Our sales guy Ryan Lewis was great! He was very knowledgeable and very honest about his favorite mattresses. He didn’t push us at all and let us just lay on the ones we were considering and didn’t bother us.

Jayden, the guy who worked with me, didn’t try to sell me something but instead gave me an education on how to find the right mattress for me and explained why certain mattresses were more comfortable for me and the way I sleep. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciated this approach instead of trying to up-sell me. We were looking for a new mattress and stopped by mattress firm and Jessica was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Only problem was mattress was supposed to delivered on 12/16/20And I had to take off work and set everything up and received a phone call @ 5:30 on 12/15/20 saying the day was changed to the 20th. I was very upset due to losing a day of work for nothing but they compensated me for the mistake and handled the situation professionally. Still waiting on my mattress but all in all the people were very helpful.

I had the ABSOULTE best salesman named Mr. Jayden. Ive needed a new bed for awhile now and had an idea of the type I was looking for. The hybrid coil and memory foam beds really interested me. Mr. Jayden pointed out the area where the hybrids were and I literally bought the first one I tried out. He was so helpful pointing out how well the adjustable base helps with sleep apnea, circulation, takes weight off certain areas, the works. I fell in love with the Sealy Silver Chill Plush and Mr. Jayden encouraged me to try it out how I normally sleep. I wanted the coils for support but since I am a hefty girl still want a nice squishy top. This bed was PERFECT! Mr. Jayden offered mattress care tips I had never heard of before and made this entire experience easy, fun, and worthy of celebration. Go visit Mr. Jayden and Mr. Charles at the Veterans location these wonderful gentlemen really know their product and are very welcoming!

Staff is nice until they have your money. I paid $2000 for a mattress because I have back pain. This mattress gave me worse back pain than my last mattress. I go in to ask Charles to return and he tell me it will cost me more money because of free power base.Be careful when buying from this guy. He is very nice until after he has your money. The sales rep at the store was great, he explained the products well and the process for delivery. He was relaxed and not pushy which was great and gave us time to make our selection. Delivery was on time in the window they gave us. The crew was fast, friendly and clean in our home.

My salesman was David and he was excellent. We went in right after 8pm but he stayed late so we could complete the sale and he made sure to have us try other options be fore we settled on our purchase.
