My only complaint was that the quote I received was severely underestimated. The total cost of the move was 3x as much, but I was partly to blame for some of that because I had a lot of medium-sized odd shaped pieces that if were boxed up would have been more efficient to move. Also, the brand new storage facility where my stuff was going was not practical. The elevators were slow and would not work at times. Also, a 10 digit code had to be entered each trip. This really slowed down the process and costed me a small fortune. The guys were troopers though and always had good positive attitudes despite working in the heat, dealing with the painful elevators and unplanned events such as the elevators shutting down at 9pm. If everything had gone smoothly I still think the cost of the move should have been quoted 2x the estimate.

Michael, Dominic, and Miles were so amazing with my recent move. I have 2 young children so it was hard to keep them entertained while trying to get everything figured out, but they were all so patient and extremely efficient. Two Men and a Truck made scheduling our move very convenient. I filled out an online form and they followed up the next business day. They answered all my questions, gave me an upfront estimate and even accommodated a stop on the way to drop off a piano at another location.Communication was excellent; they called to discuss the online quote, called a day before the move to update any changes, and the driver called on the way on moving day. All were very professional.I tried to get several estimates and most did not even bother to call back.This company was recommended by friends that recently moved and I will highly recommend them also.

I have white couches and they were sure they took good care of them all the way from each location. Every piece of furniture they handled like it was there own. We paid a lot of money to have our things moved. We requested mattress covers and they never used them. Our furniture was damaged and filthy when it arrived at our new home. They walked all over our carpet with their dirty shoes and had complete disregard for our personal belongings. The movers were slow and not efficient at their job at all. Very disappointed and discouraged with the service we received. I would not recommend this company unfortunately.

Had a great experience last week with Two Men & a Truck moving a few pieces of furniture to storage. First of all, the office was very responsive in calling back to set up the appointment in the first place. Then on moving day, John, Walter, and Dan arrived on time and were courteous. They prepared the furniture for move with pads and wrapping, including an antique china cabinet (family heirloom). Everything arrived at the destination in one piece and scratch free. They even moved a VERY heavy safe and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Used them to move and one of the movers improperly packaged my office chair, spilling oil all over new carpet. He didnt even tell me and left me to notice afterwards. He basically tried to hide it. Also, had a few missing pieces of wood for my dresser. Tried calling back the sales rep who never responded back. Use your friends for moving or a better company.

Come to find out she did not reserve the truck as she stated. The 2nd person I spoke to was going to have a manager reach out to me. No one called me back at all. Super unprofessional.

I have used Two men and a truck several time in Phoenix never had a problem. Last week I used the Gilbert, Az location, and I am very unhappy. I had stuff for storage and things to come with me, somehow I had 5 boxes that should have gone to storage. The guys had my storage key and asked them to leave it on counter, and instead they took it. I called the guy the next day(Sunday) and asked for my key and was told that the owner would drop off on Monday at my home. Needless to say that did not happen! On top of it I had to get the five boxes to storage and called again telling them I needed my key no response. I had to hire a lock smith to cut the lock and of course I had to pay$179.00 to cut off my lock because no one retuned my key. Then I had to hire someone to come and move the five boxes on top of it. I will tell everyone I know to not use Gilbert location because they are not very professional. Oh and my move took 10 hrs, and I had everything packed.

The services provided by the team were exceptional, from the beginning to the end. My initial online research on their website was very helpful, and did very thoroughly guide me through what I needed to do. With that help I had a general idea of the cost involved. Further communication with their staff was always courteous, informative and frankly spot on regarding what was needed for my move to happen without a hitch. The movers worked efficiently and carefully. Their very difficult job was to move from a 3000 sq ft home to a 10X25 storage unit and that they did that within the allotted time!! I needed some of my items rearrange within 2 weeks of the move and the staff kindly granted this service without a charge. I will definitely use their services for my next move.

We are seniors living in the East Mesa area. We needed some furniture moved out and some new furniture moved in and they were Johnny-on-the-spot. They not only helped us in our home but also in the storage units that we have. We were downsizing and I rented a 30 yd dumpster and they were able to fill it for me no problem. From Start to finish I was more than impressed with the professionalism of these Movers( actually 3 men and a truck). They called in advance to be sure we were ready for them, arrived on time went into high speed mode from the time they arrived. They wrapped everything and made the heavy things look easy.As a team Cody A was amazing crew leader and Alejandro and Andrew S completed the amazing crew making things look so easy. There were a few things I forgot and they added them without blinking an eyelash. Oh my Gosh they made this move stress free.I would definitely recommend the company to anyone. Well worth the money.

We moved all our furniture including exercise equipment from the basement that required them to disassemble them to get them up the stairs and a baby grand as well as multiple large appliances. It was a TOUGH job that took a lot longer than they anticipated, but honestly I have never seen a crew work so hard continuously throughout the day with such a positive attitude. They were very polite and pointed out any damage they saw before they loaded things into the truck to make sure we were aware of it. They worked well together despite a very long day, never arguing or complaining. I honestly have never seen a crew work like they did. It was three men. One was Michael. I highly recommend them.

I used Two Men and a Truck to move my 92yr old grandmother out of her terrible assisted living home The Oaks in Gilbert into a group home. I instructed the movers to pack everything and specifically gave instructions to pack her shower curtain. After I unpacked her boxes, the shower curtain wasn’t packed along with a particular dish. The office there lady was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I hired them to move my things. They sent three guys and my experience was NOT good. They didnt bring the necessary tools to complete the job, I had to go out and buy tools for them to do the job. They were too busy socializing and not focusing on the job at hand. They did small things like leaving my fridge door handles off, which I had to go and put back on after they left. They took cords that I had to go and buy as well. The worst thing is they actually stole my medication!!! I called and they did NOTHING customer service wise! GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! Save yourself the headache and go with more mature moves who wont steal your stuff!

Best movers ever.

I scheduled a baby grand piano move with Two Men and a Truck and spoke with the scheduler twice to confirm the move. When the first two movers arrived, they were not aware they were moving a piano and had to call their manager, Oscar, to come and assist and bring a piano board. In the meantime, while we waited for Oscar to arrive, the two individuals that were already there assisted with moving other items, which was truly appreciated and they did a great job! Unfortunately, the guys could not get the legs off the piano so everyone that was helping us move had to assist the movers and lift the piano and lay it on its side on the piano board so the leg on the heaviest side did not get damaged. In the process of taking it outside, mind you the piano was right next to the front door, two of the three legs were damaged. We got it loaded into our truck and Oscar refused to do anything about the damage and he quickly left. As we settled the bill with Ben, he felt really bad about the damage and all the confusion and he reduced the bill significantly. He was great to work with! There are obvious gaps between the schedulers and the movers. Im really disappointed that Oscar wouldnt take accountability for the way things went and the damage that was done. I wont use Two Men and a Truck again.

I recently moved across town. From my first contact with Two Men and a Truck I was certainly impressed by all the hard working employees. My first contact was getting an estimate on-line. I entered the information in the evening and actually received a reply from Stephanie (Mesa, AZ office) at about 2 am the next morning. I called that day to ask a few questions and then book a date and time for the move. I received a call a couple days before the move. On the morning of the move the movers called letting me know they were on the way. Chris and Mike got to our house promptly at 8 am. We have hired movers a number of times and these guys were the hardest workers Ive seen. They were literally running from the house to the truck. The time/cost for the move was well within the estimate. Great moving team. Thanks guys.

IGrease, and it was done intentionally.The Son looked at Me and grinning as He did it.Never could get the stain out.I wouldnt trust them.When I called the company, They said they would reimburse some of the money they never did.

The WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a moving company. moved a 5 by 5 storage of paintings 15 min away. stated it took 2 hours and 2 men. added expensive packaging specifically asked to omit. charged double for that wrap and an extra $310 for the hour it took allegedly. dishonest people that run this office. they new i was out of state. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. THE PRICE THEY QUOTE YOU WILL BE DOUBLED AND ADDED TO YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL!

This was probably my 7th move with Two Men and a Truck! They are always professional, on-time, and I’ve never had an issue were the quote was unrealistic. It was 118 degrees the day we moved and those guys never slowed down! I am always appreciative of the care they give to my belongings.

We had two men and a truck load our moving truck from our storage unit into our moving truck. They stated they were going to wrap our furniture with plastic before stacking items on top of expensive furniture. When we came to unload the truck we discovered none of it was wrapped so we had countless big scratches in our furniture. When we got to our destination we had a choice of using two men and a truck to unload, but decided to go with another company that did a lot better job handling our belongings for a lot less than what we got charged by two men and a truck.

I have moved 12 times using a moving company for both my home and my business. This was the best move I’ve ever had. Curious, professional, great customer service, and the way they moved my stuff... protected pieces that have all previously not been protected correctly. They took apart our freezer and reassembled it as well as our sleep number and reclining couches. Not one mistake. Pricing was great and the y were meticulous with the wrapping of my art and electronics.

Ive used two men and a truck before and I had great crew. This time I had three man crew and only 2 of them really worked. The third man found every excuse to not work. He was on his phone, in the bathroom and chit chatting with everyone. Even had the nerve to tell us that they can accept gratuities.When I asked them to put a couch in a bedroom he refused to do it. Said it wouldnt fit. i measured and if you take off the legs it would of fit. He still refused. The other two workers were good.

I suggest movers use plastic covering over carpet areas they must walk.The men were cordial and professional in every way. They would diligently.

They lost the screws to my bed. About an hour after they left I called the movers to ask where they put them and they said they taped it to the bed rails but when we checked three times they are no where to be found. I left message with the company explaining this and never received a call back. When I finally got a hold of someone they were rude and did not listen to the issue so when the manager called me back I had to explain it for a third time. I think if the crew spent less time joking around and more time focused on their job, then I would have all the pieces to my bed. I have used this company in the past with no issues but now they have lost any future business from me and my family.

Very impressed with the level of professionalism from the team of movers that showed up. They handled our belongings carefully, no damage to anything during the move, even the baby grand piano! They were very efficient as well, completing our move a little ahead of the predicted time. Our movers arrived exactly when scheduled, were friendly and very competent. They blanketed/shrink wrapped exposed wood furniture, carefully noticed the labels on all marked boxes and evenly distributed weight so contents weren’t damaged. They were very efficient in their loading/unloading and graciously moved one bed to another room when it became obvious that it was going to be too tight in the original room. I’d never hesitate to recommend their services, their pricing structure was fair and they finished well before their original time estimate, resulting in a good savings for us.

Had some issues with the first crew who showed up but the issue was addressed quickly and respectfully.Second crew was incredibly professional, effecient, and respectful even in the AZ summer during COVID-19. I felt the second crew took great precautions and were truly excellent.

I was kept well informed and the movers arrived at the time I was given. On a hot and humid Arizona morning, with good spirits, the friendly two young men completed my move - travel time from Chandler to East Mesa included - in about an hour and a half! Care was taken with my furniture and everything arrived in the condition it was picked up in. I would highly recommend Two Men.

Allow me to share with you that I spent $500 more than I should have thats number one b....they were so slow ... number two I didnt appreciate it when a light was broke on my staircase 1 of 3 lights until I took a closer look and realized it was two out of the three lights that were broken.... Nobody said anything not word....as I do a closer look and inspection of my furniture things were damaged scratched.... I get a phone call to ask me what I thought I tell them they didnt bother to follow up on me they did not bother to fix what they had broken so I would have to say all in all it was a bad experience go to somebody else anybody else dont walk run.... And not to mention a couple of my mementos were missing.... Run it cost me more money than you can imagine and not one person followed up and not one person tried to make anything right. One person did a thing.

Did a great job at a very reasonable price. Nothing lost or broken. Crew very professional and helpful - went out of their way to make sure they put everything exactly where I wanted it. Hopefully this is my last move, but I would definitely use them again.
