Ive had two interactions with customer service via the online chat app. (There have been some delays in my order, primarily due to Covid). Both times Ive chatted with customer service, it has been swift, responsive, and overall helpful. The products in my order that I have received so far are exactly as expected & described. I would definitely work with this company again. The product seems like its going to work out great, and so far the customer service has been exceptional. The only problem has been delays in shipping, but, as I mentioned, those are simply related to the times we are living in. (The company also reached out when the delay became known to see if they could assist me with a different product in case I was on a deadline).

My Customer Service Representative was Mrs. jasmine Cox. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have a remodeling project with construction in my family room. When my carpet shipment arrived it was damaged by the carrier. Customer Service Representative Jasmine was very much involved in getting my issue resolved. She was very amicable and empathic concerning my circumstances. Her efforts resulted in my being able to schedule tradesmen to install my product and move my project forward. Worst service I’ve ever had. Was promised multiple times my turf would be in before a specific date only to be told my order was out of stock and would not be delivered for 2 months !! After hours of calls and discussions with multiple “service specialists” we were refunded (partially because of the currency exchange -$300) and told to pick from one of two GUARANTEED products only to make another $4000 payment only to get ANOTHER back order email of another month… when asking for a refund I was hung up on multiple times and spoken too insanely poorly. Also only to be DOUBLE charged.Worst service ever and will highly recommend anyone going elsewhere.Thanks for wasting my time and all my clients by pushing back my start date by a month and losing me well over 10k.

I ordered from Rubber Flooring, but my order didnt show up. I contacted them via their web page, and got an almost instant response. The problem was tracked to FedEx losing the shipment. Blake Thompson got the info, and set up a replacement delivery. Simple and easy!

After I received my order of garage flooring rolls I saw that it was the wrong color product. I had cleared my garage out in anticipation of installing the flooring rolls so there was a dilemma. I called Flooring Inc and got Jonathan Hedgecoke as a service rep. I explained the problem and confirmed that they sent the wrong product and that they didnt even have the product I ordered anymore (maybe a new shipment might come in soon he told me). So I was stuck with my garage cleaned out and no immediate solution. Jonathan was very helpful in explaining options and worked to resolve my problem the same day. All things considered (return the product, get a full refund, reorder and wait to see if I get the right product again or accept the shipped product as is). I chose the latter and received a fair discount. Although this was not the ideal solution it was the best option in my mind. Jonathan went above and beyond the typical service rep to make it happen that same day, all while being very courteous and promptly updating me (via email) regarding approval of my chosen option. I installed the rolls shortly after receiving approval and put my garage back in order. I have to say that the product is good (not so much the perfect color) but I am satisfied the way everything worked out.
I placed an order with this company, they shipped everything and I did not receive my full order. I have been trying to reach them to resolve this by phone, email, and online submissions and they will not return phone calls or emails. Today I finally reached an employee, his response was Oh well, nothing we can do to help you... to my 3 out of 4 missing products. I paid extra for this product to receive it in a timely manner. Plus the one bucket of rubber flooring adhesive i have received was opened and completely solidified. I do not recommend this company to anyone, fedex wont even assist me because I am not the shipper. Do not use this company, they are not the company they market themselves to be.
I order rubber and was misled on the stock position and had to pay twice for installation services. They took my order then a few days later sent me an email with the December delivery date. This was not a welcomed customer journey.However my callback agent was very thoughtful and explained there cancellation policy and executed it flawlessly returning my money.

Walter has been absolutely amazing helping me solve my shipping problems. He is SOOO polite and cheerful that it makes it really easy to solve problems. On my original order, the freighter did not deliver a box of items that was supposed to be included in the delivery. After verifying what I did receive, he was able to get the missing items shipped out right away and delivered the next business day. As a business owner myself, I am extremely appreciative of Walters approach and wish everyone was as good as him.
Ordered June 3rd and part of the order was delivered a week or so later but only partially correct—and hour of being on the phone that was corrected. The rest of the order shipped late and was not received until July 13th and part of that was wrong and foam on rolls was damaged in shipping and the tops of the boxes were no longer attached and there were gashes in the sides of the cardboard. The Velcro that holds the floor together was shipped in the wrong color and as of today 7/29 the issue still has not been resolved so the Floor cannot be used safely without it so going on 2 months of already paying and still can’t use the equipment I bought for my business. The mats themselves are beautiful but I just need to get them to work! Help!

Shipping took a very long time and one of my mats was damaged. Other than that the mats are great! I emailed them with a picture of the damaged mat and figured I would never hear back from them.....However, Lydia from Rubber Flooring Inc called me and provided excellent customer service. Sela did a great job for me today. She tracked a shipment that had been split but not properly shown in the system. She located my missing pieces. One was not going to ship until after I had left my current shipping location. She got that changed at no cost to me. Followed through!!

One person changes a bad a bad experience to an Excellent customer service experience!I placed an order for the faux wood tile with Inc stores this week Tuesday for a trade show we are attending Monday. They did not have an overnight or 2 day FedEx option online so I placed order 3786449 and called in to request change for my shipment. The person who answered put me on hold and was investigating how they could change it. I was left on hold a very long time (hours). Because I really needed the product on time I waited.I grabbed another phone and called again the customer service and explained to her my situation and that I was placed on hold and wanted an answer. Within seconds - she contacted the team member That was previously helping me- contacted their warehouse in Tennessee- arranged for me to get the merchandise delivered by Friday.Because of Dori Brummer we will received the item on time for our show. Her customer service level was above and beyond. The next Day- She followed up with me by email and phone to confirm my tracking number - to advise that it had been been picked up and that I would receive it by Friday.Thank you Dori for your exceptional customer service. I believe you should be training all of the agents in your company! I would have probably been on hold all day if I would not have called back and would definitely not have my merchandise on timefor my show Monday.I will be emailing you a photo of our booth with our new flooring. They actually went above and beyond. The material is exactly as I expected. It was slightly longer than ordered which came in handy. I found it 10% cheaper a week after I already received the product, and they still refunded me 10% regardless.Would totally recommend and buy from again.

When it was delivered, it was completely the wrong order - in size, color and quantity. The first customer service representative I talked to was initially helpful but then seemed to give up on it, wasting some time. Eventually I was able to get in touch with Sela, who it seemed had to do some fairly difficult negotiating with the actual manufacturer to get the incorrect order picked up and the correct order sent. From there it was a lot of babysitting by both myself and Sela of the manufacturer and carriers of the different shipments to make sure they followed through and we had all the documentation correct. Finally, end of August my correct order is here. It was a bit dirty but is of great quality. My hat goes off to Sela for making it happen, but the business model itself (coordinating between seller, manufacturer, warehouse, carrier) seems built for these types of mistakes to happen. I hope the customer service reps are being compensated enough for having to straighten it all out.

We have been waiting for a few months for our flooring. Last week we were notified that it had shipped from the manufacturer. I called to schedule delivery with the carrier company and found out the shipment was going to the wrong state and was told they could not help beyond that as thatbid what their paperwork said. I then called flooring inc customer support and Sela Thompson worked on the issue. Flooring inc had all the correct info, but for some reason the manufacturer and carrier did not. She stopped the shipment from where it was going (AZ) to where it needs to go (NY). I greatly appreciate her efforts. Sela was extremely professional, takes her job seriously to make sure the customer is taken care of :) looking forward to receiving our flooring.

Sela did what she could but ultimately it was an unsatisfactory conclusion. The web site has inaccurate dimensions for their Diamond Flex Nitro Tiles. It states 20.5 but that includes the interlocking tabs. As such I didnt order enough. I was told essentially the automatic 5% overage on ordering should take care of that. So basically I need to over order and have them over order to get enough tiles. I requested a couple of boxes since it was their mess up and not mine. That request was refused. I also requested to swap out a box that was a different die lot (and a slightly different color) and that was also refused. Now I will have a few tiles that dont match. I would think twice before ordering from them again. Like I said Sela did what she could. She was professional and appeared to exhaust all avenues to satisfy my request.

I shopped at Rubber Flooring Inc. Unfortunately the purchase did not work out in the end and I had to return the merchandise. There were a lot of complications along the way (manufacturing delays, Fedex mishandling and losing one of the packages, etc.) and I had to make many phone calls. However my experience with Rubber Flooring overall has been very positive. Many customer representatives had help me along the way (e.g. Jonathon.)In the course of building an exercise area at home, I interacted with many companies. Rubber Flooring has been great at providing excellent customer services to regular consumers (vs. commercial sales to gyms.)
While I am very disappointed the materials I ordered will not arrive in time for the important event they were purchased for and will be returning, Marcel T was very kind and exhausted all options in trying to help me. He personally tracked each case of the order and was very professional. Superb customer service.

Not so good-- unfortunately Fed-X Ground is having issues with deliveries in our area-- when IncStores was informed, they first lied and claimed it had already shipped (it had not per Fed-X), then said wed have to pay extra to change to another carrier! when I complained, and told them if there were issues with delivery (damages) or excessive delays we would refuse the shipment, they then said wed have to cover the cost for the return to them (even if it arrived damaged!).. Cannot recommend doing business with this company.

In particular, Blake Thompson, Samantha Turner, and Skyla Lewis have been incredibly helpful in helping me understand what is going on with my order since it ended up being on backorder and estimated shipping times changed. Cannot say enough good things have Skyla - I think she has been the one to assist me the most with my particular order. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will not receive you complete order and when you try to get this reconciled they will not pick up the phone or respond to emails. We got them on the phone one day after trying several days over weeks. Told them the situation and they said that another department had to handle it. Before we could say anything they transferred us. Of course no one picked up. I have set my phone down and been on hold for hours just to see if someone would finally answer. Put in a dispute with my credit card company because the order but I imagine they cant get a hold of them either.Update: We purchased this at the end of May. We were unable to get a hold of anyone until August 31st. Finally they have reached back out and we should be getting a refund back on the portion we did not receive. The agent to help with this today was polite and helpful, unfortunately it took way too long to get a hold of someone.Update 10/12/2021: I received a reply form the company about 6 months ago stating that they had refunded me for the missing tiles but that is false. They then stated they would reach out and send me a full refund but I have yet to receive any communication from them. Dont order from this company. They are difficult to communicate with and constantly lie and dont hold true to what they say. They seem to just want to make their public image look good with responding to reviews with empty promises.Update: 11/5/2021: I was contacted and received a refund check in the mail.
This is rubber flooring inc. the customer service is horrible. Won’t return a damaged product. Been on hold multiple times keep telling me will refund me but now says I have to wait for their claim to go threw fed ex. Insane
I am extremely disappointed with the Diamond Flex tiles I purchased from Rubber Flooring, Inc. The tiles shrank over 2 within months of laying them and now the edges have shrunk away from the wall so much that they are visible even with the thick molding. Then in the middle of my space the tiles have buckled and are coming apart, creating a tripping hazard. The tiles absorb dirt and are difficult to clean. I would never order this product again. I plan to rip out the entire $3,000 floor and have it epoxy coated. To be fair, the tiles do receive a couple hours of sun every week or so but I dont think they should be susceptible to this, or at least the company should have a disclaimer that the tiles cant be exposed to sun.
Stay away from this company. I ordered composite decking the first week of May, 2020. It was OCTOBER before I got all the components of my order. No one answers the phone; takes literally HOURS to get a call back. When someone does call back, all you get is the run-around. No one has an answer and they have to check with someone else. Three different times I was told my order was going to ship, only to find out that nope, it wasnt. Heres an idea. How about not taking orders (and money) for something that you dont have available to ship? In essence, this company used my money, interest-free, for almost six months while I had to wait it out. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
This company is a scam, I received a box late and it was also damaged, I tried to return it but they dont want to respect the 30 days money back warranty, THE 30 DAYS MONEY BACK WARRANTY IS A LIE! and THE FLOORING THEY SELL IS IN BAD CONDITIONS!
We had to cancel due to our goods being back ordered but the person I death with, Jonathan, walked us through the process and got it done for us.

Be warned! Hope and pray they get your order shipped correctly because if you have to deal with customer support it will be a horrible life sucking experience. I received wrong product four weeks ago and have been told via phone on three occasions that alll resolved and product on the way. Each time I call back to ask where product I have to start again. And don’t waste your time with emails because you will never get a response no matter how many customer support members you cc on email. The absolute worst purchasing experience in my 53 years.
2 weeks after ordering and 2 phone calls where I left messages and was ignored, it appears the items I ordered have not shipped. My credit card was charged, no email receipt sent. Finally found my account through the chat and cancelled my order. Chat was helpful but took over 30 minutes. They must be way overloaded to not be able to handle basic orders like mine.
I found 2 of 4 mats damaged after taken them off a secure pallet. Company initially refused to refund/replace damaged mats. After speaking to the right people i feel they really wanted to me to have a good experience and replaced the damaged mats.

Similar issues as others who have posted here. Placed order on 9/22/20. I was able to get a hold of them on 10/22/20 after multiple attempts and asked for a status of my order. I was told that they needed to request the status from the manufacturer which would take 1-2 business days. They couldn’t even tell me what the status of my order was after a month. I am supposedly receive a call tomorrow from a supervisor so that I can provide feedback. I am not optimistic that I will be getting a call and if I do I will most likely be canceling my order for over $1,000 worth of flooring.

Ordered Rubber Flooring a while ago and within a year the flooring had shrunk considerably and completely came off the floor. The tape I used was also purchased from Rubberflooringinc. Was well within the 5 year advertised warranty period and they were willing to do nothing for me. After going back and forth for months, I finally gave up and ordered new flooring from another company. Horrible customer service.
I have to tell you that I ordered Coin Flex Tiles for my garage. I had an issue with some of the tiles. I contacted customer service and spoke to Tonia McDevitt. She went above and beyond and made it right. I think she is very good at her job and making the customer happy and for that, along with a good product, I would highly recommend this company.
Not honest, not helpful. Ordered two different colors of same rubber interlocking tiles. Quickly shipped (only benefit!), when received the two colors would not interlock, nor were they even the same size! After a week and a half of phone calls with company to explain and request assistance for a prompt solution, we were promised a full refund for one color including original shipping costs, only after we had to threaten to dispute the credit card charges. Took over a week to process the refund and it, surprise, does not include the shipping we paid. They are slow to respond, if at all, cant easily offer solutions to problems that they make, and obviously dont care whether the customer is satisfied. They were quick to update their webpage to include a caution about which colors will and wont interlock with each other following this ordeal. Our plan was to order more of the color we kept to make our project work, forget it, we will pay more and go somewhere else for better service!
