Jody Williams is there best! He was so patient, knowledgeable, and gracious with my husband and I as we tried out multiple beds and pillows. Tammy was very helpful and patient. She let me try out each bed multiple times and didnt pressure me to make a purchase right then and there. She gave me a lot of helpful information, told me if I wanted to make the purchase I could call the store instead of coming in, and even followed up with me a few weeks later to let me know about a sale on pillows since I was interested in them during my first visit. I definitely plan to return to the store and take advantage of the sale and purchase a bed. I would highly recommend anyone whos interested in these beds to go in and ask for Tammys assistance specifically.

Came in a on a week day morning and my sales person Tara was extremely helpful. I was able to try out several mattresses and found one that I almost fell asleep on. She also showed me the benefits of the luxury sleep system, and all of that is pretty fun, too. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion and Im very happy with it. Ill head back in the next couple of weeks to buy a smaller bed for my guest room. Thanks!

This is supposed to be the tempurpedic flag ship but I probably could have better customer service from mattress firm than at this place. Ordered my over 8k bed from Tara she said it would take five weeks to come in and that she would let me know when it was in. Ida hit waited a week emailed Tara which was never answered this store opened two after ida still no one called to tell me the status of my bed finally I talked to Tara who tells me the bed is in but has no idea when I will get it because she has no control over who will get there bed from the hub. She said she would work on it the following Monday never heard from her called on Tuesday left messages never returned my called called Tuesday and was told to call the hub myself I told the salesman it’s not my job so he called and told me they still didn’t know when I would get my bed. If you can’t deliver what you say you can then don’t say it poor business model if you have no control over the place that stores your goods and when they get delivered to your customers. Be very disappointed with this company hopefully if I ever get the bed it will make up for the time I’ve had to wait. 9/25/21 This is an update to my previous review. It is amazing what google reviews do. I was contacted by the company that actually had my bed as well as Tara the manager from the store. Come to find out the delivery company has been contacting the wrong consumer for 20 days and I was not going to receive the bed from them for another 5 days. There is alot more to the story but I will leave it at Tara being instrumental in getting my bed for me yesterday. Thank you Tara for staying with me through the whole ordeal.

I went in to get a new mattress. I stayed in the store for over an hour and everyone was extremely helpful. Jody was my sales associate and he was very helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions! He even gave us water and snacks! 😊

Great store, clean, sanitized and felt comfortable trying out new mattresses and pillows. Our sales associate, Jody, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in our quest to find the perfect mattress. He actually made the whole experience seem fun. After the purchase, Jody kept us apprised every step of the way for our delivery and has checked on us to see how we are settling in with our new purchases. It isn’t everyday you get such nice service after the sale. Would highly recommend seeing the new flagship store and ask for Jody- he really was great!

Upon initially waking into the store I was greeted and helped by Jody. His customer service is A++++ he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the products. The Tempur-Pedic store in Lakeside Mall is awesome! We met Tammy when went to find a new bed for our warranty claim. She was super helpful showing us each model and helping us pick the best one for us. My wife went back to the store a couple of weeks later to purchase sheets and king size pillows. Jody carried both of the heavy king pillows to my wife’s car. We are very impressed with the customer service at this store. We will be buying mattress pads for our new bed later this month. Keeping local stores in business is very important when making big purchases.

The service at the Lakeside Tempur-Pedic store is exceptional. Tara Corrada was extremely patient with us while we tried the different mattresses and, again, when we went back a second time and did the same thing. The staff is very helpful and informative without being overbearing.

I have enjoyed the shopping experience at this store. I worked with Jody on multiple occasions. Not only was he patient with me, he made sure to put down the disposable cloth on each bed and pillow that I tested. He was so knowledgeable about everything in the store- or if he didn’t know he was sure to make a call and do some research for the next time I came in. I ended up choosing the iCloud which is the newest option. I got some goodies with it that came first and next week the bed. It comes in a box and it is extremely comfortable. I was happily surprised. I went back for their amazing buy one get one free pillow sale! They had one in stock but ordered two for delivery. Super shock delivery. Only two days!! This store team really appreciates customers and will mention you by name even if you’re just passing by. Whenever you go, make sure to ask for Jody or simply just look for the stylish guy with an inviting smile!

Omg! I love this store! The staff is so helpful - Tara is so sweet and full of laughs . When you go, definitely look for Jody! He is so knowledgeable on all the products & patient. He took the time to let me test different models until I found kinda a mix that I liked. I ended up ordering the iCloud-in a box bed. And the delivery was relatively quick for everything that’s going on in the world. He made sure to check to see how I was enjoying it. I appreciate how the store truly values customers and isn’t just pushing a sell. Mattresses are investments and I’d always choose to come to this store and staff from now on. You should do the same.
