John at Mesa Eyeglass World went above and beyond to help me get the lenses I wanted for my glasses. Three other big name eyeglass stores wouldn’t help me with the rare frames that I had brought in. Wish there were more employees like John out there. He took the time to explain my options and make sure I got WHAT I WANTED. Thanks John, for my custom tinted lenses. Your awesome!

We had a misunderstanding, but the company responded, worked out a solution, and I am completely satisfied. My original review is set forth below. But at this point, based upon their responsiveness and willingness to fix things so that I am happy completely changed my opinion. I would recommend them to friends.Eye exam was 6/17. Same day reading glasses was actually just an advertising thing. Cant actually happen. Inexpensive glasses? Nope. I Paid a total of $906.95 for two pairs of glasses. They said they would take 3-5 days. Now it has been 12 days. They tell me it may be a few more days. Extremely frustrating experience. Feel like this is a typical bait-and-switch mill that promises things they cannot deliver and advertises prices that are just not true. Avoid them. Go to Costco. Today Costco did an eye exam for me and I will have my glasses from them before the ones I ordered from Eyeglass World on 6/17/21.
I called all the other Eyeglass world and none of them offered to help me track down a replacement pair for my broken glasses. I called Shirley and Patience were so helpful and helped me find my frames and even gave me a discount. Best customer service ever.
I will say that i have had a great eye exam and service from the doctor and most of the employees. the were great at helping me with all my glasses need and repairs. only issue i has was when i went into the building the other day with my toddler. he was playing with his mask and i said sorry me might take it off and put it back on. the older woman i believed to be the manager made a statement about not to do that or your dad will get in trouble. its not a big deal honestly but as a businessman i will say that you leave your comments and opinions at the time clock..
This was our first time here and we were VERY impressed. Michael was able to assist us in getting same day appointments and was so incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Ray was awesome and efficient. My glasses were ready in a few days, I love my new glasses and I was thrilled with the pricing. Great job! You have new customers for life now!
Highly recommend this place!! I came to mesa from the white mountains only expected to get an eye exam given it usually takes a couple weeks to get glasses and not living here was just going to be a pain. I showed up early for my exam hardly waited at all. After the exam I met with a gentleman, forgive me I forget his name but he made sure I left with glasses. I did go the cheaper way got two pairs the same day and it only costed 127 for two pairs of glasses and the exam. Didnt have any problems I love them and will definitely be back in the future even though its four hours from where I live if Im down here and need to go thats where Im going.
I had an appointment but was 20 minutes late so I missed my actual appointment but they gave me the opportunity to sit and wait for someone not to show up. They ultimately fit me in which I appreciate greatly and the people that worked there were super nice & helpful, especially the doctor who examined me and he was super hot too. 🤭

Im reporting this company to the BBB for False Advertisement, and would encourage others to do the same. Came in for 2-pair deal advertised. Eyeglass appt on 04/01/21. Staff failed to mention at several opportunities that by using insurance, you no longer qualify for the for 2-pair deal and instead can only get 1 pair with insurance OR only 40% off. None of this information was given to me during the lengthy purchase procedure, so I was falsely led to believe I would receive 2 pairs still. Even my transaction report doesnt indicate specifically that Id only be receiving 1 pair. The staff are also slow to move/assist customers. So not only did I not receive the product they attempted to sell me, but they wasted my VALUABLE time as well. The only reason I dont give them a 1 star is because fortunately they fully refunded me. I would not recommend doing business with them, theyre not trustworthy. But if you dont believe me, go see for yourself. Go stand in line forever when theres only 1-2 other customers in the whole store. Go listen to their sales pitches, and see if you can decipher what product you will actually get. Go for it, well all be waiting when you, the review-reader, come back disappointed.
Assistant general manager stated you have to buy two glasses. Throw one away if you want, he said. He also said they have the lowest prices around. after checking, that’s a lie. Terrible customer service from John the assistant General Manager. John apparently doesn’t do his research in the field he is employed. I found better prices .2 miles away from his store. The establishment could not handle the flow of customers. The staff did not work will together. Overall a terrible experience.
Was at Mesa location Alma School & Southern for a 1600 appointment. Checked in at 1602 then waited 3 minutes to get temperature check,went in for eye exam sat for 5 minutes while receptionist assisted someone on phone so then it was 8 to 10 after then the Eye Dr came in asked if I had a appointment so told him my name and he must of not liked African Americans or been in a real bad mood because with attitude said your Appointment was at 1600. Told him I was at the door and he said I saw you walk in what was not possible because he was not at front desk when I walked in. Dont know why I would draw his attention other than my appearance. I just walked out because Dont need a Eye Dr. With an attitude. Ill just go elsewhere where I am welcome. Will share my experience with family, friends and coworkers that I experienced with the Eye Dr. With attitude.
Last time I ever come to this place, I had to schedule 2 follow up appointments after the first one. The male doctor is always so in accurate and adds way too much power to my prescriptions, he could just not get it right.This is the second time this happens. The opticians here are such pushovers and will add things to your eye glasses that you don’t really need, $$$$$ is all they see.My last appt time here was for 5pm, but did not get in until 6:20, yes I had to wait over an hour past my check in time, oh but they don’t tell you that!

The optometrist has such an attitude, put too much power on my glasses, had me come back numerous times for one thing or another when I live about an hour away. He was clearly in a bad mood or I dont know if he is this way with only minorities. The man had such a condescending demeanor and pushed back when I told him I wanted a specific brand of contacts. He insisted I get another brand numerous times. I dont know he gets a commission or something. John made sure I got my contacts and helped me out. I gave three stars for his assistance or else I would give it none.The worst part of my visit was that they tried to convince me I was wrong and my prescription was correct and to try it out for a few weeks to see if it my eyes adjusted. I had to drive with distorted vision and complained to them about my headache and they still insisted it was normal just so they didnt have to change it. And when I went back and fought back to have it adjusted the optometrist was in an even more bad mood than before. In the end, through the bad attitude and all I got my prescription corrected. But I had to insist and fight back to get the correct prescription. I shouldnt have to convince you and call this place numerous times and come in to have someone finally listen to me that I cant see! One time should have been enough, and then I had to beg they also adjust my contact prescription. It shouldnt be this stressful to get my glasses and contacts with the correct perscription. I understand mistakes happen but dont be rude about it or try to gaslight people into thinking its normal to walk around with a headache for weeks and not be able to see through the new prescription just because you dont want to fix it. The tempe eyeglass world is better, I would recommend that place 100%.

Everything is very sanitary, and the in-store service is very accomodating. Ad says 2 pair for $78 and 2 pair of progressive lens for $198. I ended up paying $528 for two pair, with better quality lenses, etc. After studying the receipt, I called the store and said Id just take one pair because of the price. Yet, the price was the same even if I only bought one pair (at $264) beause the discunt only applies if I buy two, so one pair of glasses would still be $528. Doesnt make sense to me and I consider this false advertising.
Had a very positive experience at Eyeglass World on Alma School and Southern. I called on a Friday afternoon they were able to get me in the next day. My glasses were ready to be picked up Monday afternoon. I can honestly say that going forward I will only be using Eyeglass World.
Got my prescription renewed, ordered clear plastic lens.. came back to pick up the glasses.?they were just completed.. both pairs are awesome. Will order the better lens next time I get another pair..
Everytime I call they sound so abrupt. Everyone talks quickly like they rather do something else than talk to you. Omg!
When I came in, they noticed I needed a pair of glasses asap because I legit could not see, and they also saw how strong my prescription is and decided to get to work to get me both of my pairs in one day! I cant believe it only took, about 5 HOURS??? Thank you so so much 🥺🤗💜

I signed up for my appointment online. They were timely when I got there. Also set up to screen when you came in due to covid 19. went in on Friday for vision check and ordered glasses. Had two pair of new glasses on Monday after work!
My experience here was very nice! I scheduled a eye exam with the field vision, everyone was so kind. They compliments my glasses and my hair as I was paying and the optometrist was super cool, he handed me my prescription make the experience smooth as its been several years since I got my eyes check out. Ill definitely be returning!
Same day glasses, Awesome
The doctor was very impatient with me because the machine kept fogging up due to wearing that darn mask. He cleaned the lens twice and then ignored me when I told him it was fogged again and rushed through the exam to get finished. Needless to say I dont know if my glasses will be right in one eye. But I would give 5 stars to the ladies who helped me afterwards to pick out frames and lens. They were awesome!

Great place for glasses, Same day glasses is just what I needed. Great customer service, friendly staff, a variety of glasses to choose from snd quick turn around on glasses. Prices are very reasonable especially for emergency glasses.
This is the worst place to get glasses unless you want to wait forever. They appear to be overbooked and under staffed. Then you have to literally track down your own glasses because they do not call you to tell you that they are ready. I was told someone would call me back because they only had 2 people working and cant be looking for glasses when I called them to check on my husbands glasses a week after they said they would be ready! Terrible customer service and we will not be using them again!
I am very happy I found this place a couple of years ago. The customer service is great and the pricing has been significantly affordable to fit my budget. Great prices and fast service. No heavy pressure to up sell you on things you dont need. Hunter is an amazing associate. He really listened to what I wanted and was honest about what he could and could not do. I have been to other 2 pairs etc.... places and Eyeglass World in Mesa beats them all.

I was a little overwhelmed as a first time purchaser of real eyeglasses (not readers of which have at least 10 pair). I had no idea where to go but with an upcoming trip out of town in 10 days to a location Im not familiar with I knew I needed to get glasses right away since Id be the sole driver. I picked Eyeglass World since their website stated they could make glasses in a day. I went yesterday and was greeted by Britney who was very friendly. She let me browse on my own a bit so I could get a feel for my style which I appreciated. After a bit she asked if I needed any assistance and helped me pick out two frames and then subsequently walked me through the various lens types. I ordered one pair strictly for distance and one pair of progressives. I told her I was bummed because I recently purchased two pair of expensive designer sunglasses that I would no longer be able to use. Guess what? They are able to replace the lenses in those as well, I had one pair with me and the lenses are being changed. Ill be picking up my long distance glasses and updated sunglasses tomorrow after work. They offered to have them same day but I wasnt in that BIG of a hurry and will have what I need over a week before my trip. The progressive lenses werent in stock which wasnt a concern for me since I initially was planning to get two pair of distance lenses. A huge thank you to Britney for being so kind and patient through the process, listening to my needs and offering solutions!
Very affordable eye exam ($40) for someone without insurance. The staff was very helpful and at no point did I get the impression they were focused more on selling their product before helping the customer. Additionally, they have a lab on site so you will more than likely have your new glasses the same day you walked in.
So if any of you reading this are like me, and dont buy new glasses until they fall off your face and now you cant see, I definitely recommend this place!! My glasses that Ive had for at least 5 years now finally broke to a point I couldnt fix them. I called everywhere, only to be told that I needed an appointment and theyre booked out at least a week. I cant even drive to work without my glasses, and now I gotta go at least a week plus longer waiting on the glasses. I called this place and even though they take appointments, they did accept walk-ins throughout the day. I went in right when they opened. Walked out at 12:30 the same day with two pairs of glasses. Amazing service, so friendly. They understood my situation of needing my glasses asap and did everything possible to make that happen. Im thrilled with the whole experience! Thank you guys so much!Also, if youre on a budget like me, Same day service, two pairs and the eye exam for less than 200 bucks. Definitely recommend!! 😁😁

This place is a joke. John was an absolute lunatic. Had no idea how a military prescription works. Tried to say I fabricated my own prescription. Avoid this place. **Update 20 mins later, I went to a different Eyeglass World and it was much better experience. They had no issues with my military prescription and made my glasses in two hours. It did cost $198 for two pair but well worth it. This store has a bad reputation for a reason, stay away if at all possible.
A safe place to do business with a good staff that were able to fill my scrip for my glasses and did it in a timely manner. A very friendly experience.
I’m not pleased at all with the quality of service I have received. The day I had my eye exam scheduled, I did not feel welcomed by the doctor. I waited over a week for my prescription to be ready and when I called for a status, I was told, they couldn’t find my order. After a long wait and going back and forth the found my order. My contacts were not ready when I picked up my glasses. When I called for a status (almost a month into ordering), they asked if they had already been shipped to me. They said their system said “dispersed” after a very long wait, I was told they accidentally pressed dispersed in the system.
My son is about as active as it gets, so its a miracle that he has never broken his glasses before yesterday. When I arrived to pick him up from school yesterday, I saw him holding his glasses in two pieces (from final period PE). Being that it was already toward the end of the day, we had to scramble and find a place where we could get him an eye exam and put a rush on new glasses, so hed hopefully only have one day of taped frames. We found Eyeglass world, and they had an available eye exam that same evening! When we got there, the staff could not have been nicer or more professional, they got him through his eye exam, and the Optometrist went over and talked to the Optician and let him know our situation. Even though he was already heading home for the evening (by this time it was right near closing time) He turned all the machines back on and made the glasses for us on the spot so we could leave with them! This family of four glasses-wearers has found our new destination for all things-glasses.

When I arrived to actually pick out my glasses I actually had the plaleasure of meeting and working with Hunter to finalize my selection of the frames and go through exactly which lenses wild best fit my needs, Hunter is an amazing person and I would recommend this location because of him ! Our experience here was great! My honey is super picky and Hunter just rolled with all the punches he threw his way. Oh wait, can you change this? Oh, what about this? We were there for quite a while and he seemed to genuinely care and never once got frustrated with us. Scheduled myself an appointment too!
The team at this location and I will stress the word TEAM, from the optician who took my call- code name Emma- to the amazing physician who gave me an exam, to the lab manager Ian who crafted my glasses. They took care of me like I was a family member. The bottom line, at 3pm my old glasses broke and being from out of town, I called this company. By 5 pm I walked out of the store with two new pairs of glasses, a new prescription and a huge smile. Same day service. Thank you all!

I had to put a star or else I wouldn’t have put any stars. I called in this morning to check what time my appointment was and was told at 1pm. I showed up at 1:05pm and waited until 1:30pm to say anything. The girl informed me my appointment was at 1:30pm. I let her know I called earlier in the day and that I had been told 1pm. At that moment Dr. Michael Ray steps out and says “No I spoke to you and I said 1:30pm” in a very rude manner. I let him know I heard 1. Instead of being apologetic he again stated “Well it’s at 1:30pm. So we can do the exam now or we can not.” So I let him know not. I asked about my money back for the “eyesight club” which you pay upfront for three years worth of exams at some sort of deal. The doctor states that it won’t be refunded due to it already having been used. Again I stated that I wouldn’t be seeing anyone at eyeglass world and wanted a refund on the remaining year. Again he was very rude and stated no because I had already used 2 years or that i could talk to the manager. I am currently waiting to hear what the manager has to say but I’ve never been treated this way anywhere that I am paying for a service. I came in for contacts and eyeglasses but it looks like I’ll be going elsewhere.

I cant speak for the rest of the world but I have to say, the service was most excellent. These guys worked hard to accommodate me. Actually made two pair of glasses three times for me in an effort to get the prescription perfect; and it is. The entire staff was super pleasant to work with and even if I did get on their nerve they never showed that to me. What a wonderful experience. My expectations were at a medium level when I first visited and they raised the bar. Keep up the great work guys. Bringing the wife in in a few weeks.C MoBMW
I liked this place because the glasses were inexpensive and the optician did not pressure us to get extras. Glasses were nicely organized, so it was easy to find some in our price range. Mirrors are provided on every rack, so it is easy to compare glasses. My younger daughters rather ordinary prescription was ready in about an hour. However, when I asked about my older daughters harder-to-fill prescription, I was told it would take 7-10 days. My only complaint would be that the store could have used a good cleaning.
The only reason I even considered this location is due to the one day wait that is advertised. Since my experience at the Goodyear location was very very very disappointed. That is not the case with the Mesa location Shirley will help me out as well as everyone else in the store when needed was great really be my expectations tremendously. I first consider this location just for the quickest service to get my lenses as fast as possible but now will use this for all my eyes needs. Thanks Shirley and Eyeglass World in Mesa.
Stopped in today, at the last 20 minutes of them being open, with an emergency. My glasses fell apart. In my line of work, my glasses are utterly imperative. I safely made it in, half blind, and Jared was extremely helpful. He essentially met me at the door, and began helping me right away. Without the prompt help of Jared, I would have been stuck between a rock and a hard place for sure. Thank you immensely Jared, you truly saved the day!
John made my visit both expeditious and entertaining. He is an absolute joy to talk to and he did everything to help make my visit easy and enjoyable. I’ll be coming here from now on instead of purchasing online.

If you like sanitary places, stay away from here. For my exam, the machines didnt appear to be properly wiped down nor possess the residual cleaning smell that they would normally have if they were wiped down regularly; although, the lady did half-heartedly wiped down her side before starting. Browsing the inventory after my exam, at least half the frames on each display had fingerprints, smudges, etc. and it was enough that you could tell these have not been wiped down in a while. Several frames still had the black measurement markings along with the smudges. This is the worst display Ive seen in all my years buying glasses.On the plus side, despite being grossed out, the front staff was friendly, if not a little pushy on sales. The receptionist for the exams could use a refresher on customer service and patience. She appeared frustrated with me as I was having difficulty keeping my eye open and she slammed her files down on top of the machine while I was still using it. This was after she kept telling me to put my forehead to the machine as I was already seated and couldnt reach; when I stood back up to place my forehead to it did she say she could lower the table.Im definitely not returning nor trusting the prescription I received from here. I waited a couple of weeks to calm down before writing this review and still feel the same about this place.
Well my first review was great 2 years later now i got 2 pairs of glasses the non scratch coating is so scratched i cannot see through my glasses 9 months later so i have been wearing the other pair now the same thing and this pair is falling apart no matter how great the employees are you product quality is horrible oh i know how to clean my glasses so it is your product i am so disappointed if you dont mind getting a new pair of glasses every year I guess this just sucks now I cant see I rather spend more money on quality I guess this is what i get like the the dollar store of eye glasses what a let down (Ian and Emma are incredibly wonderful went out of there way to help me! And the store manager gave me a great deal I cant express how grateful I am for giving me back my sight thanks))
The people at the shop and the doctor were really nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to talk to them actually. They dealt with my insurance hassle and other messups without showing frustrations.Two things I didnt like, and future people should be CAREFUL about:1) If it says $xyz for two pairs of glasses. That is the price if you want to buy two pairs with your OWN money.If you are using insurance money, which most people do, then the price is different, and is almost the double.And given that most insurances only cover 1 pair of glasses... this two pair deal is more of an advertising stunt, than being useful. Despite that they offer 50% less on the second pair.They are still cheaper than few other places though, in general.2) You may not always get your glasses the same/next day. And the frame may be literally the one you chose among the ones on the display :( :( which has been been tested/worn/tried by so many people!
I was happy with service nice glasses a little expensive. Charged me for a professional fee of 50 dollars plus added some insurance and some poly lenses anyways only more costly than expected. Staff was great and dr was very nice too
Everyone was so awsome. From the time I walked in the door they were there for me. Very friendly staff willing to help any way they could. Price I paid for my glasses were close to any other place if not a bit less but much much helpful and much much more friendly. Thanks you all again.
So very happy I found this place! My son lost his glasses in a terrible monsoon storm. I would normally take him to the same day glasses place in the Mills mall. But we got 2 pairs of name brand glasses for what I would have paid for one, plus the eye exam! Staff was so nice & helpful! We will be back for sure with our other kids!

So please dont bother its been a weekSpent over 750 dollars for 2 glasses not the issue when my husband went to pick them up one pair did not fit correctly the technician kept heating the frames trying to force a fit we left them at the store to have them fixed correctly will never use this company again to late for the follow up call
Purchased glasses from Eye Glass World several time over the years and again last week. Hunter was very friendly and patient. He was helpful in suggesting frame styles I would not have thought about. All and all a good experience.
The staff went above and beyond to assist me in fixing my glasses, which happen to not be in production any longer so finding parts and knowledgeable people was a treat. The staff is all smiles and the store has a ma and pa vibe which I appreciate.

I got nervous about my appointment after reading all of the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience. The eye doctor was a little too rushed, from my perspective, but was extremely pleasant. Larysa was fantastic in helping me choose my frames and was very thorough in reviewing all of the lens options with me. At no time did I feel pressured into choosing anything that I did not need. I am extremely pleased and happy that I chose Eyeglass World for my new glasses.
I had trouble getting a few pairs of my new glasses adjusted so I went back a few times to try and make them fit comfortably. I felt bad for stressing the guys out that were trying to help me. Jeffrey and Al took the time while trying to close to make sure I was happy. I love all 4 pairs and recommend this place to anyone that asks me where I got my new glasses. I originally got my prescription glasses at an eyeglass world location in Indianapolis, IN while on a family vacation and they had made an error fitting my lenses to the frames. After a couple weeks of waiting, they finally sent my replacement lenses to the Mesa location. The problem was, they sent only the lenses and not the frames.After speaking to John at the Mesa location on the phone, I explained the problem and informed him that I did not have the original pair of glasses. Although the Indianapolis location had informed them that I did (which was wrong), John was extremely accommodating and professional about the whole matter.I went in Tuesday to explain my situation and by Wednesday morning, Ian (not sure of the spelling) had perfectly cut my lenses and had them waiting for me to pick up. The glasses look flawless and the customer service was above par.Bottom line... its rare to find a business (especially a national chain) that is willing to do whatever it takes to fix a problem and keep a customer... even if they werent the ones to make a mistake. Bravo!
Jori and hunter made sure I was taken good care of I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses u can even get them the same day! How convenient!!I waited last minute but hey they made it work for me!! Thanks eyeglass world for nt only leaving with glasses but with shades as well!! Awesome customer service an well deserved...hopefully meal haha thanks so much again!

BUYER BEWARE! Kids aged 14-17 automatically charged DOUBLE. I brought my teenager into the store to replace broken glasses. She chose 2 pairs of frames, lenses included (or so the sign says) for $100. The employee enters everything, tells me my total is $200. I ask why and Im told kids under 18 are required to have polycarbonate lenses and they are an additional $100. I mention the sign that says lenses included and Im told thats for regular lenses. I reply that I want regular lenses and she again states company policy and the polycarb lenses are included in the price for 13 and under, but are required AND have an additional charge for 14-17.Im in a bind. I need the glasses quickly. I pay $200 because thats still less expensive than many other places, but this is absolutely false advertising. When I picked them up, they stated company policy again, but could show me nothing in writing. So, this additional $100 is ONLY required for kids age 14-17. Under 14, its included in the frames and lenses price and over 18, its optional. Will be filing complaint with BBB and AG.

I ordered lenses for my glasses 17 days ago. I was told it would take a week max. I received no phone calls or updates for the status, so I contacted them after 10 days and they didnt even know there was an issue. I was then told the lenses would be there in the next three days. A week later no phone call, so I call again to find that there was ANOTHER issue which I wasnt informed of. I am still waiting to see when I might get my glasses. Manager is the one who took my order originally, so he is no help. Its like they think saying sorry is going to magically give me the ability to see...I NEED MY GLASSES!

Everyone here was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable. Hunter and Shane made the extra effort to provide my husband with temporary glasses until his prescribed lenses came in. Thank you all.

Two stars because at least the eye doctor was nice.First, schedule online didnt have openings for almost a month. The Friday before my Wednesday appointment, they called to say they had to reschedule because there was no eye doctor there that day. Yet, they had openings the very next week. I had by then realized I was getting close to needing to move, so I asked to reschedule a month out. The guy on the phone insisted it would be inexpensive and I could even make payments on the glasses themselves.Day of appointment, they ask if I want a contact fitting too. I asked if my insurance covered that too. They said yes! So I said, well if it doesnt cost me more, why not.Then, I go to look at frames for sunglasses (the only eyewear I really need ASAP). Very little selection but I asked the girl can you price out a pair so I know what Im paying out of pocket before I make a final decision. I tell her price greatly affects what I buy. She runs through all the pricing on the glasses and even after opting out of polarized lenses, she says its $60, and would I like $25 1 year insurance...no scratch coverage otherwise. I say ok. They wont be ready for 10 days (after my trip to California). Fine.My total is suddenly $160!!!$74 for lenses (she left out telling me the extra $14 for color), frames covered, $25 insurance, $20 exam copay, and $40 contact fitting! I pointed out what they said on the phone and when I came in and she acted like I was being difficult! Oh, and the payments were 50% down, 50% when ready to pick up.I gave then 3 opportunities to be straight about pricing and they lied and evaded and gave me BS!I will not return and I will be getting my glasses somewhere else.
I liked nothing about it, took four weeks to get glasses done, then upon pickup they never even put the tint on the lense. After driving 35 miles one way and four weeks, still not ready. No wonder the rating of this company is falling so quickly. Avoid the hassle and go someplace else there are tons of different options that offer similar specials.
Yeah, its a hustle I just wanted one pair of glass the lady tells me I will get charged for two anyways. I need my glasses for work but I wont get them til at best two weeks (the only reason I went there was because they had a lab) from Friday. The audacity of them to put $78 in their windows. When you are lucky if you walk away just paying $400 -$500 dollars. For one person I should have read and you should too these other responses it will save you time. It is no joke. Will report it

Was served exceptionally well by Ariana who managed to squeeze me in without an appointment and Hunter who ensured I could pick by eye glasses the very next day. Now I know where ill be going for all my eye care needs.
I had decent customer service. When I went in it took them a bit to get to me since they were busy with some other customers, but i just used the time to pick out some frames. I didnt have my prescription with me so they just fit me in the next available opening for a doc to take a look at me. Witch was about a ten minute wait. They had to order my lenses, so they fixed up the frames I had with me witch needed a nose piece for free. In ten or so days i should have my new glasses. Not a bad experience.
I am absolutely iritated with this place I have had to go back twice and when I finally got the call to come pick up my contacts I got them and got .home and realized that they were not the airoptix hydraglide I had specifically asked for every time I was there I have called to give them the opportunity to make it right and I keep getting put on hold and nobody seams to know why Im calling much better service at Queen Creek eyecare
They dont give you full perscription unless you buy glasses, very suspect.
I just move to Arizona a few days ago from Orlando Fl and needed a new pair of glasses made after losing my old pair. I called eyeglass world and spoke with John he has been a great help just like the rest of the staff I will be coming back and do more business here.
