Had several dozen shirts and hats made by them, the work was clean and timely done. Great family owned business with people that care. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I dropped off 4 USMC face masks to get personalized embroidery on August 26th, 2020. These masks were meant for my brother who served for 21 years. The owner was initially ecstatic to do the work because her husband is also a Marine vet. She told me the masks would be done in 1 week. I attempted to call her 4 times; leaving 2 messages and received mailbox box full on the other attempts. Because I was not getting any response, I attempted to go back to her place of business on 3 occasions, but she was never available and the business next to hers (within same building) took down messages and insisted they would give them to her. As of October 9th, over 6 weeks have passed and I have yet to get my masks back. I finally contacted my bank today and filed a claim to get the $40 back; however, it is unlikely I will ever get the masks back. Now I will have to submit another special order for the USMC printed material again and will not recoup the material cost.

You get great results when you have have great people getting it done. Edie is fantastic at making sure you are satisfied with the work you order and all the way through the final product. Very high detailed work and awesome customer service.

Called the number, got a VM saying it was Eddie and to leave a message. Then I got the mailbox is full message. Will try another shop.
