Can’t speak for their other services, but I had a great experience purchasing pickleball equipment here! Jerry (super nice to talk to) hooked me up with a solid beginner paddle for a great price and I even got a free tshirt in my favorite color with it. I was able to go play that same night and had so much fun! (: So thankful for Shirtail.

I just spoke with the owner of this shop. Here’s my conversation.Hi, I have a question. I have some drawings that a friend of mine who has since passed away. Back in ‘73 he drew these sketches for me and I want one of them placed on a white T-Shirt. The owner says just one? Yes, I reply. It would be very expensive for just one shirt. But, here is an option. Walmart has these transfer sheets 8-1/2 x 11 twelve in a pack. Buy them. If you have a copier which I have make a copy of the sketch. Take the copy and transfer on the sheet and put on your T-Shirt. My friend drew many sketches that I can put on white T-Shirts. Now, all I have to do is find some cute white Tees!!!Thank You Shirtail.

I would not recommend this place at all. Owner is a piece of work and the service is extremely poor. My advice is to stay away...

When you open a business in downtown Mesa it only makes sense to support Shirtail who has been in downtown Mesa for as long as I can remember. Boy am I glad I did we had our company shirts, business cards, T-shirts & hats from these experts. We had the best customer service from Collen shes the best! We are so pleased with the quality work, quick service and great follow up.

Great service

Quick service at a great price. We considered online options but it was cheaper without shipping and faster to go with Shirtail. We highly recommend them to any business looking to have custom t-shirts made for their company!

Placed an order March 17. They cashed my check March 29. Inquired about my order April 12. Was told they hadnt even started the order. Canceled order and was told a refund would be issued April 12. It is now April 27 and after several emails with no reply I still have not received a refund. Horrible business. Just glad it wasnt a big order. Look elsewhere if you need this kind of work done. There are several embroidery/screen printing places that wont just take your money and not produce any product or give your money back. Shirtail blows. Its also nice to see Jake Phelps leaves ratings and reviews for thecompany he works for. 👎Update: It is now May 13 and I finally received a check and a letter from Shirtail saying how good their customer service is. I have been waiting since March 17 and they finally send me a check that is well short of what they owe me. Shirtail customer service SUCKS! Ive emailed them about the amount of the check and we will see how long it takes for a reply. Dont send letters out raving about your customer service and the wrong amount of the refund. Waiting almost 2 months for something is not good customer service. Lack of communication is not good customer service. Sending the wrong amount of a refund is not good customer service. Im sorry Ive ever got involved with Shirtail. Ail is an appropriate suffix for this company.
