The burgers are very good. The service is always good. The price is good. It is very well managed. The facilities are always clean. They are new and in good areas. But I dont like their buns. I have always loves French fries. Some more than others. I have never hated any until I tried theirs. I dont eat burgers often. When I do I usually go elsewhere because of the buns and fries. But once in a while I enjoy having just their lettuce wrapped burgers.

While I realize food is a personal preference, this isnt for us. Didnt like the fries, not fresh, and the patty is as thin as McDonalds, just a thinker bun so not our thing The tables needed wiped, the outside tables needed wiped, the overflowing garbages emptied. We asked if the was a kids meal, the cashier says no. A few minutes into our meal, we noticed several tables with kids that had in shes out hats. If those are available, the cashier should have said. I offered to go ask for our granddaughter, but at this point she was pretty over the place.

Just like any other in-n-out, lines are long. We got through it in 15min. (About 18 vehicles in front of us.)Burgers were great, the fries were a bit limp and old.Heres the kicker... for the 1st time I saw a sign in the window that said HOT COCOA FREE FOR KIDS Its, July, was this a joke? So we asked the cashier... apparently every time it rains all In-N-Out locations give kids free hot cocoa! What the what?!! Thats awesome.Also... for anyone with kids, you can always ask for a free hat and stickers, the kids love this!

OMG, this is another spot we always find when we travel. We must have our In-N-Out Burger and Fries Protein Style w/grilled and raw onions, with Animal Fries. Go for it you will never order it any other way. Trust me on this one. Only if you can eat and like onions. In like my burger well done. GTT :))

So yummy and we never have to worry about the consistently long drive through line taking too long.

When I went they were fairly busy but our order was ready pretty quickly. And the burgers were very good, as were the fries. I dont eat a lot of burgers, but the next time I do Ill definitely put In-N-Out at the top of my list.

Great food and service always busy in the drive through and inside food is always hot and restruant is always clean would reccomend over any other fast food resturant

Have not been to an In N Out, where the fries were even warm. 09/29/21 not only were fries barely warm but the double double was only warm in the middle. I checked the fries prior to the burger. Ate burger, fair and left the fries. It is 3pm and the floor is poor but few customers in or at drive through.

Just got my food and the girls on shift were the RUDEST people ever! The one girl put her finger in my face cuz I asked for sauce when I guess she was busy… the other was just shoved my food into my hands with attitude. not gonna be coming back.

This location typically moves pretty fast for the drive-thru line even though its usually long you get through it quickly. Theyre usually very friendly and courteous and fast-paced. Mostly young adults are teenagers that work there but theyre always very polite.

If you are craving a great burger this is the place! I have never been dissatisfied no matter the location I visit. But you better eat it fast, cause bread will get soggy the longer you wait.

Drive through is consistently slow, especially considering the limited menu. Was amazed at how fast an In-N-Out in Colorado springs was, showing they dont have to be slow. Good burgers though, Ill go at times when Im not in a hurry.

Skip all the burger joints around this area and come on down to this place. Food is unbelievably delicious and filling. No bad review for this joint right here

I have frequented this location for the past year, since relocating to the area. So... I decided to pick up lunch in the drive thru today, as I normally do. But this time, I was totally appalled by the fact that NONE of the employees working the windows were wearing masks, nor gloves. Perhaps the cooks were (I truly hope so) but im not sure. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning anytime soon. What i also dont get is why most restaurants have abandoned the usage of gloves. Correct me if Im wrong, but gloves are a necessity per good old-fashioned food service guidelines. Whats the deal?? Gross! You need to correct the info you have on Google, stating that masks are required by staff. Because its no longer true, obviously!!

Absolutely fabulous customer service! Stopped to pick up dinner for my family and my big order was literally handed to me three minutes after ordering! I couldn’t believe it! Love the quality and freshness of my food every single time I come. The cashier was so nice and Briana who handed out my food is the sweetest person ever!

Busy drive through but for good reason. The food is good. Fries arent my favorite but cant go wrong with some salt and ketchup. The shakes are awesome along with the burgers. If youve got a late night craving for a classic burger combo you just cant go wrong with In N Out. The employees are always friendly and the service is fast even though most of the time the place is busy.

Stopped by to try it while on vacation, Id heard they had good food but unfortunately dont have one where Im from, I had an animal style burger that I would consider to be the best fast food burger Ive had in a while. Would love to see one open closer to home

This place has some great burgers. There was a line of people BUT the service is so quick, that we were in line for like a few minutes and sitting down waiting for our food for a short time. We were In and Out haha forgive the pun, very quickly hahaha and back out exploring.

Everytime I go here everything is so good, but when I went this weekend, everything was much different. I went into the restroom, and it was disgusting. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. As for the food, the fries were all dry, and the milkshake was practically melted. The burger was alright, but something about it was different.

Okay yoooo everytime i go I ask for NO spread or just no animal sauce but ALWAYS get it and today when I make sure to make it clear no spread as they say they give me 1 dam patty instread of a 3 by 3 i want what i order please and thanks dammmm they petty and annoying but otherwise food be okay frys are a 50/50 might be fresh might be old

There was a pretty long line on Sunday, but it moved quickly. The food was good, but my burger was sloppily made, leaning to the side, with the sauce running out of it. It caused a mess with the first bite. Ill give them a pass this time and I will return because it was busy and they were obviously in a hurry. 4 out of 5 stars because the food was still fresh and good, but the presentation needed work.

Your store was busy. The cleaning/sanitizing guy got a table cleared and cleaned promptly. That was the highlight of our visit.The order was correct. The burgers were properly complimented with condiments. The patties were overcooked with crispy edges. The cheese was proper.The fries - despite being busy - were barely room temperature. Our up-sell to Animal Fry was a dismal failure in application. ONLY the cheese was above room temperature. How disappointing.Our expectations were: (1) Properly cooked patties. (2) Fries that are hot when delivered to the customer. (3) Animal Fries that equal the up-charge and are delivered to the customer with hot cheese and fries.We have patronized In-N-Out for decades and your team was significantly out of line with previous personal experiences.We are not disposable customers. We drove past many other dining establishments to get to this store. THEY want to meet our reasonable dining expectations. Kathy Park.

The drive thru line was long however it was speedy and easy going. The menu very simple . The experience was fun, employees are cheerful and helpful. My order was spot on.

The hamburgers at In-N-Out have gotten smaller and more expensive. If you hold the meat up to the light you can see through it. Even the shakes have gotten really small. The only good thing is our fresh fries

Standard in and out Fair. I was impressed with the quickness friendliness and intelligence of the staff. Our burgers were very good and got to as quickly. The place was very, very busy. That might be why the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty.

The burger patty was the exact same size as the cheese slice.. the tomato slice was twice as large it swallowed the patty it was as if i was eating. A cheese lettuce pickles and tomato sandwich inside a burnt bun

Since we have been in AZ we have heard good things about In-N-Out Burgers. We decided to try it today. I would rate this on the same level as McDonalds. We had a lot of bread with a very tiny hamburger patty. I’m not a fan at all. See the amount of bread that was left from around the hamburger patty.
