They have remote monitoring which is good because its like having a security guard live with you and central monitoring can get me a discount on my insurance. I recently switched from another carrier to Alpha protect the prices were much better and I receive more bang for my buck in the form of cameras to go along with my alarm system.I live in an older home the install and the cameras was a real chore, Quinton, and Justin, and two installers who came out stuck with it and while they had to return several times, they got the cameras installed hooked up and working perfectly.My alarm system is great and everyone that I’ve dealt with has been very helpful and very friendly and very knowledgeable. Burl was very helpfull with determinig what type of system I would need. There were a few hickups with trying to take over my ADT system. Once that was figured out install went smothly. When I had an issue with system Alpha Protection was quick to respond and fix the problem. Their monitoring fees are about half the cost of what I was paying at ADT. I would recommend them. Give them a call its worth your time.

With Alpha Protection, we received a professional camera installation. My husband and I were very concerned about the wiring. My fears and doubts soon disappeared as the wiring is very neat, out of sight and well concealed. Also, I am impressed with the high resolution picture quality and premium product quality. Finally, the camera app allows me to see my property when I am away from home. I definitely recommend this company for not only the excellent service but also for their reasonable prices. That being said I recently had a new security system (cameras, alarm system, and doorbell camera) all installed by Alpha Protection. The installation went perfect . The estimate was very reasonable and they did a nice job walking me through all options to suit my needs without feeling like I was being pressured. The technician (Wade) who installed everything had a great measure of patience with me and explain how to use my system. He not only did a great job installing everything and answering my questions but he also cleaned up after himself including vacuuming my base board which had collected sheetrock dust.

Hello, I had few troubles with batteries and malfunction of glass break, I have been talking with the owner of alpha protection, since I live 40 miles away and instead of technician come to my house ( my idea ) he was kind enough to text me few photos of batteries I need to get as well as photo of glass break look lie so I can find in my living room and this took after business hours. Today I got new batteries and I couldn’t figured out so I called and again the owner was very patiently guided me to. reset my security system so I can sleep better again from tonight. I am so glad to chose this alarm company and I would very much recommend anyone looking alarm company to have it don. also central station is very quick to call when alarm is tripped. Alpha Protection is great locally owned business. This is the second alarm system I have from them and the technician that installed it was very professional knowledgeable. Great prices and will do business again in the future.

Nice folks however here is my comment:I called and canceled my contract. I was billed $26.50 each month (for over a year now), called and they then invoiced me for -$26.50 for months. Then I called, like I do every month and I was told they would let me out for 20% of my contract amount. So I paid it and they invoiced me the whole month. Now, months after paying their cancellation fee they invoiced me again.

After two weeks, so far so good. Recently changed vendors coming from overly expensive ADT to betting on local business. Alpha Protection is still quite new in the business compared to other nationwide companies, however, Burl will go out of his ways to make things happen to keep his customers happy. Tech personnel are very knowledgeable, very friendly and courteous. Happy to know we have great local business, with great prices, I just look forward to a great service as well.
