welcomed. The store/showroom has a wide variety of both carpet and tile with pretty good prices. I went ahead and bought some tile from them and had them install it. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ed the owner came by to make sure that the installers were doing the job correctly and to my satisfaction. In the end I was greatly pleased with their work and look forward to doing more work with them!

Indigo Carpet and Tile installed carpet and tile for me a few years back. Overtime, it has stood up to constant traffic and several pets. The last time I had it cleaned, I decided to have carpet in one of the bedrooms replaced. The day of cleaning, I pulled the old carpet out and called Indigo to see if they had a piece that would fit my needs. Within ONE day, they showed me a sample, came out and installed new carpet and I never had to move furniture in and out while waiting for new carpet to be installed. My applause for both excellent customer service and personal attention to my urgency. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality product and service.
