I went into the store this morning to get a new phone. One sales person was on a personal FaceTime call. The other wouldnt get up to greet me. There was no one else in the store. He stayed behind the glass and was not interested in helping. The phone I asked about was backordered. He made to interest in trying to get more information. When I mentioned having trouble getting into my account, he simply said call Verizon. Beware of the sales people working 11/4/21 at 9am! LAZY!! I was able to get my business handled quickly with an online chat! Find better sales people!!

Kaden is the absolute best! He let me in the store at closing time and was happy to wait on me and 3 other customers. We left the store happy and singing his praises. He took care of us so well I had to ask was he the owner. Good employees should be celebrated!!! Thanks Verizon!!!

I always love this location! Anytime i have ever visited they have always been very helpful and always finding ways to get me the best deals for what i need and finding me the best savings on my plan. I came in 3 days ago and was hesitant to change my plan i had for years but the associate helped me upgrade and get the right coverage plus promos and found discounts for me to still be paying the same amount i already was but with better service! Also a plus, the associate that helped me was very nice to my 4yr old that was getting a little tired of being there and ended up playing spinning coins with my baby while we were finishing up paperwork. Everyone is always so nice! I wish i remember his name though but im just so horrible with names😅. Def recommend this specific location, always so helpful and polite!

From the moment we walked in we felt like a burden and no one said hello. we had to ask some one for help. Keep in mind we were the ONLY ones in the store. As we were being “helped” the guy was very short and you could tell her didn’t want to be bothered by us. I politely asked my questions and left to head down to a different Verizon retailer and bought my phone from them instead. If you actually want customer service please visit a different location.

Going in was a big waste of time for my wife and I.We had already spoken with Verizon.com about an upgrade and they were offering a $440 trade-in on my wifes phone, but we felt it would be better to purchase in person.The sales rep in the store, Ka-Ron if I recall correctly, was friendly, but had difficulty explaining plan details. We were considering leaving a family plan we share with extended family and getting a plan of our own, he kept pointing to a $35 plan and saying it would be $70. I would ask $70 for both of us? And hed say no, $70 each, $140 total...didnt elaborate or explain why he was pointing at a graphic showing $35 and saying $70...we asked and didnt get a clear answer, finally we read the fine print and it says $35 for 4 or more lines....so we assumed less than 4 lines means the price doubles, though he was not clear on that.We decided to stay on the existing family plan, and asked about phone upgrade wed come for. Were told they could only offer us $92 on the phone (far less than online) but they could give us a $300 rebate even without needing a trade-in. So we decided wed take the $300 and keep the old phone for kids to use without a plan. He rung us up, added the promo and showed us the receipt on his screen...which showed full price. We asked where the $300 discount was listed and he said it would be on the paper receipt. So we run our card, get the paper receipt...still shows full price.He assured us that it would be credited to us in the next 2-3 month. I asked for this to be give to us in writing. He said he cant the system will only print the old receipt. He wanted us to just take his word on it, that Verizon would credit us $300 in 60-90 days without any physical or digital proof they owed us $300.I asked if he could just write that on the bottom of the receipt and sign it, he said no. I asked if he could state that we were due this discount on a video, so if we dont get the discount we have something to show Verizon when we return asking for our $300, at that request his team member laughed and told me Thats against the law. So we again asked, what proof is there that Verizon will give us $300 back, he said we can see it in the system...a system I cant access and thus have no ability to site if I am denied the refund in the future.Finally we had to request an immediate refund, which he did offer. Through the entire process none of the 3 workers there seemed to have the slightest understanding why a customer would require proof the they would be getting a $300 rebate. They honestly made me feel like I was being a big jerk for not agreeing to just leave without some documentation that Verizon was obligated to give me $300 back on my purchase.This was an extremely frustrating experience. Ive probably used this store for over 15 years, but will happily just upgrade over the phone instead if the workers there are going to be so illogical.

Some of the people that work here are your BEST FRIENDS when you are shopping for a new phone or plan, but they turn to simple, spiteful employees when you have a problem or concern. I had a good (though semi-pushy and lacking any true service) experience when shopping at this location twice before. However, I went in with a problem, and my experience was 100 percent different. Beware of this location unless you appreciate below DMV-level service. It was a jarring experience to me, and I’ve seen it all! It honestly made me rethink my whole entire 16+ years with Verizon. Pretty wild!

I recently came to Verizon from a different provider and after visiting a different store I was so close to being complete and satisfied but some things still needed some attention. I came to this store with my wife and we had the pleasure of dealing with JP. He was professional and well knowledge. He really put the effort into solving the weird issues we brought in and for me. Im a weird problem kind of guy. But the end result which took a while was complete and satisfactory. I will keep this location in mind when I need further purchases and needs thanks to the support from JP. Additionally, JPs team was pleasant with the other customers while they were helping them and we got to enjoy this as we waited.. Tech support. New sale.. Return policy and promotions. JP was able to handle it. Thank you for wonderful experience.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for a few years Meshawn is who initially signed me up and has given excellent service throughout the years. I have brought 6 family members who are all very satisfied with her service. She usually seems to be the busiest person in the store, not taking anything from the other reps because they have all assisted me at some point and have all provided excellent service as well. But, the times that I really have a Meshawn only situation and I choose to wait for her, I am always glad that I did.I am a business owner and I would give a lot to have someone so pleasant, efficient (she can multi-task like no one I’ve ever seen 😁. I said that to say if I can ever pay her worth consistently, watch out Verizon.

Store service hours are a major inconvenience during pandemic. Paying on account by phone is too cumbersome. Too many question asked just to pay my account on my phone. Payment process by phone is rediculous!

Went into the store to find options to resolve an issue with my phone. After my brand new Google Pixel 3XLs Sim card stopped communicating, I was given a refurbished Pixel 3XL. Doesnt make sense to give a customer another problematic phone when the original was purchased brand new was defected. The refurbished phone starting giving me problem: lagging and phone calls are randomly cut. He did not try to resolve the issue he tried to sell me another phone or upgrade. I like my Google pixel 3XL, thank you very much. Ill keep it and find other ways to resolve my issue. I understand its great when phones are sold for sales associate, but its more important to have customer care. The associate was either looking to increase his sales or just unknowledgeable about customer service.I should have gotten his name but he had glasses and light brown eyes....btw man, I received more help calling Verizons customer service. Waste of time, unless youre looking to purchase a new phone. Go to a friend or anywhere else to diagnose your phone. Or if possible try to avoid unhelpful Vzn associates....

Went to this location twice in two days. I was able to get some new equipment I was not able to get any else The customer service was top notch. I had a lot going on in my life and the staff was so kind and patient with me. They explained everything to me calmly, helped me with ordering a new phone and made sure I was OK before leaving. I highly recommend this location for all Verizon needs.

Thanks so much for helping me understand the warranty replacement process. This saved me a lot of time and frustration trying to figure it out on my own! The only thing that would have improved the experience would be if Verizon could package and mail the malfunctioned products as well. The mailing instructions are very confusing, and there is only a limited time to return the products to Verizon. Having a local associate to take care of it would be very helpful! Thanks again!

Not good. I went in to upgrade to the Pixel 2 xl. Store was out of stock. Salesperson was so hungry to make a sale, she told me the phone would be in in 3-5 business days. Alright, so I agree. But realized I needed to change the shipping address. Because who wants to leave a phone outside where anyone can steal it? Yea, she huffs about that. Fast forward to morning. I check the website to track it. Turns out my ETA is mid November. You dont need to lie to make a sale if youre honest. Order canceled.

Some staff are more knowledgeable than others, so it can be difficult to gauge who is just selling versus trying to genuinely help. Regardless of that, everyone is very nice. Phone problems can be a huge headache, but they do their best to help.

I went in because my cellular was not connecting and would only say “searching.” I thought it would be an easy fix, but as soon as I asked a staff member about it she said “it’s a known problem.” I asked if there was anything I could do to fix it, and again she just said “it’s a known problem.” So overall I would say there was excellent help, and I highly recommend wasting your time at this store!

The sales man at this store lied to me & or Misinformed me. A mistake that cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Im wondering if they are doing this just to make sales??? Upon realizing the error I contacted the store and the man who answered the phone was very rude. I asked for a manager and he was rude, unhelpful and a Manipulative talker. I will never be back.

Verizon Wireless Worst Location in The U.S.Very Aggresive, Mean, Unprofessional Racist Staff.The Verizon Rep Nisha, wouldnt wait on me and ignored the Caucasians in the store.I waited patiently and finally walked up to herand asked for help finding the correct charger The rep seemed angry and annoyed that I ask her for help.The Verizon rep Nisha repeatedly ask me if I needed a wall or car charger and I had to answer her 3 times. The rep spoke horribly to whites although would joke and smile with black folks that came in and would stop waiting on whites and only speak with black customers.When I laid my payment on the counter The rep Nisha snapped at me and said Girl you best be puttin that in my hand I replied its on the counter. The rep retorted You heard me girl your gonna put that in my hand!I was thrown aback by her behavior and ask for the manager who was just as rude as the rep.My Husband also went to the store and they refused to give him the phone that was supposedly waiting for him via corporate.When he arrived back he stated the staff was ignoring him and laughing at him, he was outraged when he returned just as I was when I visited this location.Bizzarre Terrible Experience Very rude racist staff and I felt I was in a threatening situation when in the presence of Nisha, and the other African American woman both were very high strung with a nasty mean disposition.My Husband and I will never return and made a formal complaint with Verizon Corporate Headquarters.
