Wow, I cant believe the level of impatience some people have. I called over the phone and all I asked was if I could purchase a game tonight thats coming out tomorrow (GameStop usually hands out games the day before release date at 8pm) its ok of they changed their procedures, but instead of properly explaining their changes, this person raising his voice and with a sarcastic tone gave me for response Do you want to pay my bills for the next 3 months for getting me fired not sure why I got that kind of answer, i wasnt aware of the changes and I was being very polite. I guess Ill have to start buying digital games for now on. Just wanted to support my local shops but that is getting harder and harder lately. No wonder why GameStop is going out of business.

Zach was very helpful. The only thing is on Google it said the store did not open until noon. However, they open at 11. They are located in the mall and have the same hours as the mall.

Like most gamestops Ive been to around the city, this one has impeccable customer service and an impressively large collection of merchandise considering the small space it has in the mall. They had exactly what I was looking for and Zachary was very easy to work with.

Ive had moments, when I would walk into Gamestop and none of the employees acknowledged me. They didnt ask if I needed help and there was only one or two customers who browsing around the store. This made me feel like an invaluable customer. So, I left that Gamestop and havent gone back since.

That Joel guy really took care of me. He went in the back to make sure I was pleased!

Place is dangerous. Worst place on the planet. You walk in expecting to look around or get one video game. Next thing you know, youre walking out with multiple video games, a console, rewards card, action figures, and regret from all the money you just spent. Its just the worst.

This Gamestop has real gamers as employees.They are not as good as Chateau but close to it.If I had of choice where to go to gamestop I would go here or Chateau.I would definitely not go to the veterans one because they are just trash.

I have bought nearly all my gaming systems from Game Stop, they have awesome sales and discounted items, but this particular location is very cramped and doesnt have nearly the selection the bigger stores do. Also, the employees do not seem to have the time to help individuals.
