A nightmare. The staff woman I spoke with about renting a U-Haul was incredibly rude. She mocked me for wearing protective equipment during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in Arizona and repeatedly did not respect my requests to maintain the recommended social distance of 6 ft. The U-Haul was also disgusting; it was full of the last users belongings and had what appeared to be vomit in the back. I spent at least an hour cleaning it until it was usable. Whatever you do, do NOT rent from this location or its staff.--- UPDATE: In response to whoever just responded to my feedback, what your employee told you was not, in fact, what happened. I was wearing gloves to protect myself and YOUR employee, out of nowhere, told me that they were useless and that I was only spreading the virus. I did not ask she wear them, nor ask for her to comment on my PPE. CDC officials have confirmed that gloves are a safe way to prevent the spread of this virus, and your employee stating otherwise is a danger to the community. Secondly, I asked your employee to kindly leave the keys on the outside table but she REFUSED. She said she would only give them to me IF I walked up to her and she handed them to me, directly opposing my request to maintain a safe social distance. All of my claims can be proven by watching the security footage, as we were directly in front of a camera. Lying about customer interactions is shameful and your employee is putting customers safety at risk. I will be sharing my negative experience here with others.

Have had an awesome experience using AZ Drive Thru Storage. What made them stand out is their reasonable rates but most importantly the individualized customer service provided by Kerrie. She went out of her way to communicate and make me feel like a welcome addition to their establishment. Thanks again for being awesome AZ Drive Thru Storage!

This place is AMAZING! Used to be a mess and had super poor management but the new manager took over and she has absolutely turned this place around. Best prices, great specials, and best manager. Highly recommend!

Service is terrible in the Mesa location. Called and reserved ahead of time. Went to the office to pay and they helped one person and then disappeared. Been waiting for 20 minutes to get help. Called multiple times and no one answers the phone. What kind of business is this...

Right price but very little shade and the units are very hot the closer to the ceiling you get

We had a great experience with AZ Drive Thru. Kerrie took care of us from start to finish. We were so comfortable leaving all our belongings at this facility because the manager is always on site. Kerrie made our move a breeze! We would recommend this place to anyone!!

I felt that the price was a little more expensive than some of the others in the area. I chose this place because of the location only. The other main thing that I totally hate about this place is the hours. Its open from 7 a.m. till 7 pm. I was really hoping for a 24-hour facility but theyre saying because of the neighborhood, thats why they close at 7 p.m. . Then unfortunately does not work well with my schedule. Also if you fail to pay the rent on time within the first six months of getting the discount, the discount is automatically eliminated by the computer system and you are losing any and all benefits of their specials.

Poor customer service never answer the phone left messages no return Ive been there less than a month try to cancel my unit before my due date they told me they will give me a price and call back still waiting on a call 5 day later..

Facilities are always dirty, with shady people running around acting funny. I was always certain my unit would be broken into. Staff was extremely rude, making up outrageous and slanderous lies in order to keep the space rent I paid and make me vacate early so they could rent it to the next guy. The woman in charge here legit made me attempt to commit suicide multiple times, saying things you dont say to your worst enemy. Stay away from here...

New owners! New Management! What a great place! Unit was swept out before I moved in! She even handed out waters as I moved my stuff in.
