If I could give them a Negative star I would!!! Victor was rushing us when we drove all the way from Lafayette, LA to purchase a vehicle (cash). He left before we even knew where the keys were. He wasn’t going to put the temp tag on car. Then the windows were tented so dark you couldn’t see it at night. We had to fix it when we got home. Victor told us that since we lived so far away he would mail us the plate and registration. 5 days before the temp tag went out I called and talked to someone else that said the tag was there. They didn’t mail it as promised but assured me that it would be mailed. It was the weekend before Memorial Day. The Tuesday after Memorial Day I called to see if the tags went out. Which they hadn’t. Victor asked me “what do you expect me to do?” Then told me that it wasn’t his job to mail it, but he would talk to the lady and have her mail it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was out. I asked for him to call me. I had to call back and talk to the manager that told me since covid they don’t mail license plates and registration anymore. That’s not what I was told by victor or I wouldn’t have bought the car from them, I would have bought local. I told him the plate was out and insisted that they overnight it to me. He said he would give me the tracking number. He never got it to me. Thankfully the next day the plates and registration showed up. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They aren’t friendly nor do they have any customer service! Horrible experience. They don’t care about their customers

Absolutely dont deserve this one star i gave them. Purchased a vehicle, problems for the start. Transmission was not performing, thank God I brought an extended warranty. Called the staff asked me to drive it back to Metairie (remember, transmission issues) I live 180 miles away. Got it back there via a towing service, they let truck sit there until warranty was instituted. This was 3 weeks more. They phoned me up stating for the inconvenience they would reimburse my first months payment, well I am still waiting on it and the truck.

Very unprofessional. Was looking to purchase a truck no one came out to assist me and the employees just looked at us and walked right pass. After I waited about 10 minutes I went in the office to inquire about the vehicle, the same staff that walked pass me outside told me the truck was sold as they ate their food. No one seemed interested in selling vehicles at this business.

I applied for credit online. I was told to come in and show some checkstubs. I do so, and Im asked how much I want to put down. I give my answer and he tells me theres no way that will work. If yall advertise, instant credit approval for everyone and you see i make more than enough to purchase a car, why waste my time and money to get there, just to get the run-around. Terrible experience, inaccurate information given upon my original phone call, they want to get more money than what the cars are worth is my opinion. This is why people do not buying used cars.
