I cant say thank you enough to Sonic and the crew at AEO! After 5 weeks of being on the road with my fe 501, they got me completely taken care of with my dirty gas line and injector problem sorted very quickly. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Had a great experience with AEO Powersports purchasing a 2021 TE 300i. Staff was helpful with all the additional gear I wanted installed on the bike. Process was seamless, I will recommend AEO to all my friends since they all want a new bike since I got mine.

I called around local shops price shopping to have my forks resealed and was pleasantly surprised AEO Powersports quote to be very reasonable. Initial conversation with service tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Price quoted to me over the phone was $200-250 out the door. So I brought my Ohlins forks to AEO for service. At the store I reconfirmed the cost and two to two and a half weeks for completion was scheduled. After three weeks of calling for status and no activity other than waiting on parts, I was finally told that the parts had arrived and that they would start working ASAP. Today I receive a call that the forks are ready to be picked up and the final bill would be $439. I also was told that the Inner fork tubes were also sanded down to remove imperfections. I have never heard of anyone sanding inner fork tubes for any reason. Now what was once pristine chrome inner fork tubes are covered with hairline scratches. I can’t imagine this being any good on the new seals which were just installed.Seriously, how difficult is it for a business to not provide an honest and legitimate cost of service up front? You are a certified repair shop. It is impossible for me to believe this is the first time you have performed this type of repair. It is also incredulous that as an authorized dealership and service department that you could not keep your customers up-to-date and genuinely informed of a status and costs for repairs.Please note I will be rating your organization poorly to the public. In addition a good business knows the impact of word-of-mouth advertising. You are not the only dealer/shop in town yet you act with total disregard and disrespect to a customer who support you and the growth of your business.In a time when so many things are out of order, disruptive and disheartening, it is difficult to understand the lack of basic honesty and integrity.Sorely disappointed.__________________________________________________Following up to your response:Hello Owner,I do fully understand shipping delays. Therefore my previous comments about a phone call to your customers with an update would be reassuring especially when a job takes three weeks or more for completion. As Previously stated I was the only one reaching out to your store to request an update. If not I doubt I would have heard anything until the day I was told it was completed with a different cost.I do hope you are correct about the honing of the inner cylinders for better oil retention. In over 35 years of motorcycling I have never seen this process performed before. What I should say is I have never received forks in this condition from any repair shop.Not wanting to continue speaking with you at the service desk after reviewing my forks was out of respect for your other customers. It was not the right time for a heated discussion when I felt my concerns were not being acknowledged.Having a chance to read AEO reviews from others hopefully for future customers this is an isolated incident. And yes, your service desk did give me a discount. However at the end of the day your customer is stuck with a multi-thousand dollar set of marred up forks.

If I didn’t like Austin - the Manger - and Husqvqrna this would be a negative review.To be sure, I was not there to kick tires. I have purchased a husky 501 and a bunch of other super Moto gear at this store. Due to the abovementioned - planned to purchase two new bikes today: 2021 FE 501 and a TE 300.Mr. Sonic decides to tell me he’s too busy to deal with me while a second employee whose new, sits idle.After requesting Austin - the manager - give me a call - AGAIN - Sonic tells me he is too busy for me. Over a short call this salesman actually said they have so many bikes flying out the door he does not need my business.Roger - I’ll go somewhere else. I live 2,000 miles from this particular dealership. Loyalty means nothing to this kid.

Wow this place is great. I live in North Phoenix so I just happened to be in the neighborhood so I thought I would check it out on Saturday morning, November 23RD. I was looking for a tire for my new bike and they had a great selection on hand and the guy who was working really knew his stuff about tires and the various options. This place stocks a ton of riding gear, helmets and boots. Finally their price on the tire was lower than online. LOWER THAN ONLINE! I ended up buying a set of safety wire pliers while I was there too. I would so much rather support a local business and when they’re this awesome it’s a no brainer. I wish I lived closer, this is the only place I would shop. Keep it up AEO

Unfortunatly i have to give a 1 star! I was recommended to come here for their work! I was told it is really good! So i reached out to see if they could take my bike in and do some work! No rush! Just want it done! I asked for a rear tire to be put on! (190 55 17) rear and matching front that i am buying (from them) and have my valves adjusted! Thats it! It is now 2 weeks after i called them and i have only got 1 call telling me the price (which im fine with) and i STILL have not been told if they can do the work or if they even have the valve parts on hand or what i need to pay now or when to drop it off! Im also a tow truck driver so i can drop it off ANNYYTIME but have not got any confirmation that my bike could be done there! Unfortunatly after this i will have to go somewhere else to recieve the work done and just wasted 2 weeks of no communication! Sorry i cant get the experience that ive heard so much about!

This shop is old school moto. By that I mean they ride, they know bikes, they answer questions. They have been the only shop in AZ twice now that had the parts I needed in stock. That means they saved two weekends of riding. Thats a big deal to me. Great service, friendly, prices competitive with online. This shop is an hour from my house and I call there first.

Not like your typical aggressive car sales man tactics and over turning employees like other Powersports in the valley. Down to earth, genuine, fellow riders and supports the offroad community. Highly recommended these guys for anything needed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Complete waste of time and money. Take a look at your receipt, or ask them how they back up their work. Answer is simple, they don’t. In fact I had to return multiple times to Pablo, they kept charging me, but the same issue remained. Eventually I gave up and brought my bike to professionals who managed to fix the issue my first visit.

I brought my bike in to get it jetted and fix a vibration. they didn’t fix either one of the issues and cost me $250. I brought it back the same day and Pablo “helped me out” and charged me another $50 to tighten my engine mount bolts which fixed my vibration. I gave up wasting my time and money at aeo and went to gateway motor sports where prices are fair, and work is performed correctly.

These guys are the best. Check them out for all of your motorcycling needs.

If youre looking for a Husqvarna bike, you dont have many choices on this side of town. Theyve got a great selection of bikes, but Ill say theyre support after the purchase is disgraceful. I bought a brand new Husky 701 Enduro and paid cash. Within a few days I noticed the Neutral indicator light wasnt working. I brought the bike in within a few weeks to get it checked out and was told it would be warrantied. Months later and I never heard back, followed up and no phone call back on next steps. Finally followed up again and was told to bring it in again for pics. What an inconvenience for a silly light. Youre gonna pay top dollar for a bike, just dont expect top dollar support from AEO or Husqvarna for that matter. Thinking I should have bought the KTM version from RideNow as I suspect they may be held more accountable. Im following up with Husqvarna Corporate tomorrow to provide feedback.
