This is the second time I have rented a unit at Arrow Self Storage. Stacey the property manager made everything easy from start to finish and is an amazingly sweet person.

They were informative on the phone and friendly. I stopped in and saw the unit and then they were efficient getting the paperwork done and happy to recommend any specials. Really friendly group.

The lady who works up front is so kind and makes everything super easy. Definitely recommend using this company!

I like this storage facility allot the management is great very friendly always willing to work with you .very clean and they go out of their way to make sure you are ok and comfortable.very clean I would recommend to friends and others to check it out if they need a storage.quiet good location and good security none of the issues I have seen in outher facilitys!

The hours that customers are able to access theyre belongings may not be twenty four hours, but close to it!! No clue on office hours, but gate access is seven days a week 🕕six am to 🕗 eight pm, like before&after work 👏!!

This is the best storage facility- ever! What initially sold me on Arrow was their honesty and integrity. Other storage facilities who offered 1/2 price the first month had so many hidden fees, the first month was almost twice the monthly rent. With Arrow, there are no hidden fees. As a customer service representative, my standards are high! Diane took the best care of me The stellar-efficient and friendly customer service and their cleanliness are the other reasons I chose Arrow.

Everyone at Arrow Self Storage is friendly and my U Haul truck rental experience was fantastic. This is the nicest staff!The truck was great. Such a handy location.The office was even all decorated for Halloween!SO CUTE!Thanks Arrow for making a crazy day far less stressful!

I am so upset Im a stuggling single parent and its hard out there but not impossible there really are great people out there that help. My unit went to auction on July 23rd of 2019, after losing my job due to health issues i called and told them I lost my job they said they would help,that they understand things happen but as time passed the amount kept growing and it went to auction and my kids are just devastated as am I, they just lost their daddy last May, this had been a soul crushing year but we get up every day and make the best of it. I tried everything, asking if I could work there until the debt was paid, begged if they could reach out to the buyer and to see if I could buy it back from them and they(arrow) just say sorry that nothing can be done. So Im going by putting this out there to the man that got my unit, Im just asking that you let me buy back my personal stuffand the kids want some of their daddys things please do not throw anything away I will come and get it. If you are the person you can contact me at bellarapplean@gmail I knew putting my personal info out here is not so smart but Im so desperate for my kids please showmy kids that there are still good people in this world.

I came into my storage and I found rat poop everywhere the rats ate through my furniture the rats pooped everywhere all of my furniture peed everywhere destroyed a lot of my things and nobody picking up their phones like this is ridiculous and crazy Im trying to get my things up out of there real fast before they destroy the more and somebody need to call me as soon as possible Im not responsible for this I trust in your word no bugs no rats no nothing have my storage since July no response from the owner thats fine I just want all my money back and yall need help me move my things somewhere else Im really mad like I knew I should have went somewhere else my kids crying dang we went through to much already now this but its cool God got us on me
