If I could give ZOUNDS 0 stars I would, my Mom called to get a copy of her past two hearing test results, they said that the result records are in their Sun City location. My Mom has always gone to the location on Power RD. The time before last that she was there, she was having issues with not being able to hear because of issues with one of the hearing aids, they had to replace the wire that goes from the hearing aid to the ear, but didnt tell her that it was defective and then told her that they only have 1 year warranty on them, which didnt set well with her because of the $79 charge that they told her that she was to have to pay for it, after they put in the new one without telling her before hand. We called the Sun City location that Nicole told her that the records were at, Sarah at the Sun City location stated that all she had was records of the last adjustments to the hearing aids, not the last hearing tests, and that we could go to Sun City and she would test her hearing, I DONT THINK SO, 54 miles one way. SO STAY AWAY unless you like paying for charges after the fact for a repair!

Customer service was crummy and the lady was very rude.

The hearing aids are ok, but when I researched the company, they had a Gilbert location (now gone) and one in Utah where I am during the summer. I was not told that was a franchise. Unfortunately, they closed. Next time I will go to Costco as they have locations most everywhere. Service has been OK.

I liked the employees but it was hard to find things in this store, but they had a good selection of clothes and shoes.

So sad what they do to the elderly. Beware of this company as they lead you on and when you try and return they say NO!!

My friends hearing aid had broke. She took it in, They fixed it No charge!
