The guy did a absolute awesome job. I called in a couple days before. He said he could do it for $85. In about 2 hours(for my cracked screen). I came by a couple days later after payday. I brought it up. told him about our conversation. He kept his word and was very honest. I handed him my phone and sat in my car. in the parking lot. He was done in an 1hr 15 minutes.Because he did it speedy quick and professionally. I gave him a 15% tip. I give this store five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service, did some very through troubleshooting before repairing our iphone 6s plus. The tech showed us exactly why the screen wasnt working before he replaced the screen, they had a few different options for the screen replacement and didnt push us to get it done immediately. Will definitely return if we need another device repaired. Highly recommend.

I took my water damaged (dead) iPhone 8 to a local repair shop. They had it a few hours and said they couldnt get it going. I then took it to Smart Repairs AZ and they dug a little deeper and figured it out (it had a short that wouldnt let if power up). Two days later and $125 and it was up and running again (like new). Im really glad for their help. These folks may look a little rough around the edges- but they are dedicated pros and can do what others cant (or wont). I highly recommend!

Had a cracked screen repaired a week ago and had some trouble with my phone after. Customer service was great and they helped fix the issue. Friendly and fast.. easy to find location. Quick responses and easy to get ahold of.

My husband had cracked his phone badly while playing football. He crushed his screen and it had damaged his camera. The person who took a look at it (don’t remember his name, but he does have long nails) had really impressed me by just taking a look at my husbands phone and informing us that the camera would not work. They fix his screen within 35 min. Informed us about the pricing and process of getting the camera fixed, they would have to order the part and they would let us know when it would arrive ( within 2 days) and fixed the camera within 40 min. The service was great from once we walked in to the moment we walked out. Fast responses on fb also! They’re so knowledgeable and have amazing reasonable prices ! Would recommend and would definitely go back if I ever crack my screen.

This place was pretty ghetto looking but once inside the young man who helped my mom and I was very helpful. He replaced my phone battery and repaired my Moms charging port. They had it done within two weeks and I cant believe how well my battery holds a charge now. Its great. The only down side, is it take forever to charge. But I will definitely be going back here for future repairs and referring them to others. I would recommend these guys. On a plus side, they are cheaper than some other phone repair guys, so that really helps too.

My iPhone 5c battery is overheated, and it takes only 30 minutes to change the new battery. Its fast and good! The charge is also very reasonable。

YES!.... This place did my phone AND themselves justice! My phone fell out of its holster and TOTALLY cracked my screen. I was even getting glass shards in my finger when swiping. Not good! I found Smart Repairs AZ near my house and they had great reviews. I went there and they ordered my screen. A couple of days later, they texted me that my screen was in and for me to make my way to them to get it installed. I went in immediately. They gave me time to go eat a sandwich while they made the repairs. I got it back and WOW.... Back to NEW again! Thanks guys! GREAT JOB!!! Ill use you again in the future if needed! This morning my iphone 10 plus + dropped and the screen broke after hitting kitchen floor and to make things worse my iphone XR Max had been broken by my child the week before.This mobile repair guy came to my house in East Mesa within 30 Mins and fixed them both for less than many one else quoted and gave me 1 year warranty and the screens are superb quality and I definitely recommend Smart cell phone repair!
