Base on the customer service when you first walk in Id say RUN as fast as you can, in the opposite direction from this place. They absolutely do not care about your vehicle or take pride in their work. If they do, then even more reason to stay away. Pictures say a thousand words. I mean a clients truck butted up to the garage door, literally! Best advice is to find someone else.

Sold work, good service

They didnt listen or show interest as to what I wanted. They just did what was fastest and easiest for them. I wanted my exhuast tip in a certain position which they did at first. But after they further flattened a bend in the pipe to get things to line up the tip didnt sit correctly. At first they told me they were doing something different then changed plans without telling me even though i was standing 20 feet away.

“Excellent, fast, inexpensive and easy service. Very pleased with my exhaust” was my original 5 star review from November of 2018. Following up as of February of 2020, for the most part I am still pleased with my exhaust system. The only complaint is sometimes the exhaust rattles on super cold starts but yet again it could be because the car is at 123000 miles. Other than that I haven’t experienced any leaks or issues at all. Still sounds as great as the day it was installed. Would recommend 👍

This place is a joke it looks like a 1st grader welded my exhaust and he literally left a hole the size of a quarter in the side worst experience of my life I don’t know how this guy is in business

Ive been here twice. Once when I got the flex joint repaired, and once when the muffler connection rusted out. Fair price both times. $120 to replace part of the tail pipe. Since they had to bend straight pipe into the proper shape, and weld it together,I feel thats a fair price. I feel like they up-sold me a bit last time because they quoted one price (probably under $100 because I was shocked at the price difference) and then said I need a new catalytic converter, but the combined price with the catalytic converter was still cheaper than another shop down the road WITHOUT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. The place down the road was like $200 more, couldnt get me in until the middle of the week, and would have probably been twice as much with the catalytic converter. I could have just skipped the catalytic converter, but went ahead and got it since my car had 150k miles on it. Extremely cheap prices, usually able to get you in quickly. Was about 45 minutes last time.

I arrived the tech looked at my Jeep Wrangler and sold me a cat and explained to me my muffler and pipes are ok for now. Wow - honest business people. Ill be BACK! Im so happy I found this place....Its march 2017 Got my pickup here and everything was done perfect. Very happy!I dropped the vehicle off in the morning got it after work. Price and quality work!

Very disappointed 😡 it went from $280 to $500. Hmm you know what if its all new why not. I will not allow no one to go there!!! You will regret!!! This is one pics, they took my Cadillac converters out, broke my O2 sensor. I had them drop my truck down and I left!!!!!

Great fast and friendly. All quotes from apache and mesa muffler, were nearly 250 dollars more than these guys wanted and they did a great job. Truck sounds great and a five month warranty so I have time to go see how it holds up off road. Welds are pretty decent and look sturdy so Im not worried. I recommend this place to anyone!

Been here with my cars and friends cars people there is very nice and he really knows what he is doing, My friend when to another place the catalytic broke in couple days toke my friend over here to American mufflers the guy knew right away the car had the wrong catalytic converter and said the csr need the California emissions muffler the price was right much better them other places !!!!!

I went there to get my mufflers install. The person working that day was good when installing my borlas but when it came down to getting my x pipe bolt it in he did it wrong to the point where there was a big exhaust leak. He said that it was the pipes that didnt fit properly and did not want to take a part to fix. I had to go to a different shop. The other shop un bolt my pipe and put in on the right way. I dont think Im cokming back here for work on my other cars. Plus its a tight spot to get in tru the back.

I went to American Mufflers because the name made it seem like it would be good quality work, but it was the exact opposite. The gentleman who installed my exhaust did not weld it properly and left 4 exhaust leaks. When I say not properly, I mean my 7 year old son could have done better welds than this guy. The office lady had a major attitude problem on her and didnt really explain anything to me and always had her front counter occupied with tons of flies, fruits and vegetables. Luckily I have a mechanic who inspected my vehicle to determine the leaks. I will say, they did fix the exhaust leaks, however they seemed p*ssed off about it. Instead of being called American Mufflers, they should be called Pinche Cabrones Mufflers. If you want to waste your time and money for sh*tty work, this is the only time I would recommend this place. Awful, hands down!

5 minute wait I told him what I wanted and I got something even better than I had expected real honest tried to save me money by fixing it instead of replacing problem parts but I still wanted new parts so I got a full cat- back in like an hour cheap but fare price very impressed would come back again...just noticed my muffler tip fell off I wonder if they will fix it for free since they never welded it on in the first place
