David and crew were quick and efficient and did a clean install for 8” surround sound. Decided after a few weeks we wanted the bedroom done too so contacted Nick to have them come to do another install- same thing, quick and clean install. Great job guys!

They installed three TVs nine cameras with the recording system and set up my Alexa to have me able to open up my doors from anywhere but also keep my house safe very pleased with their work. I contacted Nick because I had some issues with my existing security camera surveillance system not connecting to the cameras, and I also needed an additional cat five Line run from my wireless router to a dedicated television. Nick replied within a reasonable time we scheduled a consultation he explained the services in the fees thoroughly. Upon arrival Nick and his assistant or clean dressed well groomed very professional, quickly assessed the situation and had me back up and running on my security system even adding a updated app on my phone to be able to view the cameras remotely. They also did the additional work of adding a cat five line cleaned up after themselves very professional efficient definitely keeping their contacts as I will probably refer them and use them again myself.

The CAT6 I had them do was done well, the conduit was not glued together or water tight, some was under ground. The fiber I had them do was never completed and never worked. Was told they would be back out in 2-5 days to fix it, never called, never showed. When I did reach out I was told I should have called them sooner and they were busy. I was blamed for them not communicating with me. Weird, felt like I paid them to do a complete job. I paid them up front and I guess they were happy to not complete the job. I was offered a $150 refund on a $2000 job that had over half of the work not completed or working.The underground work was sloppy, didnt pull the rock back and pushed the rock and dirt back into the trench.The fiber in the attic was broken where it had been walked on. I ended up spending $2k on diagnostic equipment to find the issues and another few hundred on terminating gear and parts, only to end up buying and pulling new fiber on my own. I was told they would have come out to replace the broken fiber, but am wondering when that was going to happen, they say they are booked through November and werent able to come out and finish the job they started.Highly do not recommend!!!

Really satisfied with the work done. Had two ceiling speakers installed by the team. Arrived on time, covered the work space and more, did the work super fast and at an affordable price. Found this company on Thumbtack. Nick was very prompt and helpful starting out. Came out for an estimate, knew what they were doing. David came out quickly two days later and replaced our coax cables all along the two-story front of our house (in the heat!) and cleaned up our Cox box (the wires were frayed and all twisted up so Cox wouldn’t work on it, needed it all replaced.) Got the internet connection to our preferred hookup in the house too. Value for the money. I was kept updated throughout the process and got reminder texts/emails, very professional. Would highly recommend them for this kind of work!

What these guys are good at is billing you! They sold me a $80 antenna for $180. After not being able to pick up ABC, CBS, and the CW, I went out and switched out their (my) antenna with a $30 Amazon one...got just as many channels (22) as the 75 mile antenna that they sold me!!! ALSO...at 70 yrs old, I climbed the ladder and found that the clamp that holds the antenna was loose!

Would use no one else.... On time and did the job perfectly. We have used Nick and his crew several times, always with great results.

The wireless in our house has always been spotty,, and given that some of our walls are block, some are plaster, and the house is fairly long, extenders have never worked. With three of us working full time at home now, two of us using video conferencing several hours a day, we needed something done. These guys came out, took a look and some measurements, and proposed an Eero pro mesh system. And guess what? We now can get wireless from anywhere on our property, inside or out. We also had a few ethernet connections added for when my boys play video games and everyone is extraordinarily pleased.They did a fantastic job, were pleasant to talk to, on time, and Im very pleased with all the work they did.

Nic was straight forward about the work, cost, and timing. I had 9 networking drops, a switch, speaker wires installed on a single story house with partial high ceilings.Nic and David arrived promptly the day of the install. My positive view of Dynamic Audio started from how promptly Nick responded to my request for quote, given another company I was referred to never responded to my online request or 2 phone calls. We walked the home locations I wanted my security cameras to cover and he made recommendations based on coverage desired and installation requirements. The day of the job Nick and his installer David were on time, installed the security cameras expertly and coordinated with me when a change had to be made where the wires would be dropped into the DVR location. Very happy with results. One thing to make sure you know about upfront is that you are responsible for patching the holes that must be cut in the wall to drop the wires into the DVR location.

First time I called, I spoke to Nick about a home theater install quote. Nick asked me to text him photos of my desired install area and depending on photos, he might need to come in person to give me an estimate. Nick didnt respond to any text messages I sent him over next 3 days and also didnt answer or respond to my 2 follow up phone calls/voice mails. If its this difficult to get an estimate, thats a red flag to me. I would not recommend.

I had a really big project home theater room. I had a few guys come out to give estimates and most of them didnt seem to know that industry very well. Nick @dynamic was very knowledgeable. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable with having him do the type of work we need it done. Which was installing 180 inch projection screen its motorized, Projector, in wall and in ceiling speakers, receiver, and program a Harmony remote.His crew showed up on time. they lay down plastic and were very careful not to damage our things. Dynamic Audio Video is AWESOME. They were at my house at the agreed upon time (which it is almost impossible to find an “on time” contractor these days). Dynamic provided an excellent product and excellent service both before and after the sale. We have difficulties getting the devices to talk to each other on our home network. Dynamic stayed late trying to get it to work, and kept in contact until we had the problem solved. They were competent, and the right tools and the right attitude. The ONLY issue is the lack of communication. If the guys are running late, fine - just TELL ME! When there is no contact and no response to multiple attempts to contact the provider, the customer is left little choice other than to raise hell. It is apparent that they need to dedicate someone to coordinate with customers and improve communication.UPDATE: The providers workers contacted me shortly after 3pm, and arrived a short while later. They were unaware of the issues. The install is in progress as of 4pm.Nick was selected by Amazon Home Services for installation of a 55 inch TV wall mount. I spoke with him yesterday by phone to confirm the appointment. The arrival window was 11am-2pm. At 2:05, I sent him a text message and received no reply. At 2:37 I called and left a voicemail message. At 3pm, I contacted Amazon Home Services and informed them of the situation. No show. No contact. It seems this is a pattern, based on other reviews. Amazon issued a credit to my account and is attempting to find another provider for my articulating arm TV mount installation.

I had Nick out from Dynamic AV solutions to hang a 55 TV. They were prompt & called before getting here as promised. They hung my TV showed me how to do a number of things. On Saturday July 21st I spoke to Nick on the phone and I explained to him the job i had. Nick said he would come out to my house on Monday July 23rd sometime between 1200 to 1400 hours to get me an estimate.On July 23rd at 1350 hours Nick had not arrived at my house nor had he informed me of any delay. I text Nick asking him if there was a delay but he did not respond.As of July 25th at 1530 hours I have not heard from Nick. This normally would not be an issue but I put my trust in him to get the job done so I did not look for any other contractor. This made me loose three days in this project.All I would want and expect is notification. If Nick was not available or did not want the job just to be up front so my family was not hanging in the wind.I expected better, not professional at all.

Set up an appointment and received a confirmation text (Tuesday) that they would be here from 2-4 on Friday. They called at 11:30 said they were on the way. When I called back to advise that the text said 2-4, he said the worker got done early and offered no solution. Pulled up in my driveway at noon but still needed to get my dogs situated and dealing with a family emergency, I show the guy the text and ask if he can come back at two since THEY scheduled it that way and was told I would need to reschedule. I asked what the point of a window is if they arent going to abide by it and his response was those arent exact times. Yah not someone I want to deal with if they cant take accountability for their mistakes.

A beautiful, professional installation of my new 75 T.V. for my den. Perfectly centered, wires hidden behind the wall, walked me through some of the features of the T.V., and synced my remote for a very reasonable price.

First time they did a great job wiring for a sound system. Second time they did a horrible job. Extension cords were run in the walls which is a big fire hazard. I found this out from an electrician that came in to move out lets so the extension cord they left hanging from the wall wouldnt be seen. The sound bar in master bedroom was installed behind the tv so I cant here the voice just bass coming from the sub woofer. They just want to make a quick install and get paid cause someone who knows what they are doing will not place extension cords in the walls that can start a fire if something goes wrong with the extension cord.

Used these guys to install 2 tvs in my business. Also to install one speaker in the ceiling that had fallen out and broke. Mind you these speakers had been working fine for 8 years. They installed the speaker and 2 weeks later the last 2 stopped working. They told me that it was possible water damage an I needed to rewire them. They also installed 2 50 inch tvs that not until they brought them I noticed they were refurbished. I asked them after one was installed about a warranty and they told me only 90 days. I paid $400.00 for each tv. Never will I use them again. They do not back up their work.Never again. Should of checked the reviews first .

I have had some absolutely terrible experiences in the Home Theater installation industry. Many people over charge or do a shoddy job. I am Extremely lucky to have found Dynamic AV Solutions . These guys are absolutely the best of the best!I found their business on Google and called Nick. While I had called relatively late in the day on a Friday, I explained to Nick that I urgently had to have my house taken care of and while most people say no because they like to finish their jobs at a particular time, Nick went the extra mile and had his guys come out and work after hours! They came to my place at 4 pm and worked all the way up till 10 pm.I have a 9.2 Home Theater system with HDMI and Cat 6 cables ( in addition to my speaker wires ) running a mock. Brandon was the Lead Tech on my job and when these guys came over, my house was a wreck; when they left it looked as good as a several thousand dollar home theater room. The job they did was priceless. At no point did any of the two techs look at the clock or rush. Every wire was concealed, matching wall plates were attached and zip ties were used to eliminate any clutter. They forgot to put one wall plate but as soon as they realized they re-wired the entire speaker after putting in the plate.There was one minor issue that I never requested to test as it got very late and when I called Nick back and told him about it the next day, he immediately sent his techs over again to rectify the problem at no charge.Apart from the excellent work that they did with everything I loved how convenient Dynamic AV Solutions made the entire process, instead of having to wait for a tech to show up and haggle about a price ( as per my past experiences), Nick used Facetime to see my setup and gave me a Fair price quote based on the amount of labor involved and when his techs arrived he just explained everything to them and my place was as good as Gold.Kudos to the entire team for being Professional, On Time, Convenient and Dilligent ! I would DEFINITELY recommend them (and already have ) and plan to use them for all my future projects. Keep up the great work guys!

TL;DR: Find someone else to mount your TV. If they mounted your TV, check for extension cords which are fire / safety hazards.**UPDATE**The owner called me after I posted this review trying to get me to give a higher rating. During the conversation he defended their use of extension cords by saying they only use UL certified extension cords which are safe. Two guys show up, and we get down to discussing the details.I show them the TV, HDMI cable, power cord, TV mount, and where I want it mounted. One guy immediately says my TV power cable wont be long enough to run through the wall. I replied that its not safe to run the TV cord through the wall, but they should install a certified PowerBridge kit which creates a second outlet.They tell me they dont have this kit and that instead they will use extension cords. I told them no, extension cords are not safe, and proceeded to show them the Amazon invoice which clearly states the service provider is suppose to supply a Powerbridge kit based on the price I was paying.They finally call their boss and offer to install a new outlet, daisy chained off the existing TV outlet, but neither of the two guys on-site doing the work were certified electricians or even journeyman. They claimed their boss was certified, but the boss wasnt going to be doing the work.I turned them away...

The techs came home and suggested a lot of things. They had to send in a quote in few days as they promised but it has been weeks and yet they havent sent in a quote. I called them many times, they asked to send an email which I did. I dont get why they didnt send the quote.
