The new Service center is very nice. Spacious. Alot of space to sit and wait. Snacks and water. Separate spot like an office where can work in a quite area with wifi. Very courteous staff and help out. The Sales department like always is awesome and the staff at Sales department/building are very professional and courteous too at Bryan Subaru.

I can say Ive experienced buying a car in areas throughout Arizona and New Orleans, John Worthington was amazing! Lots of people in the car industry aren’t genuine and just trying to make a sale. This is not true about John! He is wonderful and I will definitely recommend people to go to Bryan Subaru because of him. I purchased a Crosstrek here with John which was stress free!

I told them the features I was looking for in an Outback and a number amount I was comfortable spending, and they worked to make that happen. The staff are all very friendly.I loved that we did not feel pressured to buy a car like most dealerships would do, but instead was informed about the cars, pricing and offers they had. I took my car in for a steering pump belt replacement in March of 2021and ended up with a blown motor. Service manager Jason accused me of lying until I showed him dash cam footage/audio of his service technician taking my car for a joyride and blowing up my engine. His words were “…….Nothing” I had to get a lawyer involved, and in August of 2021 I got my car back after paying $3000 for replacement of my car’s engine. They were asking for $7500+ initially. These guy are as crooked as they can be. I would never again do business with them and I advise you not either. If Bryan subaru disputes my claim, please respond and I will post the video of your service technician taking my car for a joy ride.I called Subaru of America to complain and they stated that Bryan Subaru is a private business and they can only advise them on what to do but it’s up to their management team to do the right thing.After I got my car back in August I had to take it back coz it was leaking coolant and oil on my drive way. They said they fixed it but today October 7th, 2021 the car is still loosing coolant and leaking oil. Bottom line is karma will catch up with Jason Gullo and his team, they will reap what they have sowed.

I never leave reviews because Im not that type of gal BUT the service department is such a joke I figured maybe Id save someone else time and money. I dropped my car off last Tuesday evening (with an appointment) and was told by Jeff they would look at it tomorrow and get with me. Not only did they not get with me the next day, but I was told for days they were going to be looking at my car and give me a call. They never called me, I had to call and check in- every time. Furthermore, I was told the issue and asked them to please do my oil change and let me know if the cheaper fix was going to work. Another 2 days passed and when I call Im told my car would be ready that day. I never heard back about a time so I just decided to go out and there to see if I could get my car. When I got there, I waited about 20 minutes and got my car. As I was waiting, Jeff (the same person Id been speaking to the entire time) stated that they didnt do my oil change and that I could just bring it back to the oil place that had created the issue in the first place to get it done. I was so frustrated but at this point I just wanted my car and decided I would go elsewhere to figure out the issues since this place isnt even up to Subaru standards anyway. After paying the bill and getting to my car I see Jeff wrote on my bill that I declined an oil change and that he advised me to do the more expensive fix and I had declined. Both lies. I wish I had read the other service shop reviews before spending my money and wasting my time. The lights in my car have come back on in less than a weeks time, so Ill be going somewhere else to look at it. This place is really an embarrassment for Subaru.

When I bought my car from them, Joe promised me all new tires, plus my first oil change free. Not the oil change they give you when you buy the car, but the first one after that. It is now time for my first oil change so I called them to schedule that. When I got in touch with them, Joe answered. I began to explain to him that there was a verbal agreement on my first oil change, and before I could continue explaining, he cut me off and said “no?”. I continued patiently, and he continued to interrupt me and saying “no” and insisting that he never said that. He then told me I can dispute it with management “if I really want to” because he doesn’t remember saying that. I told him to go ahead and put me on with management then. He then said “wait, so you’re saying you got a free oil change with us?” I, not willing to speak to this disrespectful person any longer, said “put me on with management please” and he said “i know but just answer the question” then I had to insist a third time to put me on with management. Once I was transferred, I spoke with Don who was very respectful and told me I could come in tomorrow for the free oil change and that he remembered the entire conversation. Needless to say, if I was a man, Joe wouldn’t have given me the same treatment. It was the first time I called about it and he was super disrespectful and unprofessional about it. All he cares about is getting his money & once you sign, he no longer cares about the customer’s continuing experience. When I went through the buying process, I had to repeat myself so many times because he doesn’t know how to work a computer and is clearly very uneducated. This man should not be working for Subaru. I thought I’d be a lifelong customer with them, but after my experiences with Joe, I will not be returning here for anything.

Great experience at Bryan Subaru. Initially went to the parts department to get some accessory add-on parts for my 2020 WRX. Came back the following week for my first oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out in roughly 30 minutes. The staff members were all very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend others to visit this dealership.

Today my girlfriend and I went to Bryan Subaru to look at a used car that we thought was a great a deal. The salesmen that we met was a very nice guy and took care of everything we asked and set us up with a test drive. After we came back, we were ready to began the paperwork and talk with the finance department.As we started all of this he had his appraisal guy go check her car that we had planned on trading in. He asked for the key but never told us he was going to drive it and what he would be doing while driving it. After test driving it he told us that the transmission was basically fried and that it would need to be replaced soon. He also told that while driving it he punched the gas a few times and the RPMs went past 7000. From what I understand it is not normal or advisable to punch the gas on the average sedan. This immediately alarmed us because she had the car checked recently and was told there were no problems. Two years ago there was a recall by ford involving the transmission control module but that had been taken care of. He also told us that he brought it to his mechanic and the mechanic pointed that her model of car has had transmission problems in the past but he wouldnt look at the actual transmission to see... Like I said earlier Ford had a recall and has since fixed that problem. The best part was they still wanted to appraise it after he told us the transmission was fried, why would you want a car with a fried transmission? We left after hearing this because it sounded suspicious.After we left, we decided to check to make sure the car was okay so we went down airline and punched the gas twice going up to the speed limit. There were no problems. the car sounded like normal and accelerated like normal. The most RPMs went to were 3000/4000. At this point we realized he was either lying to bring the trade in value down or he made a mistake. We were still alarmed by the whole ordeal because the car was fine before he drove it and was fine after. We figured we might as well bring it to a mechanic at another dealership and have them double check it. There were no problems with the car or transmission from everything they could tell after driving it and looking at it. So my question for the owners of Bryan Subaru is why were we lied to, and if we werent lied to then why would you have somebody appraising cars that doesnt know what hes doing?Because of this guy, you lost an easy deal on car we both loved and were ready to buy. Dont do trade ins if youre going to mislead people. Once we realized how odd the situation was, we talked after leaving and decided why do business here? I want people to know about this experience because the salesmen was a good guy, he was doing his job the best he could, but because of the appraisal process he lost out on a deal. If the transmission was so bad, why didnt an actual mechanic look at it? Why was there no problem after we left and brought it to a dealership?

Fantastic experience all the way around (used car department), simply given keys and allowed to take a test drive without salesman in the car, not pressured at all by salesman (Troy - simply amazing A++) or anyone else, everyone was very kind and answered any concerns or questions fully and honestly, excellent customer service all the way around, very patient, never felt rushed. Within 30 days from purchase, if any unknown or not previously discovered or disclosed issues, Troy/Bryan Subaru will handle it. Full Carfax report provided for free. Troy ordered a replacement part for free (an under the hood foam insert to help block normal engine sounds that had completely disintegrated). Full tank of gas included. Lastly, I was very pleasantly surprised to see all employees wearing masks and/or face coverings and potentially saving the lives of every customer.30+ day update: So far so good. Had a couple very tiny issues that Troy was kind enough to take care of. My only complaint is they never detailed the car. That department had closed by the time we finished all the paperwork, was told to bring it by in a few days to get our free tank of gas and to get it detailed, but they simply ran it through a car wash... Thats not detailing the vehicle as was promised...A drive-thru carwash is hardly a detail. It had all kinds of nasty dog hair and coffee stains hidden behind the fold-up arm rest in the second row. Had to clean it myself. Clearly never detailed and not even thoroughly cleaned...

I had initially scheduled service for a Saturday which included standard maintenance as well as replacing an airbag. When I got there the service person let me know it would be hours of waiting to have it done. He suggested having it done during the week so I wouldnt have to wait so long for the car to be ready. He said I would be able to get a ride to work. As far as getting a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car he said that might be difficult. When I got there to drop off my car he had a Subaru loaner car waiting for me so I didnt have to rely on someone else. He called me during the day and said a part I wanted replaced wouldnt be in for a couple of days. He said hold on to the loaner and just bring it back when my car was ready. It really made the whole experience stress free. The last thing was I got there to pick up my car right at closing time and the service staff were all ready to leave. They still allowed me to pay and pick up my car at that time. They were very pleasant and agreeable.

We were on a trip around the USA in our new Subaru Acsent and it needed its first oil change. Called for an appointment and spoke to Trey Henry, super nice and helpful man The wait was no longer than an hour and that included the car being washed. On our way back to California received a call from Mr Henry to see how everything was and make sure we were satisfied with the car. I was pleasantly surprised by the phone call. Cant ever remember a service manager checking to see if I was satisfied and making sure my vehicle was running properly. He also said if I ever had any problems to give him a call. I will be recommending my family members to this dealership. They have a real asset in Mr Henry.

They made a deal over the phone that was fair and reasonable. I drove over an hour to the dealership and when I arrived, price and terms changed, they “misquoted” the offer. I have great credit and had financing arranged at a great rate, so that wasn’t the issue. I believe it was deception and they thought they’d take advantage because I was on the lot. I did not buy and would not deal with Greg or Bryan again.

Customer service was horrible. They had my license and forgot to give it back. I had left with it accidentally, then they wanted me to come get it (despite obviously not having a car).Felt like a ploy to get me to come back. I should have been offered multiple options, none of which should offset the customer (myself) that was considering spending five digits. The communication and help regarding the issue has been abysmal (still not taken care of).I could go to almost any other dealership and be treated with great care and respect. Most will accommodate me in any way possible to earn my sale. This Subaru dealership went from most likely to get my money to being completely off the table.

Our experience was very personal. Sonny was an excellent salesman. It did not feel like it was just about the sale. He was thorough, patient, and worked with our family (and baby!) to find our perfect vehicle at a reasonable price, and offered a loaner while we waited for our Forester to ship in. I liked our salesman Rex and his very patient gentle calm manner in regards to all our dealings and questions at the dealership about the car we bought. The rest of the staff and service at the dealership was very accommodating and hospitable as well. I would definitely consider keeping all my future car dealings with Bryan Subaru!

These guys sure wont go out of their way to sell you a car! Youre lucky if you ever see the same salesperson twice, because turnover is high and the energy very low here. Used to be a great dealership before Bryan bought it. :-/

The salesman, Greg Bourgeois was available at all hours via email, phone, etc. He found the car IMMEDIATELY when other dealerships said no way. He had all the paperwork done when I arrived. He made no mistakes. Best salesman I have ever had!

Our salesperson, Greg, was helpful and knowledgable from the beginning, but never put any pressure on us, which my husband and I really appreciated. We were looking for a specific color and he worked hard to locate it and get it to the dealership quickly, while keeping us informed along the way. After dealing with a Baton Rouge Subaru dealership that pulled some last-minute BS, Josh and Gerald at Bryan were happy to assist in completing a deal the other dealer apparently didnt need. They gave me a below-average fair price for a well-equipped Outback.The entire process was painless, and they went above and beyond in replacing a damaged panel before I left with the car. Rather than have to deal with loaners and exchanges, it was all handled in-house and I drove home with a clean, beautiful car.Gerald was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The finance manager took a plain no, thank you for an answer in the sales pitch of all the after-sale add-ons. I would definitely recommend Gerald and the dealership to people looking for a Subaru.

Just picked up my 2015 Forester and it was the ultimate experience. Hassle free and Bryan Subaru gave me a great price for my new vehicle and for my trade. Greg Bourgeois, Jennifer and Andy were wonderful to work with. I had the vehicle ordered and it arrived four weeks ahead of schedule. I live on the Northshore and it was worth the ride over the Causeway to deal with such a professional and caring team. Dont waste your time anywhere else! Go to Bryan!

These guys were fantastic. My car was supposed to get 2 safety recalls taken care of in Baton Rouge, BR place said they ordered the parts and that it would take a month to come in waited a month..called multiple times,left voicemails and etc. No response, so I decided to drive up there only to find out that the techs have left and they are referring everyone somewhere else. Call the first number they refer me to, they tell me they dont work on my car, so I get a different number, call the 2nd number they dont work on my car, call a 3rd business and they ALSO dont work on my car, after losing my patience and getting yelled at from lady over the phone, she puts me on hold for 5 mins and just gives me customer service number for suzuki in general (couldve done that myself) call them and finally get referred to Bryan Subaru and they gave perfect customer service all the way around. Everything was so simple, had my gas paid for on my return trip to BR, and they even pulled out my aux connection that fell in after my friend accidentally knocked it out of reach!! They definitely went above and beyond.

The sales people are nice and not pushy. However they refuse to order you the car you want because they are only interested in selling the inventory they have on site. I tried multiple times to buy the new Ascent and could not get them to work with me, regardless of price. In the end I had to go to the North shore to order an Ascent.Lowering the star rating down to 1 star from 2 because I tried contacting Morgan Falterman/Lee on the phone 5 times over the course of 5 weeks and left a message. She was just trying to show Google they were responding to poor complaint without actually putting in any effort. Any other sign of the poor customer service.

Pleasure to deal with. Sellers were not pushy, but they did share experiences with the cars. They never made us feel guilty about any decisions we opted for. Car buying was very quick and painless in my opinion.

I agree with the two posters below, Stephen Kerns and Eric Johnson.I had contacted a few people at Bryan about buying a Forester but never heard back from anyone. I create and distribute a personal newsletter annually to over a hundred people. The worst Subaru dealership I have ever been to (and Ive been to many as I always get my car serviced at a dealership!). They take appointments for service but prioritize walk-ins. Have spent most of day just trying to get an oil change, for which I made an appointment. Also, they have very few loaner cars for warranty-covered service and recalls makes it difficult to get vehicles serviced. Would never consider purchasing my next car from them.
