****Update!!**** 04/06/2021So there were a few issues that we managed to get straightened out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, Boston was out sick. Thankfully, Peter helped us make sure that any problems we had were solved and out of the way almost immediately. We finished the financial side of things pretty quickly and were given the temporary license plate to ride her home as is. Everything was given the green light through the service department and we are good to drive back home. My partner Drew really appreciated the stellar, honest, and straightforward customer service. He also liked that the bike was ready to be driven immediately.Thanks Peter!!****03/30/2021We came here to check out the kind of bikes they had here and man was it worth the drive. Took about an hour and some but we got here with time to spare before closing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We started looking around and had a few bikes catch our eyes that were in our price range.As we were looking around an extremely helpful hand, Boston, came up and gave us more information no matter the question. Very open and honest about his opinions on the bikes as well as what kind of shape they were in. Seemed like a solid stand up guy.We checked through everything one last time before my partner decided on a bike to go for. Boston gave us the pricing, what the licencing, maintenance etc.. would cost on top of it instead of jerking our chain and doing a run around. We put it on a hold to talk about some more but we are pretty sold on the idea alright.Boston did a pretty good job with the financial information as well as what to expect. Couple weeks back my husband bought a 2019 Harley-Davidson Street Glide. He worked with Peter only over the phone because we were coming from out of town. Peter answered all of our questions and put zero pressure on the sale. It was even priced very well. When we went up to finalize the purchase it took less than 20 minutes to sign papers and drive off. The motorcycle was in amazing condition and cleaned thoroughly. I purchased a 2010 Harley Triglide from Evan. He was a real cool dude and made the experience enjoyable, at no point did it feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. I purchased a used motorcycle for $17k in May. Motorcycle only had couple hundred miles on it and it was 2021 model. I could not find that paint at new motorcycle dealer so had to go for used one even though had to pay more than a new one. While inspecting it we noticed motorcycle had scratches on the guard and after further inspection I realized it was dropped. The clutch lever was bent. I brought it sales persons attention. He said they cant do anything about it but then said they will replace the clutch lever. So I agreed to purchase the bike. After signing docs the sales guy said they dont have the lever in stock but can stop by next week to get it installed. agreed and rode the bike home. After few calls for a month he finally said will have to contact service department. I started calling service department he kept saying they are waiting to be delivered. Last week he said he had one delivered and was already installed to customers bike. I said well that wasnt me. He pulled my info and said he does not see anything under my profile so he asked me to contact sales guy. I called my sales guy back couple days ago and now he says he hasnt even order yet and he will place an order now. Tomorrow will be 3 months since purchased motorcycle. I bought 2 more afterwards and 2 of my buddies bought a motorcycle last week. Guess what we purchased all of them elsewhere. They just lost over $50k business from me in last 3 months over a $30 clutch lever.

Purchased a used Triumph around 09/22/2021 that appeared to be in good working order, the staff on site at Az Auto RV hyped up the efficacy of their 51- point inspection that all the bikes go through, assuring me all their bikes were ready to ride. Rode the bike 15 minutes home, it was almost overheated and started leaking coolant when I parked it, well thats not proper for a 2009 with ~13k miles on it. Shouldnt be leaking anything, really. Took it PHX Triumph for an inspection, my suspiscions were confirmed, the water/oil pump inside the bike motor had a bad seal or o-ring somewhere; and, within less than 24 hours after purchase, all of the engine coolant had drained out of the bike through this leak. I tried communicating this to the sales rep I had worked with the day before and all he could tell me was that I could ...bring the bike back into us, and we will take a look at it to determine whats wrong.. At this point, it was clear that I could not trust Az Auto RV with the repairs, as it could be argued that they knowingly sold me a bike in need of critical repair. I took an L on repair costs(~$1,400.00), but I trust the work PHX Triumph did, no leaks, no overheating or other issues since. AZ Auto RV may very well help you to get fininaced and insured, but at what cost? Bring a trusted mechanic with you for a test ride, maybe? I dont know what the answer is here, but I will not be bringing my business back to Az Auto RV.

Very Happy with my Purchase so Far! I was originally going to buy from a Harley Davidson Dealer, But man is it hard to work with them! Haley Dealer showed one price then hit me with $2600 in set up fees and Reconditioning BS. I called AZ Auto Rv and told them I wanted one of their bikes I had already looked at in person just wanted the Bill Of Sale to get my $$! They did just that! Oil on the bike I bought was not fresh or looked clean but they did offer to give me a Oil change! Made a deal Super friendly and I didnt have to speak with 3 Managers just to get a Purchase Order! Big Dealers should learn from this store!

These guys have a lot of street bikes. They also have some dirt bikes, ATVs, a boat, side by side, jet skis, maybe a travel trailer, and other recreation vehicles packed into a warehouse. They also service the toys right there.

Chris helped me out with my sale. He’s a no bulls*** guy from Boston. All the guys are cool actually. But Chris brought me in and you could tell he was actually a good person, took the time to talk and hang out for a while, no hurry. So he brings me in, shows me around, lets me browse till I find her, sit on her and check her out, and then boom. Got the bike ready for me, put on a new chain and sprocket (I mentioned oiling the chain for me, they just put on a new one AND sprocket) made sure she was perfect for me and now I have a seriously clean R1, quick and easy.Their inventory is top notch, every bike in there was in immaculate condition. Very good guys. I’m going to go on a ride with Chris soon and grab lunch up in Payson.I definitely highly recommend them, and will be going there from now on for my bikes because they pick out the best of the best for their selection... Overall, as my 1st motorcycle buying experience, this was pretty bad. I made the mistake of telling my salesman Evan it was my 1st motorcycle, and he took full advantage. He lied to me about the condition of the bike, and tried to blame service claiming they dropped the ball in looking the bike over. The funny thing is, when I came back to complain about hair ties holding up a panel on the bike and missing bolts, I was finally able to see the report from service. They marked down all that was wrong with the bike, so Evan either lied, or hes an incompetent salesman who will say anything for a sale. Im inclined to believe both. I brought up my concerns about the mileage considering the price, but there was no negotiation. During my interactions with Evan after the sale, he was trying to stick the maintenance that he said was done on the bike on me. He told me if I gave him a 5 star review on Google, that hed give me $100 credit towards service. That infuriated me considering he didnt give me the bike in the condition he said it was in. It wasnt until researching my rights and asking for a manager before anything got done. I didnt appreciate the jokes service were making about the bike when I picked it up (salvage title, etc), but they kicked me into gear to get the bike looked at again. The manager in service was very helpful, and walked me through the work they completed and is the only reason I didnt give a 1 star review. In hindsight, I was definitely within reason to try and get a better price on the motorcycle considering I paid pretty much double the KBB value based off of what Evan decided to disclose about the bike. It was an eye opening learning experience, and I wouldnt recommend anyone buy a bike from here unless you have experience in what to look for. I made the mistake of visiting other reputable dealerships before coming here, so I assumed they operated with the same integrity. If youre a new rider, I promise you there are better options. I dont know how the others in sales are, but avoid Evan if you choose to do business here.

I nearly bought a new bike from one of the national big chain bike stores. I was lucky to get to walk out before being completely ripped off. Decided just to check out a few used bikes on CycleTrader and found what I was looking for at AZAutoRV. Connected with Chris Boston who let me see the bike with no pressure whatsoever. The experience was fantastic! He worked with me on the deal, we took our time and had a great chat. My bank is out of state and they were patient and willing to work out the long distance kinks. I really cant recommend them enough. Since I purchased my starter bike, Ill be keeping an eye on their inventory in a year or two for an upgrade. Dont let their sticker price scare you off... just talk to them first. Support local! And ask for Boston.

So I am a new rider, and was looking for about 2 months. I found the bike I wanted but it was in there Peoria store, the sent someone to get it right away. Got my loan for me, and even drove me up to N. Scottsdale so my wife could sign the paperwork. As I am new to riding I didnt feel that comfortable riding it home so A.J. rode it home for me. Mike was the one who drove me to Scottsdale. The customer service here is amazing. They work with you to get you what you want. We are thrilled with our 2016 Indian Chief w/ sidecar Vintage. The facility is loaded with some amazing motorcycles for just about every rider style or type. Chris (Boston) was a great sales person who tended to us while we waited on bank paperwork. He is an awesome, no pressure salesman with a kind spirit. Within minutes I felt like I knew him for years! The entire staff was friendly and attentive and the GM was nice. We were not pressured into buying anything we didnt want. Finance manager was very knowledgable with bikes too! Jason put together a great listing that got us into the place. Thank you!

So disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My husband and I walked into the dealership and told Evan that we were looking for a specific bike that was on their website. He took us back and showed it to us while it was being serviced. We got all of the paperwork started and even called our insurance company to get our policy set up once we were told our loan was approved. After 3 hours of filling out paperwork and waiting around, Evan asked us to come to the back and told us that the bike we were in the process of buying was already sold. While we were in the back with him he told us he could get us approved for a more expensive bike and offered to extend the loan term to help us out. He said someone had already put a deposit on it but since the guy kept them waiting for so long he told us that if the customer didnt pick it up by the following Wednesday he would give us a call. Wednesday came and went so we looked online to see if the bike was deleted. The bike is still marked as in stock on their website. When my husband asked Evan about it over text, he wouldnt even provide explanation. Instead, he blamed COVID and the election. At first we thought the whole situation was just an honest mistake but after reading other peoples reviews, we now know that this dealership is all about the bait and switch scams. They have bikes that look too good to be true just to get you in the door. Dont waste your time and energy - just go to a reputible dealership with professional salesmen.

Havent been able to say this about any dealership, but this one is absolutely fantastic. The dealership employees are simply great people, all looking to help in any way possible. As an international student, financing is usually impossible, but they made it work. Also, they asked what the cheapest insurance I could find was and took it upon themselves to find me even cheaper insurance with even better coverage! I would highly recommend.

Went in to buy a bike, dude told me they couldn’t finance me then proceeded to flirt with my girl for 30 minutes and try to get her to buy one in her name neglecting to talk to me. Every time I tried to get a word in I was not heard lol. Needless to say I went to a different dealer and they financed me out the door the same day. You should really pay attention to who you encounter because you might be able to get them to cough up half up front for a bike if u don’t talk to their fiancé the whole time. 🤘🏻

I bought a scooter here and although the scooter is great when I got home I realized they did not give me all the keys, which was the master needed to clone a spare. I called back and they more or less told I was on my own, certainly knowing when they sold it to me I would need the master . Now I need to purchase a module and a master, together $500. Beware these guys are out for a quick sale and thats all.

Classic Sportster problem. Brought it back in to be looked at and was astounded to find that they had decided to not only take care of the issue for me but they even said that they would install upgraded parts so that this issue doesnt happen again any time soon. Worst customer care I made deal with them one hour before closing they tell me that bike goes to service and it will be ready next day that theyll move it to top of list so I wait for a call from Jason the next day but dont get one so I call in afternoon just to find out they say it sold the nite before I left at 500 so in one hour someone came in and bought with cash they say, which in the first place should not have been for sale IF THATS WHAT HAPPENED after I left their response is oh well maybe look around for another in showroom well after that kind of customer care I think not they should try to make me happy after doing that but they dont care so think twice before selecting this company and Jason as a salesman

Over priced bikes for sale, every single one of them. All of the salesman are robots who read from a book provided to them by the owners. They never commit or respond to a price when you make an offer. Buyer beware, there are MUCH BETTER dealers out there who are more honest and upfront. Oh and by the way NOBODY hid behind any screen name either PAL. I made an honest review and you cant seen to handle the fact that your workers blew it. Own it pal, be a man and own it that you screwed up.

Having never purchased an automobile on-line, I was hesitant to purchase a classic car, sight unseen. However, the photos of the car were great, and after having spoken to Greg on the telephone about the car I took a leap of faith. It all worked out great! My wife and I had a great experience dealing with the entire crew here! Greg, Chris Boston and Quentin were all very friendly and patient with us. They were accommodating and willing to give us information, along with allowing us to thoroughly look over and test the vehicles we were interested in. They truly take a no pressure approach. We flew in from Utah to potentially purchase a 5th wheel that they had, but ended up doing a deal with them on a real nice, solid dually they had on their lot. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

I must say it took me several months to find a reputable website during my search in trying to finding a Can am bike for my personal leisure. During the process I encountered several scammers. Then I found a beautiful can am bike with a reasonable price on a website from AZ Auto in Arizona. I called the number and spoke to Mr. Quintin. He recognized my fear of buying a motorcycle I have not seen. He sent me a video tape of the bike with minor flaws such as couple scratches which was impressive for the honesty and ethical service provided to me. The video revealed the bike being ridden by one of his employee as a way to demonstrate its excellent working condition. Quintin also liaised on with me frequently during our business transaction and until the motorcycle was picked up from his shop in Arizona and delivered to me in Woodstock, Georgia. He also sent me a video during all the process which was very impressive and reassuring.I am enjoying my Can am motorcycle and I would like to thank Quintin for his excellent customer service and the quality product he sold me. Purchased my first motorcycle from here in Nov 2016. One of the biggest issues was deciding on which one to buy from the huge selection. I worked with Evan on the test drives and purchase. Evan has also been great with questions long after I bought (Its been a little over a year). JP is also very helpful, answering questions again long after the sale has been complete. I highly recommend anyone look here for their next bike.It was low pressure, they encouraged me to take several bikes for test drives to determine what I was most comfortable on. I recently found the exact truck that I was looking for at Az Auto RV. Made an appointment to go test drive it with Greg. The whole experience was far superior to a standard dealership and the process was much quicker. I felt absolutely no pressure. Greg took care of a few known minor issues with the camper shell within a week. I will be referring them to my friends and family.

I would highly recommend this place, Quinton went above and beyond to help me get the bike I wanted. It was my first finance and I was new at my job so there was certainly a lot of hoops to jump through, however Quinton made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. Everyone from the sales staff to the financial manager was a huge help and this will definitely be the first place I look when it comes time for a new bike.

Great place for purchasing a used bike, or whatever is there! They take great care of you....A mistake happened with a bike and they did the right thing and compensated for it even though they took a loss, not many dealership I know would do something like that! I then liked their professionalism that we purchased another bike from them. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for any type of bike, the good thing is that they have used bikes which are a lot cheaper than what they go for new. They take great care of the bikes, definitely give them a visit if you are looking for a new toy!
