We spoke with our salesperson, Brandon, in Destin Florida at length about the fact that our custom bed may not work with the base. He is a store manager & did not once VERBALLY mention this to us. It moves when we get into & out of bed, it makes a loud clunky noise any time you move in it. We do not like or see any use for the adjustable aspect of it & were misled to believe we could return it hassle free. So in your fine print you have this clause, but no mention of it during a lengthy sales discussion of the product? Not once was this verbally told to us, is that your practice as well? BUYERS BEWARE> It should be emphasized & verbally stated that it was non returnable when you are purchasing a several thousand dollar piece of equipment. We made a 9K purchase, it should have been verbally mentioned. Oh he had LOTS of salesman type information, we were super impressed. But not one mention of the fact that the base is non returnable, even after the fact that we expressed concerns about it not working with our bed. Id say that is pretty misleading...just to get his sale I guess. And the attached photo shows our receipt which has the mattress & adjustable base as one line item. And this receipt has no mention of the adjustable base being returnable. So how do you know how much of this item is for the mattress & how much is the base. Especially if Sleep Number is saying the mattress is returnable but not the base but they are listed as ONE ITEM on our receipt.

The store was very very clean. Chris was pleasant to deal with and while a great salesman, was not pushy! That’s always important to me. He was very helpful and patient, from the time I walked into the store until I actually decided on my purchase. Now I can’t wait to test it out! Bed gets delivered today!

Everyone there was very professional made me feel like I was their only customer even though there were a number of people looking in the store at the same time. They were very informative and patient to let me try out all of the beds, they did not rush me. Me working in the sales world, that means a lot to me because I know when someone is using a sales pitch they did not do that. They made the purchase very easy and not lengthy. They were able to give me several quotes on variations quickly which gave me the ability to make my decision quickly as well. I would recommend this store to anyone. Cant wait to sleep on my new mattress!

This was our first experience with the bedding offered by Sleep Number. We are now very satisfied customers. I had to fight the urge to go to sleep in the store. The comfort level provided by the bed rises to the level of total relaxation.In addition to the experience with the bedding was Scott. The manager provided professional and very personal service. The old fashioned type of service to a customer that this retired person was so use to but seems to be a lost art in the modern world.

We loved the attention and care that we received at this store. We dealt with two different sleep specialists, Scott for our initial visit and quote, and Johnny when we returned to finalize our purchase. Both were supremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. We cant wait to have our new sleep number bed delivered and start getting our best nights sleep!

Chris is an awesome person, well informed about the product. He patiently and thoroughly taught me about the 360 IQ beds, and he politely answered all my questions. He has a great personality and Really listens to his customer. I haven’t taken delivery of my bed yet, but the experience in store has me anxiously awaiting my new bed and incomparable rest! Stop by to get a body pillow for my Queen, unfortunately they didnt have any in stock so I had to order them. It worked out pretty good because they had a buy one get the second half off so of course I couldnt pass up that deal also they would be delivered to my front door. The delivery date was actually around the same time I received once purchased at the store. My Queen really love her body pillow and to top it off she has another too enjoy as well. The sale man lied about the warranty all they said we had a 100 days to bring it back the that was lied kept giving the run around on the phone this the worst experience every had make sure check the contract that how they get you the base is nonrefundable an the bed suck for 6000 dollars

My salesman at the Metairie location was Christopher W. In the store he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. My problem is the disconnect between the order and the actual delivery. I specifically told the salesman that I live on a military installation in effort to prepare the delivery drivers. This did not get transcribed over on the work order. One driver showed up without two forms of ID. The delivery truck did not have proof of current registration or insurance, hard copies anyway. I am very unsatisfied with the poor follow through and lack of communication. It’s pass my delivery time and still dealing with getting the drivers on the installation. Sleep number please do better and step it up.Paris

When we made our original purchase 06/19/16 the bed we experienced in the store was so comfortable, we were truly impressed. Although the price far exceeded our budget we were assured by the sales lady that it was a 90 day risk free trial.... We signed our finance paperwork and she had trouble closing so she told us that her manager would contact us the next day. Sure enough the manager called the next day (06/20/2016) and completed processing our $2,700 (approx) down payment.The receipt was mailed to us and the bed was delivered on 7/08/2016. From the first night we agreed that the bed was different from what we experience in the store. It was not the blissful night sleep we were promised, but we decided to give it a few weeks. After 3 weeks of restless sleep we felt completely duped, I called sleep number customer service 7/29/2016 and requested a return, It was at this time that we were informed of your return policies. I knew that no one had mention these policies to us and the representative told me that it was in the paperwork we signed. When I found the paperwork in the receipt that was sent by mail it was unsigned, your representative then informed me that our signed copy was at the store where we made the purchase. I had the store send me a copy of the contract and it had been signed and initialed next to customer initial all by the store manager (see attached). We I requested a refund after an hour on the phone bringing the customer service representatives a clearer understanding of fraud they offered to give me a full refund with exception $180 delivery and pickup fees. We were informed that they would pickup the bed 08/05/2016 and we could then return the bedding to the store and we would receive our refund.My husband and both work full-time, I personally own and run an Salon, so my husband had to use one of his personal/vacation days to stay home on 08/05/2016. At the end of the day after 4:30 he was informed that there was no room on the truckAs someone who has worked in service my full adult life I find the actions of your company reprehensible. The fact that you have shown a lack of concern resolving this matter leaves my husband and I both feeling violated.

Dont bother even going to look at the beds. We bought our in Sept. of 2010 & still havent found our numbers. You call for help & they tell you things you have already done & try to sell you more stuff. I wish we could take ours to the dump but it cost to much.
