Did not receive $20 visa gift card as stated on website. Nor do they supply a free truck to help you move in. You have to request 24 hour access if needed to move in from office. You are burnt if you do not request before office is closed. I did receive a free month with my AAA membership. Office girl was very helpful which made up a little for the gift card.

Well maintained. Prices are typical for the Phoenix metro area. Occasionally have 3 months specials.

Online leasing was only slightly baggy during document signing, and move in was seamless and simple. Facility looked well maintained, and staff was genuinely helpful and courteous. Unit was the right size at the right price.

I have been there for years. No alarm and the staff is hampered by Rules from the Management. The rent goes up every few months. I started out with great rent now its twice as high. I have decided to move to a more modern facility.

Once place and staff is good. Main problem is that they love to raise the rates on you. Seems like they know you are semi stuck because no one likes to move their stuf. We found a place for half the cost and are now moving everything.

Nice quiet place. Access hours suck 7am-9pm .I have a business and need later hours. Its a great place, clean, and secure
