Went in to buy my daughter a phone, they have a big selection to choose from and he is very knowledgeable about each phone too. Daryl ( if I am remembering his name right ) is great to deal with and made it super easy getting the new ( new to us, it was actually a used phone but you cant tell by looking at it ) phone up and running before we left.I highly recommend that if you need anything for your phone or tablet you go directly to them, it turns out he has a great selection of phones and even tablets to pick from for the best prices Ive found.If you dont go see them youre only going to have youre self to blame when you find out that the other places are charging more for what they have and from my experience the other stores dont have the selection or service you get at Yakety Yak..

I have made two visits for phone repair first for my phone and then my fiancé’s phone and my iPad screen shattered twice by our toddler. Darrell did and does amazing job. The prices are better then competitors and fair. I was extremely satisfied with both trips to his shop that were 6 months apart. He is worth all the 5 stars and more.

Tried to go in there today, saw a sign on the door saying they would be back at 11. I saw woman get out of her car...go inside and take down the sign and drive away. Dont say youre open if youre not. I drove all the way out there for NOTHING. extremely upset and disappointed.

I just lost my money and my phone ended up worst, I went for a screen repair and now my phone it’s acting crazy, before the screen repair I didn’t have any issue with it.at the end he tried to blame me.I paid him to change my phone screen not to make it malfunction . and he wants me to pay even more to fix what he did wrong.my question is why should I pay again ? He acts like a really nice guy tho

One man show, who is on top of his game. This is the place to have a phone unlocked, or to buy a used phone and have your phone fixed. This guy knows all the ins and outs for any phone you have. This guy is sharp. Ill take all my cell phone to him for here on out.

Purchased a used Galaxy S7 from them. The experience was good. The guy was knowledgable and helpful. Phone was as described. It would be nice if they kept their phones charged, but they had plenty of cables so you can test out the phone.

If you need your iPhone or iPad screen replaced this is the place to go. Darrell is awesome and will get it done for quick and less than most other places. You wont regret coming here.

Horrible customer service, best for selling phones Ive sold to them a couple times however getting your phone fixed DONT DO IT. Got my screen replaced and it looked like it came back with more body damage to the iPhone then it had before there a separation between the screen and my volume buttons from sheer error and my screen goes black and times out while the phone is still on! People call me I cant even see the name just hear the phone. THE WORST PART when I called back to explain this to them oh its all my fault.. maybe the phone was un fixable in the first place or hey at least you can use you screen now right? SCAM its all for u $ dont leave your phone there is watch them do it so your not forced to leave with crap and no receipt on purpose make sure you ask!

He is really smart.. but i paid 300 to get my screen repaired a month ago and there is some issues. You can see where the glue didnt stick all the way down the screen, If I barely touch my screen it pushes in on the sides, which means it is not water proof anymore. I touch the top of my screen by the speaker and my phone shuts off and I cant get light for about 2 minuets .
