Great eye exam. The doctor was thorough and checked many aspects of my eyes. I had a question relating to an optical condition and he took extra time to explain to me what that meant and how it is corrected for in glasses. He also examined my wife and she loved her exam too. The doctor and the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I cant say enough good things about how friendly everyone was. I didnt get any pictures. They have a beautiful but not gaudy office with a very comfortable seating area. We will definitely be back next year for our exam!

We have gone to Elite Optical for several years. Dr. Miner and his staff are very professional, thorough, and personable. Dr. Miner always makes time to chat with my son about whatever he’s into at the moment...basketball, drumming...The office space is well done and they have an impressive selection of frames. As a cash pay patient, they had an eyeglass package that was comparable in pricing to warehouse stores, which I took advantage of since warehouse and discount stores are not offering optical services during COVID. Ultimately, I’m getting a better product with better customer service for the same price!

Professional and personal - From the minute you walk in the office until you leave you will get very professional but yet very personal service. The office is well run and Dr. Miner seems to take the time with each patient. Just moved to the area and have been looking to upgrade to better place for my vision care. I was fortunate to come across Elite Optical. They make sure that they take the time to get it right. I went to a few of the big name vision places but it seemed as if I was wasting their time with questions and most want to just pigeon hole you so you get in and out. The last set of glasses I got from my previous vision provider I could tell was not the right prescription because every time I would look up to quickly I would get dizzy (Yes, I did tell the old provider, a few times, and they told me they are right and they can remake them but it would cost me.) Well it turns out I was correct and Elite proved it with their testing (which Elite did the test twice to confirm it.) So I am looking forward to getting my new glasses from Elite and based on what I have experienced so far I look forward to future vision care from Elite.

Dr Miner is awesome, you feel like your just hanging out in his living room with how friendly he is. He is definitely very knowledgeable and patients were moving through very fast. Waiting room is comfortable and good for kids, staff is friendly, they were flexible with our appointments and helpful with insurance and ordering contacts.

I could not recommend a better place to go to. I have gone to eye doctors every year for the past several years and ordered glasses and not one pair have worked out until Now... Dr Minor is very friendly, not to mention, very good at determining your exact eye prescription. He explains everything so well. Not to mention his staff (Patty) is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Miner was very knowledgeable and could explain very simply the optics and the function of my eye without it being confusing. In doing so he help me understand whats important and what I should care about in terms of my eye health. His associates are very nice and made me feel comfortable during my visit as well as helping me find the glasses that I want and not rushing to just choose a pair to get me out the door. I got my glasses back and of course my perscription was correct and the new thin lenses were great. I drive from South Phoenix and its about a 30 minute drive and I think my visit was worth every minute.
