Since 2006, we have gotten all our cars here. Lisa, our current sales lady, was immensely helpful in finding the right car for us to tow behind our RV. One of the things which I appreciate is that theres no pressure to buy. Look around, find a car you like, let them know and you can test drive it. However, if you decide to buy a vehicle thats out of state, expect to wait a tad longer than they tell you. I dont think this is too much of a bother for most but I was on a time crunch. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Versa 10 months ago and has recently started experiencing idling while braking and the engine light going off and on. Well, I took the car to the dealership (Nissan) to have the car inspected and diagnosed only to be disappointed with over a $1000 worth of repairs needed on the vehicle without the current warranty not covering any of the necessary repairs! This was my first car-buying experience, and it will be the only way I ever buy a car ever again! I was really nervous about the haggling and sales process, but this was no hassle at all. I worked with Guy, and the first visit to the lot, he already had narrowed it down to two models he thought I might like. I ended up choosing one of the two since it was spot on what I wanted. He really listens to his customers. I had to go back a few times due to small issues like forgotten signature and little pieces that were missing off the car, and every time I went, every single person seemed genuinely nice and helpful. My time spent with enterprise was great. My sales person was awesome, friendly and kind. Catering to my needs. The only thing I did not like was losing the money I paid out to have the vehicle transferred. The first vehicle did not meet my specifications that I wanted in my vehicle. As I said previously my sales person didnt stop until I was satisfied. I had to pay out of pocket again for a transfer fee, that I felt should have been waived since the first vehicle was not what I wanted. Otherwise the experience was great.

I recently purchased a car from Enterprise Sales in Metairie La after a few days I acknowledged that I did not like this car (many reasons nothing to do with Enterprise) I returned the car 6 days after purchase (during the rescission period) typically a very unhappy time for the sales person. I found another car, made an ever so easy trade and am very staff. Cars are great but the experience of buying can be difficult. This staff, sales and finance manager were fantastic and I congratulate and appreciate their service and style

I went for one test drive here and the dealer I talked to will not stop calling me.The test drive itself was underwhelming, I dont know how im expected to decide whether I like a car after taking it around one city block. I insisted on getting on the interstate, but didnt even get a chance to merge into traffic before this guy asked me to get off at the next exit.After that he called me nearly every day, sometimes after hours, until I asked him to stop until after the thanksgiving holiday, I assumed that meant Monday, but he started calling again on Friday, I didnt answer, he called again on Saturday, and Monday, and Tuesday when I finally answered and asked him to stop calling. Its Thursday and he called me again to let me know that theyve reduced prices and he wanted to talk to me about a $13,000 car. My budget is $10,000. I hung up on him; he immediately called me back. I didnt answer.I should have been clearer from the beginning that I didnt want to be called every day I suppose. But their prices are good and I was honestly intending to buy the car once Id checked out financing options with my credit union to compare them to financing through enterprise. Not anymore. Hyundai Accents are everywhere, Ill buy somewhere else.

Service was not great here from start to finish. Only given half a tank of gas, which was pointed out but not noted by the person who inspected with me, counter staff not friendly, and slow even based on the seasonal business. Lack of communication during my wait made it worse. They could have skipped the phone call to ask me if i knew their policies though based on my account information and previous rental history. Car was in good shape and worked out perfectly for our needs. Location was the only reason I rented from there, doubt I will again.

I got great service from Umair, who was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions throughout the process (even when I was texting after work hours for help). Also, their inventory was great and all the cars I looked at were viable options for purchase. Some of the other used car dealers I visited didnt have the diversity or quality in their inventory.
