I had concerns about a windshield repair that I had in Arkansas by another company. The tech looked at it for me an said that it looked ok.

How annoying to have to get your windshield replaced..Making the appointment online was easy. Be advised that each car has many different windshields to choose from. Choose wisely!I was sent reminders and directions day of! That was great!The service at the location was just okay. I was told it would be about an hour and a half and that before they started, a tech would come talk to me. That never happened although in hindsight I was sent an email that I didnt see until later that they were starting on my vehicle. About 40 minutes in, I inquired at the counter and she didnt seem to happy to be checking for me. I mean, she said someone would come talk to me, right? She noted that my car IS being worked on..My car was being worked on by a mobile guy in the parking lot. No biggie, just worth noting that they had no mobile appointments available at the time. He was super nice and I had to go over to make sure I get my bridge toll tag since I forgot.As I was driving out of the parking lot, my steering wheel wasnt secured in place and I didnt know how to secure it so I had to go back. Not a huge deal, but I was in a hurry.Nola peeps, make sure to get pictures of your brake tags (both sides) to avoid paying a fine for replacement.

Customer service is great. I must say the driver has great customer service also. I have to go back because they have to order another part so that means I have to wait. The price are great also.

I was scheduled for a windshield replacement and after waiting a week for the appointment the technician came out with the wrong windshield... I was then put at the back of the line and was told I would need to wait another week for another appointment... they wasted a week of my time... I could’ve went with another company if I knew it was going to take two weeks to get my windshield replaced... and they could care less about wasting my time... no attempts were made to try to rectify the situation... I guess when you have so much business your booked for a week one customers satisfaction doesn’t matter... so they could careless if I took my business somewhere else... Beware when dealing with them... my appointment was expected to take 2 hours... he said he would be done in 45 minutes... that left enough time for him to go back to the shop, get the right windshield and come back and complete the job in the 2 hour window... but I guess that was to much to ask and would take to much of an effort.

Short wait and professional service

Everything went as scheduled. I was in and out in less than 2 hours on a window replacement on a Honda Pilot and the price I was charged at the end of the service was about $25 less than I was quoted online.

All the employees were professional and nice. I noticed a respectful work environment and the energy was awesome. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for a window replacement, but hopefully i wont need it for long time lol. Keep up the good work guys!

Woman was rude to my daughter. Told her she wouldnt bother fixing mark on brand new car windshield, refused to pass messages along to dealership while claiming it was none of her business. Poor customer service. Took my business elsewhere. Loudmouth unhelpful woman needs service training.

The service was quick enough but I was dissatisfied with the job. The chip in my windshield was filled in but one of the cracks remain. When I showed it to the tech the best answer I received was it shouldnt spread but if it does and I need to replace the windshield they would subtract the cost of todays service. If the crack was filled correctly I SHOULDNT have to worry about replacing the windshield.

DO NOT USE SAFELITE. I am giving up after a LONG battle with Safelite over damage they caused. In all transparency, I am prompted to write this review after having an amazing experience just now with Auto Glass Fitters. 2 years ago I had my windshield on my large Infiniti SUV replaced. In the process of replacing my windshield, the technician cracked my dashboard in 3 separate places. From this point forward it turned into a sheer nightmare. They agreed to replace the dashboard. Upon pickup, only one part of the dash had been replaced and I was told that there was a hairline fracture through the speaker part of the dash and therefore they were not responsible. I was told this is just what can happen when we replace a windshield this size. Also, after replacing the dashboard, they did not hook back my air conditioner correctly and took an additional 2 visits to correct that. This process consisted of at least 10 phone calls and 5 visits over the course of 2 plus weeks. After the technician informed me they would no longer be replacing the other part of the dash, I proceeded to call the manager over and over. (I have texts from the technician still regarding their initial accountability.) I finally reached the manager and was told he would look into it and get back to me. I am still waiting today after several more follow up calls. I finally became tired of fighting, which is what they hoped I would do. Maybe this post will prompt a response but I sadly doubt it. Safelite should be ashamed of this service provided and it shouldnt cost me hundreds of dollars to fix their damage. USE AUTO GLASS FITTERS. After todays AMAZING experience with Auto Glass Fitters, their technician told me that the damage was inexcusable and I should try reaching out once again.

Avoid at all costs. Safelite was recommended via my insurance for a broken glass replacement. I shopped around and found a local glass (cars and houses) shop that could do it 3 days sooner and 1/3rd of the price.

Best place to go for window replacement or damage from flying rocks, they accept insurance claims, cash payments, Debit and credit cards, A rated in my book

I was very happy with the service I received. The appointment was at 12:30 and I arrived at 12 so I could get some lunch nearby. I came back around 1p and to my surprise, my car was finished. The place is clean and the workers are knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place!

I had a great experience. The man who dealt with me and the receptionist were very polite and professional. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment so they were able to take me a little bit early. Their waiting area was large and nice. So far Im satisfied with the job done. I wanted to take off a star since I couldnt get an appointment to come to me when I wanted, but ultimate thats on me.

They quoted me $130 plus tax to repair a tiny rock chip. Went to Auto Glass Now, (right around the corner) and it was less than half the price... Folks at Auto Glass Now were friendly and took great care of me. stay away from Safelite!

When for a water leak at w/s glass, tech. Checked and found sunroof drain stopped up. Was able to repair myself thanks to tech.

GREAT customer service, from the great smiles Danielle at the front desk gave us and her super assistance with getting us in and fixed. The technicians that worked on our car were awesome friendly walked us through the process this shop is amazing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was its location, not very much to do when youre waiting on your car for a couple hours but other than that great experience all the way around thank you very much.

I used Safelite AutoGlass for a windshield crack repair prior to the nick turning into the need for a whole new windshield. The representative informed me that if I had comprehensive coverage my insurance company might cover the repair. To make a long story short, the rep scheduled me for the same day I called. They took care of the windshield repair promptly and it was covered 100% by the insurance. Thanks Safelite for another job well done!!!

Prompt & Professional Appointment was easy to set up & Safelite helped me set up my insurance claim. I had to cancel/reschedule my initial appointment and person I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer. The day I actually had my appointment my technician was great -- called me the morning off my appointment and told me the exact time he would be there -- and he showed up at that exact time. I own an HVAC service business in the New Orleans area and recently contacted my local Safelite company to replace windshields on 7 of my service vans. I went to the main office and Amy was amazing setting them all up to get them done as quickly as possible. Each tech that came to my office was great. They had personality and where exactly what a service tech representing a company should be. I expect a lot from my own techs and we had a big discussion regarding your techs and how they handled their job as well as me the customer. Great job Saflite

Buyer Beware. These people are crooks. Safelite sent 3 years experience technician to my house. I had maybe not even quarter size chip on my front windshield. Technician took advantage of us and he said he could fix it, start poking it with metal sticks and cracked my windshield 100 times worse. I cannot even pass Car inspection now. Technician had so much experience and knew that would happen and did it anyways. I know the only reason he did that so we go ahead and replace the whole front window with them and they can make some commission of us. When I went to their main office, an arrogant manager said that that’s not their responsibility and all they can do is void the work order. We all are unemployed and struggling at this time because of covid crisis. Safelite left us with a badly cracked windshield. I cannot even drive that car because of the safety reasons. Safelite should be ashamed. I will never go back to these people and warn everyone about how bad they take care of business.

Im sure theyre good at what they do - but dont believe the price. Theyre double what other local shops charge. I guess they have to pay for all that advertising with the worst jingle on the planet. Called a local shop and got it for literally half the price and real appointment rather than a 6 hour window.

I run an auto transport company, one of my jobs is to schedule windshield replacements. Safelite is one of the easiest companies I work with. Today, Dion was supposed to change a windshield for me, but he cant because it has been raining all day. He kept in touch since 8 a.m. and made me a new appointment. Another time I had a windshield replaced, something happened, amd the windshield cracked. I brought it to Safelite, they fixed it immediately. These guys are great, never had a problem.

The staff was kind and courteous. The technician, Mike, explained everything before and after the work was performed. The windshield has a lifetime warranty. He told me to call if if I have any problems, and gave me his card. I obtained cost estimates before choosing Safelight. Safelight offered the best price by far. They also had comfortable work areas with charging stations, courtesy beverages, and a lounging area while i waited. The entire experience was great. I would choose them again without hesitation.

Great staff, friendly helpful. That being said the work was totally unacceptable. Brought my car in with a leak. Technician said it was the windshield and he may be able to fix it but sometimes the windshield breaks when removing. Well it broke. I paid for it, the service was done. Car still has a leak. The windshield wasnt the issue. Now I paid for a windshield that they broke and refuse to reimburse me for.

My tech Drew Laizer did a very good job. I can tell he takes pride in what he does & is an experienced tech. He replaced the windshield cleaned all the windows vacuumed the vehicle & all with a smile. Definitely good service Im very pleased with the end result. Thanks Drew!

Had a chip in my windshield and when they attempted to repair it, it cracked worse. I should have went to OReillys and bought a kit to do it myself, like I did on another vehicle. That one is still good.

I dropped my car off to get a windshield replaced, and picked it up a few hours later. The service was friendly and fast. The restrooms were clean and fresh coffee was available in the waiting area.

Horrible from the beginning to the end. First they didnt see that I had a 8am appointment then they finally saw they were wrong and saw the appointment. I get back at 4pm and my car is in the same spot as it was at 8am. Totally ridiculous customer service is horrible at this place. I recommend you not go here because I wont ever return. Paid way to much money for the service to be this way.

Sorry that its taken a week for me to respond. Jordan was a joy to work with. He was polite, personable and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time, arrived on time, and was accurate in his estimate of how long the replacement would take. He cleaned all of my windows and even cleaned the dashboard. Ive not had the van anywhere where it has rained, so I have not been able to check for any leaks. Hoping all is well and (dont take this personally) that I dont have to see yall again. The service was okay. The repairman explained the bare basics of what I needed to know. He stated the affected area will still be noticeable. After sealing, I felt the chip was much more noticeable than expected. He did not clean the rest of my windshield. I thought he would at least clean to inspect if there were more scratches. Afterwards, I felt meh, as if the repair was mediocre.

Got me in right away .good price and get coupon code off google to save 25 $ changes all the time but theres always one there .

They tried to sell me a windshield for 968 dollars for a 2019 Altima claiming that they had to program the sensors for side car detection so i took the car to another windshield repair shop and they only charged me 380 dollars they replaced the windshield and they didnt have to program anything the sensors worked just fine. Beware of the scams

This location is off the beaten path but besides that I have zero complaints. The staff was friendly, the waiting room was spacious and comfortable, and the pricing was reasonable.
