My Experience with Life Storage had been fantastic, they have efficient, clean storage spaces, easy to pack in, easy to register. The best thing about it is the Customer Service. One lady helped us out a lot while we were packing into a smaller storage unit. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I Highly Recommend!

Today I came in the office being the first time trying to rent a storage unit and I spoke with Sandie she was so awesome! She was very sweet and helpful and answer all my questions she never rush me and even help me decide what type of size unit that will be best for me by showing me a few units, although I know that she was only filling in for today and she originally work at the Chandler location she definitely made looking for a storage unit actually fun and the process smooth! Life storage was just what we needed for a few months as we moved houses. Management was great to work with, and they were quick to help us cancel our contract when we were done. I would definitely use them again if we need another unit.

Great experience here. The location is a bit small and somewhat of a tight squeeze but over a great storage facility. Well maintained very clean and definitely safe and secure. The staff was very helpful and accomadating especially the manager Carol she was extremely kind helpful and professional you can most certainly tell she takes pride in her work and the facility definitely reflects her attitude and work ethic. This is the cleanest storage unit I have ever seen.Carol the manager is very nice, helpful and professional.It seems a lit if people in management forget they can be nice and professional. Rented a double wide storage unit for 11 months here and everything was ideal. The unit was clean and ready for us when we moved our belongings in. Gated road for extra security. When we were moving the majority of our belongings out we brought a 26’ truck which would not fit around the corners, but LifeStorage was helpful and opened the exit gate so we could back the truck in to load our stuff. No hassles from the first day to the last. No complaints. All positives.

I came here and got a deal on a 10x10. The kind lady who showed me the unit (Carole) was very professional. She even done me right by giving me the first month free. The areas in front of the units don’t have any blind spots and Carole made sure I could find my around the place. Would recommend this location.

Needed short term storage and this site accommodated us graciously. The assistant manager in the office was very organized with paperwork and very thorough with describing the contract. We had a great experience and would use this location again because of the excellent service we were given.

Great customer service and prices. All of the employees I’ve spoken with have been very kind and knowledgeable about all aspects of renting a unit. I don’t like having my stuff put away in storage but I wouldn’t want to keep it anywhere else.

Stopped in with my Aunt Ruth just to look around. The girl in the office was super nice. We dont need the storage yet, and we were shopping around, but we will probably be ending our search here due to the good service. Hope to see the same girl in Aug.

Scary location, way over priced for what you get. The doors hardly even open and sometimes I cant even get them opened. Once your in the hallways are small, the carts are terrible and tiny. I am glad its cooler out so I can finally move my stuff to a better storage facility.

A year ago I needed air conditioned storage and was amazed at the lack of understanding on the part of storage providers between swamp cooling and air conditioning. Rhonda was upfront and knew the facts (matched what I knew to be true). She is very professional in approach: showed me the facility, security measures, locker space and clearly discussed the paperwork. The added bonus is that she is a very pleasant and good natured individual. Her pride in the job shows and is noteworthy! Resent check out was a snap, with Rhonda providing assistance and suggestions for Truck loading assistance. It is danged hot in June in Mesa, AZ…I suggest heading to Oregon.

Recently I had came to life storage for a small lot to store my things after my move, I had never been to any self storage before, the staff was extremely polite and very helpful, as it was very easy for the staff to explain how the process works, It was also very enlightening to know my belongings are safe.

Came in to look at sizes to see what I was going to need this coming Aug. Was surprised by the great customer service and knowledge that the young associate gave. I will definitely be coming back here to rent when its time.
