Poor communication, Tiffany the office staff very rude and seems to bully people and stand back and laugh, she seems to have issues. the 2 other girls were awesome..Mike the district manager seemed to work along side with Tiffany, he bullied while she sat on the golf cart snickering, just a very uneasy uncomfortable situation. And Tiffany lives in the apartment, seems Everytime I was at my shed she would be staring at me through her window. See the pictures below...yes I took pictures because I felt it was going to get serious. Dont rent at the baseline storage west, especially if Tiffanys working. Not professional at all. I moved all that myself.

Stored all my things minus electronics in a unit that was centrally cooled and everything was great! Even at the hottest parts in the day it wasnt too hot to go in and look for things. Customer service was on point, friendly and helpful!

Not necessarily a bad place, but the prices just keep going up. You would think that if you were at a place for several years, they would give you a discount, not keep charging more.

I worked with two locations of Storage West over the last 10 months.Each person I have encountered has gone above and beyond what I would have expected of them.Both establishments are secure, clean and modern.They offered add-on services that were genuinely a good deal.I recommend Storage West at Mesquite Grove as well as Storage West at Val Vista Lakes to anyone who needs to move their items to a storage facility.

I rented a 5x10 storage unit for approximately 10 months. The staff are courteous and helpful. This would be a 5-star review but for the following:My air conditioned unit was at 100 degrees for a large portion of summer. It wasnt always this way; the swamp coolers were working effectively through the hottest parts of June/July and keeping things at 87 or cooler until suddenly they stopped working. This was quite obvious because the inside air became very dry, and sometimes it was hotter inside the unit than outside (especially in the morning). Staff not so politely reminded me there is no guaranteed temperature for my unit. Im not sure what happened to the swamp coolers, maybe someone complained about the humidity or they broke and cant afford to repair.Another slight inconvenience was due to a malfunctioning motion sensor which required break dancing to activate. Lights turn off every 10 minutes or so in my alcove and more break dancing ensues. This was known by staff... these sensors are cheap and easy to replace.

Best deals in the east valley and they give great customer service!!! Very cleanly and in good shape! Our air conditioned rooms are wonderful; havent had any issue with our items coming out of storage. 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Very rude customer service and management. I will never recommend them again. Its 99° inside the building of my unit. I was told when moving the Building has cooling!! It was broken when I first got my unit but was told they were in the process of fixing it. Its fixed yet there is only a 10° degree difference..

This is a nice clean facility. They have everything that you need to help get your belongings there to store. I had a nice air conditioned unit there for several years and the staff was always friendly and knowledgable.

Quick and easy rental, cooled units are clean, accessible, secure. Use of a dumpster and moving truck free of charge. Tiff is the best!

Sooooo everytime I call to pay my bill Im rudely assisted. . Its very upsetting that Ive experienced this at 2 different locations. I call and provide my info and both Csr reps that have helped me where extremely rude and made me feel like it was a hassle to pay my bill. Yes I know u can pay online but I shouldnt have to, I am always rushed off the phone or placed on hold and told there is customers waiting to be helped when in fact I am a customer myself .
