I just purchased a used 2015 Nissan Versa from Mattingly Motors after working with Mr. Holaday there to get everything settled. I really like that there was no hassle and no BS when it came to the cars history. The Carfax report and a lot of info was all online. The price stated was the price paid. I was able to test drive the car home and back as well. Mr. Holaday went above and beyond in terms of honesty, patience, and helping me shop for insurance. I was very pleased with my experience at Mattingly Motors and highly recommend this car dealership.

Had a terrible experience with the Finance and Sales Manager, Ivan Martinez. Became aggressive when questioned about additional fees not required by law. Delivery charge for a used vehicle already on the lot, $695.00. No details to explain this cost. Because very agitated and rude. Told he was being rude and continued to behave in a rude manner in fro t of my younger children and raising his voice. It was not a good experience. Would not suggest doing business here solely for due to this bbn individual. Everyone else is respectful and helpful and had no problem answering questions. Mr Martinez was a bully.

Doug, the sales manager, was in the process of selling my family and I an Expedition. After multiple hits to our credit and giving him all of our personal information he stops responding. I assumed he was busy and waited until Monday to follow up. I text asking for a status update on Monday and he responds that they sold it. He claims he thought his finance manager, who I have never met, contacted me to let me know... Snake.

Searched online for a Nissan Maxima and ran across a pearl white one here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Al helped me out pretty good.

Went to Mattingly motors after river parish auto brokers tried to pull a bait and switch on a 2008 F150 lariat. As soon as i pulled in i was greeted by the owner and was quickly asked what i was looking to purchase and immediately introduced to the salesman Al and brought to the trucks. The very 1st truck i was brought to was a 2010 F150 lariat exactly like the 1 i was already looking at and prepared to buy. My credit wasnt good but i had a large down payment and these guys did everything to make it happen even after my credit was ran. They did everything in their power and got me the truck of my dreams for a reasonable price. If you go by make sure to ask for Al he is a big help and a great salesman. He will make sure he gets you the best deal possible.

Stay as far away from these guys as possible. I test drove a Mercedes SLK350. During a test drive I pointed out that the glove compartment door had some resistance to it. Doug said the hinge is tight but it functions properly. He went on to say all the vehicles are meticulously inspected top to bottom. I took Doug at his word. Two days after I purchased the vehicle, the glove compartment door is falling apart. Mercedes says that there is nothing wrong with the hinge and that its the door, itself - something the inspector at Mattingly should have easily detected. When I relayed this information to Doug, he stated that I knew I was buying a used car and its is not their policy to warranty the car. I explained to Doug that the fact that its a used car is why Im only asking for 1/2 the cost of repairs/replacement and that if it was any other part we wouldnt be having this discussion, however, since this part was discussed and the condition was misrepresented, unintentionally I assume, there is an integrity issue, namely, does Mattingly feel any responsibility when they falsely state the condition. Doug was like a broken record... just kept saying the car was used, not our policy. Doug claims the owner states the same thing. Apparently, customers mean nothing after the sale and, more importantly, ethics mean even less during the sale. Bottom line Im out over $700 for a new glove compartment as the door isnt sold separately.If Mattingly wants to change their decision, I would be happy to change my review.

This place is a gem that not many people might know about since it isn’t a “big name” dealership. But the quality of vehicles here and the fact that it’s a family business made things even better! Doug helped me get me back on the street with my new car and he was awesome! I never felt pressured at any point in time, and I always felt comfortable. I’ll be bringing my business back here the next time I need a car!

Worst car buying experience. Do not buy from here. They sold me a truck they (after the fact) admitted had engine problems. I had to pay more for the fixing of the engine than I did for the truck. True scam artist who will blatantly lie to your face just to make a sell... Did I mention I paid cash, no financing. Also they had two months to send my paperwork off for my tag and they did not. I ended up having to go through an extreme hassle to get it done. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and a lawsuit for improper practices as well. Stay away from these guys!!!

Bought 2010 Rouge, AS IS, or not, drove 9 days transmission was bout to fall out, not mounted down, gear locked up, had to use screw driver to take outta park, air conditioner hose had hole in it, fan stopped working,and behind $6300 an perfectly running 2005 Jeep Liberty trade-in they tell me ain’t nothing they can do about it, they crooks, wouldn’t recommend them to nobody, or maybe because I’m BLACK
