I always come to rooms to go with my furniture needs. Furniture is hard to come by these days and my sales associate Phil helped me find everything I needed within decent time frames. Even got me hooked up with a better bed than I had before which I’m super excited to have! I got everything I needed and the process was so easy and quick. We just purchased a sofa from Rooms to Go in Metairie. The store was immaculate and well laid out. There is plenty of room to maneuver around the pieces which I love. Our salesperson, Nick was very attentive. Despite the store being quite busy, Nick greeted us immediately. He was such a pleasure to work with - pleasant attitude and quite funny. But more than that, he was so knowledgeable about the products in the store that I am very confident in our purchase. He answered most of my questions about the sofas before I had a chance to ask them. It was nice to work with a confident salesperson. I will DEFINITELY shop this store again when a need arises in the future and that feeling is a direct result of Nick’s service.

Angel was my salesperson, she was very helpful and informational on my purchase. Not only was she very friendly but she made me feel comfortable in my purchase. What can I say about rooms to go? DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT spend your hard-earned money here. This place has a history of messing up peoples orders across the entire country. I ordered a bed set, and they informed me that it will take a week and a half to get someone out to assemble. That was fine, as I wasnt working remotely at that time. The day they showed up, they assembled the dresser, but they informed me that they were missing screws. They stated they could not perform the rest of the already paid-for service.They told me to reschuedule and call customer service so they can send in the missing screws. I spent nearly 3 hours waiting for customer service to answer the phone until I was able to get a date to reschedule. The earliest date they had was when I was scheduled to work remotely. UNACCEPTABLE. I spent a month and counting sleeping in a construction site of a room waiting for the assemblers to get their stuff together. On top of that, I spent more time on the phone waiting for customer service, because THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SCREWS. Did not realize it until I looked in one of the boxes that the movers NEVER opened, and found the screws they sent in RIGHT THERE. This company is unorganized, and other reviews prove it as well. Rooms-to-go will never make this right because their return policy is NOT consumer-friendly. If you are thinking of buying from them, JUST DONT. Take the date of this review and every other into consideration before you spend your hard-earned money on garbage products, with GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I got my mattress from a local mattress store, and from that experience alone with many others, I will only shop at small, local, mom-and-pop shops. They will save you a lot of hassle. They CARE and have better return policies than Rooms-To-Go. More money, but you are paying for things to get done right the FIRST time.Not the Fourth and Fifth.

Came in the store looking for a sofa today without knowing exactly what kind. I was greeted by Mr. Phillip King, in which was very helpful. We started outwith the sectionals (didnt want another sectionaI) so I explained to him that I was looking for a sofa and chair but did not know what color I really wanted. Mr King and I walked the whole store looking at all the sofas they had, he was very helpful and patient with me. Once I picked out the sofa I liked, he also helped me decide with the rug and pillow. Our salesman was John Ghawaly who came up and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We were looking for a new rug and a console for our TV. The showroom is bright and beautiful, showcasing furniture to its best advantage. Theyre also good about social distancing and cleanliness; we felt safe shopping here. Rooms to Go has always had good prices, and delivery options are flexible and clearly explained. You wont find anything too out of the ordinary here, style-wise, but the furniture is classic and comfortable.

She was absolutely fantastic and the utmost professional, despite her managers’ lack of professionalism when he tried to “help“ with the configuration. Even though he (Dave) was condescending and patronizing towards her as well as myself, the customer, she was professional and friendly and kind. The best part about this store is the sales associates do not follow you around and harass you into buying something (like some furniture stores do). They will ask if you have been helped and let you walk around and browse. We had Don help us with the purchase of a couch and it went as smooth and quickly as possible. We have to wait 3 months to get our couch delivered, but these are unprecedented times dealing with COVID, so it is understandable. Will definitely check them out again when we need some more furniture.

I purchased a bedroom set for my son in April. I specifically picked a bedroom set that was in stock so we wouldnt have to wait. The bedroom furniture came and and the head board was messed. It looked like the cabinet had been stepped in. They arranged for another delivery date for a different headboard. I had it in my calendar for July 30, 2021 between 4 pm - 8 pm. They changed the delivery time to July 31, between 10 am - 2 pm. I called to inform them I would no be in town that day and had the original date still blocked off. They told me that if I did not accept their adjusted delivery date I would have to wait until late September or early October. I have been calling multiple days to find out when the furniture will be delivered. They either say they will call me back or put me on hold for 30+ minutes. I highly regret buying from this company and wished I would have paid slightly more money at a local company where I would have at least received some type of customer service.
