I ordered and paid for a baseball cap. There was a mistake in spelling on the hat which I did not catch in the mockup. There was no discussion about a replacement but within 24 hours they contacted me. They had made a new hat at no extra cost for me. I appreciate their quality workmanship and their attention to customer satisfaction.

I’ve been using Rainbow Graffixx for about four years now. They do a fabulous job. The shirts are great quality, and screen printing holds up wash after wash. Darrell has helped us design some awesome logos, and Coty’s customer service goes above and beyond. They’ve worked with us on expedited orders and are our got to. I’ve recommended them to several people and will continue to recommend them. You guys are awesome!!
