Clean, well run store with a great selection of nuts and bolts! Checkout can be a little slow at times though

Always great options for farm and family. Picked up fencing and pig feed. Only place locally for these items and the price is really great. If you have pets or are a bidding farmer, having a source for meds, feed and maintenance materials is a must. Staff are usually very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I come here for my cat supplies. Cat litter has a few choices. I usually find what Im looking for. Dry cat food not so much. There really isnt a big variety, but you do seem to carry a large variety of dog food. I usually purchase the 40lb bag of dry food. For some reason its been out every time I go. On occasion Im lucky enough to find one bag. Please stock more dry food for cats.

My husband and I came in for An item call pond die and they were out of stock - the employees was more interested cleaning small chick poop over a customer. . In my opening he needs some training .We asked for a manger to help us.He was more than helpful !Thank you for keeping us as a customer.We truly appreciate it .

Ive been coming here to refill my 100lb propane tank for a long time. Usually the same guy, and hes super helpful. Today I called ahead, they said they had propane and to come on in, I get there and there is at least 4 workers standing there talking to each other doing nothing and they tell me oh the guy who knows how to do it isnt here he will be back later. Worthless. Somebody should always know how to do it not just 1 person. Its ridiculous.

I ordered fire wood, same day delivery and am super pleased! Friendly and professional. I paid the $19.99 delivery fee and felt it was totally worth it and convenient as I live in Dallas. Ill be using them exclusively going forward!

A very uninviting Vibe to this place!..No One spoke back as I always speak when I arrive to place of business and No one ask if they could assist or anything and there were only 2 customers in the store..the cashier was nice at least she said Hi..

Shopped here for my first time last week. I did an online order the previous night and everything was ready the next morning to pick up. I was greeted at the door, was told where to go to get my online order. The associate who assisted me was very helpful and even went out of his way to help load the items in my car. Great first time experience, 10/10, will come back again.

Very poor customer service. I asked a person in the back about a specific feed and they where very rude about saying that it would be on the floor. However the sales floor had non and I could see it sitting in the back, after this encounter Im not sure I will return to thks atore. You would think for life out here they would have that friendly out here smile.

Great staff. Some items are over priced but some are fair. Good hours and a convenient drive. Dont forget they price match and the return policy makes Tractor Supply Shine! They also actively support a low cost vaccination program for dogs and cats.

Cashiers that were working at 3:30pm on 6/4/2020 were more concerned about purchasing their own lemonade and gossiping with each other than they were with customers. I was standing in line waiting for them to finish buying lemonade so I could check out. Then the older cashier left me standing in front of her cash register to go back and gossip with the younger cashier. I left the store, they lost my business.

Had great customer service even with a limited closing time I was still able to retrieve my things without being rushed.

Don’t come here for propane. There’s never anyone that will fill it. They will tell you they’re on break. We don’t have anybody today. I am a UPS driver and I’ve been here four times calling each time before I come by and never have anyone to Fill propane.

I love be curbside pickup, super easy and the only place I get my dog food now.

I thought it would be a cool trip, it wasnt. Everyone besides the greeter seemed to not be interested in being at work. I should have ordered for curbside pickup.

Great store. Was looking for shirts in my hard to find size, they had many choices in my size. Nice folks, great store. Had been to other TS stores in two other states and only found one shirt in my size. Even the web site was out of them. Thank you!

Best kept neighborhood secret! If you have a gas grill.... you must go to Tractor Supply! Propane tank refills are so much better than trading your tank! Lower cost and More Propane in your tank! Yes friends.... they will also load and unload your tank from your car because they are that nice. While youre there check out their awesome pet products and pet health supplies! I could go on and on.......😁

Ive literally called about 8 times and they pick up the phone but dont say anything. Then they hang up. i guess they do not want a paying customer.

Favorite place to get annual rye. Every winter I come here to grab seed. Usually its up front but sometimes they have to grab it out the warehouse. They always offer to help load it in the truck as I get the 50 lbs bags whether I accept it or not. Staff is knowledge and has always been helpful when Im there.

In less than 1 hour after I spent 120 .00 on a dollyThe tire blewSo I put a third tire on to get thru my project and 7 days later I am back in mesquite with the dolly trying to return it.It was assembled wrong they put a smaller tire on one side.I did not realize what they did till I am there trying to buy another one and give them the trashed one I LITERALLY USED AN HOURTHEPAPERWORK WAS STILL ATTACHED TO IT.THE OWNER SAID I DID NOT. Went there for the low cost Pet Vet clinic. Rabies shots were $33. plus tax. Spent $110. on microchipping and shots for 2 cats. Low cost pet clinics usually are a lot less for both services. Will not do that again.

Friendly cashier! Helpful people. Wish I lived closer to this tractor supply. I was also impressed that they had the product that i needed. Everyone else has been out of the equine pelletized bedding. Not only did they have the bedding but it was on sale!! Yeah me!!!

I came in not really knowing what I needed to temporarily fill a hole in my fence, and not only did I get wonderful advice and customer service, but Pete and his helper were kind enough to help me get it in my car. Ive never been into a TSC before, but the help I recieved ensured that I will come back for future projects! I cant thank them enough for the help tonight. Its appreciated more than words can say.

You would expect them to have farm and hunting related products but had to go to a sporting goods store to get what I needed. Otherwise pretty good store. Plenty of parking. Easy access.

Sent my SO to this store to buy Eqyss Microtek brand shampoo & spray for our dog with skin issues, which I have purchased at various TSCs for the past 15 yrs, & used on cats, dogs & myself with spectacular results, as it was originally formulated to decontaminate astronauts (per product claims on their website). Store employee profiled him & told him a line that this was not for dogs, it would kill them, you could only buy it online & tried to sell him multiple other brands. It precipitated a severe argument between us. When I called the store to complain to the manager, I found out it was the manager who did this. He was extremely rude, talked over me & denied that he’d said what was reported. When I was in TX & shopped personally at this store, I had multiple issues with dishonest, disagreeable personnel to the point I ceased patronizing it. Corporate needs to do something about the situation.

Will not shop at Tractor supply again until this policy is changed. An item online for 7.99 and it is marked online price only is 10.99 in store. They add 99 to the end of the item number so items do not match up. So, you can order online have an associate pick it off the shelf and pick it up all in the same day for a cheaper cost rather than going into the store and picking it off the shelf yourself. That’s great if you absolutely know that it is the correct item or if the order gets pulled in a timely manner.

This little tractor store is so cool. Just like shopping in a farm country store. Great place for dog vaccines and dog supplies, and farm goods..

Great store!! Came in the other day for a few things and the cashier at the front, Mariah, was super polite and helped me with all my questions. She even went so far as recommending products, that actually helped!

I was just at the store with my 6 month old in his car seat carrier. I had to get four big bags of stall pellets multiple employees seen me struggling not one of them offered to help and when I asked for help all of them seemed to look away or have something else they have to attend to. I was pulling a dolly bed out the store with my son and 4 heavy bags of pellets and once I was done loading my Tahoe up I needed to take the dolly bed back, Well since I had my six month old in the car I clearly wasn’t gonna take it all the way to the very back of the store so as I proceeded to leave it up front secured I asked a female employee with red hair is it OK if I leave it here and her response was not really you’re supposed to take it back inside but I guess I can take it for you. They are so rude and really need help with customer service here. If it wasn’t for this place being the only place I could get my pellets for our micromini pig I would never come back to the store again which is why I bought four bags so I should be good for at least four months before having to come back to this RUDE store.

Its a smaller feed store, but it had items you would only find there as well as the best fence & fence tools/accessories you will find outside of going to a specialty fence store. Good prices and convenience make their friendliness and pleasant people a super combination.

This place is great for all gardening supplies and feed. I get my birdseed here usually 70lbs for $20. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Couldnt get any help from any of the 10 plus employees standing around visiting. Elderly cashier couldnt be bothered with a simple question about hardware location until she finished visiting with another employee that was fronting endcaps. I had to ask where inventory was because they had such poorly restocked shelves and no inventory of staple hardware items. Ill have to go to another location to get TS items.

Chick Days - Helped fulfill a promise to the kiddos. Staff is always helpful. Good place to get farm or pet supplies. There is almost always someone that can answer your questions. If not they will find someone who can.

I was a nice clean establishment the check youre asked me if I was familiar with the points program and never offered the show me how to sign up or anything so Ive got to say the customers are a whole lot nicer than the sales people everybody I ran into talk to me with the exception of one salesman who is very nice and helpful

Its a nice place to shop. Pet food, clothes, boots, tools. Not a huge selection to choose from but I have always found what I was looking for. Pretty cool

If you call they cant seem to give any information without putting you on hold for what seems like forever. (10 min or more) forcing you to listen to mostly static with bits of country music occasionally between the sizzling sounds. Ive only had to call twice but both calls have prevented me from actually going into the store

Like that it has an indoor pet clinic, its very convenient. I always get a coupon for a free bag of dog food.

I have a complaint in regards to how rude a store manager was to me. Person claimed as the Manager David.I bought a lawn mower on Saturday after 40 minutes Landscaping, Ive noticed that my lawn mower has been losing power. I went to store on Monday because I have extremely good reasons to return it or get a refund...from the store ( return-policy 30 days) ... but was there the famous David (Store Manager) he said no I will fix for you... and he did not follow the return policy 30 days. I left the mower there and I went to Royse City bought a new one such a nice customer service there.

Im sure this store is great if you are their target customer. I am not and the smell of feed and hay and axle grease does not appeal to me. No offense to them, I was only in the store for a carhartt shirt

Your store is in need of cleaning. Also staff not very helpful or courteous, maybe training in customer service would help. Your customers are doing you a favor by shopping here, not the other way around. My husband came to buy dog food, no carts available, asked cashier where the carts were and cashier said, they were all in back, and that it was a shame...really!!!! She does not bother to help with getting him a cart. This is an elderly man. Are you kidding me, who in retail acts like this??? Perhaps you need to buy a few carts.This store is poorly managed and thats a shame!!!

Maybe one star if not for pleasant cashier ladies. Kept asking for a product. They said they dont carry it. I ordered it on line to be picked up at the store. My husband encountered with bad attitudes. One guy told he didnt want to deal with this (mumbled word). Manager came out, blurted our name, went away and came back with the product. It was a simple misunderstanding. I was asking for a product by what it was, not by the manufacturers name, which is how it is listed.

They have good stuff on clearance. I like that they carry vaccines for your pets. And they also have a variety of pesticides at reasonable prices .

Hopefully someday Tractor Supply will be able to keep their shelves full of the large can of chicken and rice 4Health dog food. For some reason if they have it they keep it in the back room. Most of the time its just not available:(

Have shopped at tractor supply for years, and will do so again. But, went in to get T Shirts. Only had 3x shirts, got no help or answers as to when they would get more and acted like they didnt care...

My Dad recently went in to the store to buy dog food and when there was a problem with pricing and very fine print, the manager tells him I dont have time for this and walks away. Cashier proceeds to tell him that she still cant do that price (even though the sale starts the next day), and proceeds to give my Dad attitude. Seriously, this store is horrible in customer service, and if you can avoid it, stay clear.

It was my first visit, went it for a sale they had eventhough my item was sold out I was able to order it at the same price. I was really happy that I was able to get the item and experience a great customer service!

Very reasonable price for all your home,farm, work,or Hobby materials.boots and clothing for the rainy season,they even offer baby ducks,egg laying chicks of different breads, heck if you need anything for trailers you could build your own.chains hooks binders.just about everything you need to help you out when youre not wanting cheap junk that doesnt last the first time you use it. I love this store, consistently stocked with the dog food we prefer and I always find new types of treats for my dog. Cute seasonal products as well, great customer service every time.

I loke this store a lot, they carry my dogs favorite food at a good price, you can find lots of tools and needs in general for your home and yard work. They have friendly and unfriendly personnel, that is the only downside, bad customer service.

The only guys that can fill propane have different hours and their pumps are always broken. They are not reliable place to get propane and if you sell it. It needs to be accessible during business hours.

Was very disappointing when I got to the register to find an older gentleman that had no idea how to run my purchase. He scanned everything including my coupon to save money and didn’t ask for my ranch account number! After seeing the total I mentioned it was to be tax exempt, he said he couldn’t cancel it. I would have had to buy everything, return it, then buy it again with tax exempt. Therefore, losing my coupon! Seriously, if you have a ranch account and want tax exemption, DON’T SHOP AT THIS TSC!
