The guy that helped me ( Martin, at Vets location) was nice and knowledgeable!! I had so many questions and he took care of everything! He helped me with transportation from Sprint to T Mobile and now everything is working great on my phone!Update:Well not good. I had Hulu free with Sprint so when I made switch to T Mobile, Martin tells me is ok because I will get Netflix free, to call customer service.I told the rep on the phone what I was told and she tells me is not correct! I asked her to call Martin and they didnt answer tje phone. First she said I can only get Netflix if I have 2 lines or more, then she tells me I have to upgrade my plan to get Netflix bit either way it can only be watched 1 screen at a time!?Everyone needs to get on same page because is frustrating to think ok you taking Hulu from me and not replacing it with anything??? Bummed out!

I rated this establishment located at 4025 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metarie,La 7002 a 5- Star Rating because of the Outstanding Customer Service I received from there friendly and helpful staff members! I was greeted by Mr.Glenn that saw I was looking lost. Mr.Glenn listen to my concerns and offer a quick solution by handing my I-Phone to a tech that was named Mr.Larry that fix my issue with my phone in a timely manner.Mr.Glenn and Mr.Larry is a valuable asset to this organization and deserves a promotion and a raise! I felt at home and also appreciate by all your staff members that work at this location especially Mr.Glenn and Mr.Larry! This location was very well organized and the restroom also was clean as it should be! I highly recommend all my followers and family and friends to this location.
I went to the T-Mobile to have my cracked screen fixed, and was given the run around with another matter pertaining to the billing of my two devices. I ended up going across the street to the other location, and was treated significantly better. Respectfully. I will be bringing my business and that of my company, to the other location. I get that some people hate their job. That is not the customers fault or problem. If you cant do your job, quit. Someone else is out there looking.
It was the best I had in the last pass month! I been out of an phone for a month and was going to the t mobile store in LaPlace, Louisiana so my phone can get fix. All they was focused on making me upgrade. They was telling me it was my Samsung galaxy 10 plus and they couldnt do anything to help me if I dont upgrade. So I decided to go there and when I tell you my phone is working 100% plus more I love them! I will be doing ALL my business with this store for now on
Broken promises,I asked before signing up I was told trial is risk free trial has cost me 200 dollars I asked 2 associates. This is not good business.supposed 5 g service was pulling 3 maps speed and unreliable, my Verizon 4g pulls 85 mbps

As soon as we walked inside, the manager proceeded to tell the associates to lock the doors. The sales rep who helped us was very rude and barely gave us a chance to explain what we needed. Went to look for a phone we needed and promptly walked into the room then came back out in less than 20 seconds. Thank you Sheldon for putting forth the “effort”

This location is not super interested in actually solving problems. If its not an easy answer youre better off going elsewhere.
I have enjoyed Sprint customer service up till today. The last new phone I purchased was with Verizon who spent the time to help me set up my phone and made sure everything downloaded properly. NOT Sprint, I was handed the phone and told to follow the instructions and of course the phone crashed in the process. Thank goodness for Google!

This is the corporate store for sprint in the surrounding area, as a result they are able to provide a wider assortment of services than other sprint stores. The people seem very knowledgeable and experienced. They may not always smile but their focused looks give you the promise that they will quickly fix your problem. They keep that promise well.

Where do I even start. My phone was showing no service and I wasnt able to make calls without WiFi. It ended up being an apple problem so no big deal there. Apple gave me a new phone and needed to get it activated. Here is my problem. I went to 2 sprint stores to get the new phone activated. At the first store I ended up being turned around and was told to go back to Apple because the phone they gave me wasnt compatible(I made sure to check before leaving Apple the first time). Headed back to Apple where they confirmed that it wasnt the phone but was probably due to speaking to the wrong rep at Sprint. Apple mentioned that they were paid on commission and this type of request was looked at as wasting time. So off we went to a second store that the Apple store recommended. We got there and waited for 20 minutes or so before being helped. The guy we were working with made a couple of calls and seemed to be having trouble getting it done. After about another 20 minutes he asked us to make the call because he wasnt getting anywhere.... He mentioned something about it being a business account? So youre telling me that you(Sprint) cant simply activate a phone??? They wanted me to call customer service myself.. Like I would have a different outcome? So I went home. I made 1 call and activated my phone by myself. Took all but 10 mins. Thank you to the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone while I was at home. Not the two reps I interacted with on the sprint store on causeway blvd and veterans blvd in New Orleans La.* Im not a Karen that always asks for the manager or writes reviews. This is actually my first time writing a review ever about any experience that Ive had with another business. Im also in sales and the things I went through today was absolutely ridiculous. Hire people that want to be there and actually know what they are doing.
The worse cellphone people to deal with, they sign you up for a deal and then it is only good for 12 months and then your bill jumps up to 300.00 dollars and if they have a new promotion you dont qualify for that, they do not do anything to help there existing customers at all, and thats at the store and online. Went into the repair center here and was immediately told they do not repair cracked screens. Why would you not do one of the most common repairs at a repair center? Your guess is as good as mine! Why would there be internet guides on how to replace these exact screens, as well as third party stores which do the same service, yet have Sprint be totally unable to do anything about a cracked screen for a device that they have thousands of in back-stock? Because that would be helpful! In other words, if you need good customer service then simply go to any Sprint store, cancel your plan, and go somewhere else.
They say they will replace your cracked screens I drove 30 mins to this store for them to tell me my mother board is showing... NO JOKE IT HAS A CRACKED SCREEN.... PIECES ARE MISSING BC OF THE CRACKED SCREEN... I will never be a sprint customer!!!!!!!!! Go MetroPCS!!!!
Extremely rude and short on the phone. After calling this store and asking for options for repairs on my insured iPhone I will certainly explore other options and never purchase insurance through them again. Ill never understand people that are rude, just for the sake of being rude when they are supposed to be providing a service. Much better customer service can be found at DMV or OPP.
I went through 2 phone changes back to back. Both had a lot of botche glitches. Dysfunctional. Lost 10 years off contact data from google sync.I finally found out google requires minimal marshmallow version which is not new.Both phones i got have kernel version. Extremely old.Verizon has the same phones with android 9 pie which is newer than matshmallo and not a beta

Worst Customer Service ever received from this Location. Chamorros was the absolute worst representative I’ve encountered my whole life!!!! The Manager Miguel is the worst Manager I’ve ever seen. I have been with Sprint for 11yrs and not once did I have to deal with this type of disrespect. This needs to be handled ASAP😡

Went in twice for phone issues. Battery problem first. It was draining fastwr than it was charging. He recommended a new battery but recommended another store that sells natteries specifically to find cheaper off brand for my ancient phone, a G5.This last issue was a settings issue in which all my colors turn to negative colors. I looked on youtube and found what l thought was a fix but didnt do anything to change it. He fixed it 5 clicks. I was looking in the right place but there were 2 different spots that the option needed to be clicked.He showed me. I thanked him and left. Less than 5 min once l was able to talk to him.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and I am please with the entire process.
Carlos from sprint on veterans had sold me the new iphone 11 pro i asked multiple questions and information . He told me that it would be not alot more then what im already paying it went from 108 to 166$ a month theres a huge issue when my bill goes up that high without being told the truth . This man continuously lied to me and ignores me when i try to get this resolved in a better manner . He led me to this review and i hope he gets fired for giving false information just for his commission and sales . I will be in the store soon and i will speak to a manager as well I am beyond upset . If i have to i will leave sprint for a different company.

After spending over 2 1/2hours at the Manhattan Blvd Sprint store & then additional hours on the phone with tech services, we were directed to this location to resolve problems with the phone not working. We had been advised that the brand new sim card (since Sunday) for a Galaxy Note 8 needed replacement. Called the store to make certain they could accommodate the needs & to confirm apptment time for 11am. Received affirmative response from the person on the phone. However, when we got there, checked in for service, & when the sales rep reviewed what was needed, we were told that they didnt even have that sim card in stock. They recommended trying one of the other Sprint stores for a card. When we asked if they could check with the one a couple of miles away, we were told the phone # to call them ourselves. And then, not surprisingly, that store didnt have the proper sim card in stock either.Very disappointed with Sprint customer service if this is the best that can be done. Attitude & helpfulness are seriously lacking. This was brought on by switching to Sprint from T-Mobile. Perhaps we need to move to Verizon!!!

Called to find out if they can service my phone. Automated line that just leads me to make an appointment or hangs up on you. Try to make an appointment just for it to say it doesnt service the area and hangs up on me. How hard is it to answer a phone?

People there are sketchy! I dropped off a lease phone at the end of its lease and Sprint had no history of it getting sent in so they charged me 211 bucks. I went back to this store and the lady there credited me some random credits to try to make up for the over charge, but the lady couldnt add so I am still out 23 bucks. Someone should be fired! Sprint needs to get there procedures in order!

Been with Sprint for over a year and I have to say they have the worst service and customer service I ever experienced . Im still not getting service, calls dropping dont matter if you sitting on they tower. And oh you think you going get that resolved at this location NOT. THEY ARE GOING TO DO THE SAME THING YOU COULD OF DID AT HOME WE UPDATED YOUR SERVICE...LOL what is that and if that dont work they honestly cant help you any further. CANT WAIT TO DROP THEM.

If you value your sanity, youll avoid this place like the plague. I went for a replacement phone and the process took over two hours. After 45 minutes of waiting, Maria said the data transfer process would take an additional 7 minutes. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes I went to the repair window and was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. Marias issue was that she quoted a time and was caught in a lie in front of her coworkers and other customers. When confronted with this, she did not apologize but was defensive and then silent. Perhaps she was just hired for her Spanish speaking ability and not her comprehension of time or the value of numbers. The same data transfer takes 20 minutes at the sprint store on the corner of Veterans and Williams. Please save yourself some time and frustration and go there.
The technician lady was super rude and had an attitude as soon as I walked up. She wouldn’t let me show them an example or explain fully what the problem with the speaker on my phone was.

Horrible service. Music is so loud you cant hear each other speak. Rude staff. No system set up for which customer was first. Staff is only worried about what song is on or what song hes to be changed because of curse words. Dont waste your time.

Very rude and not helpful at all! if it wasnt for the manager I was gonna really simply go to Verizon or t-mobile...seems like if your not an African American they dont like to assist you. I was next in line and he actually looked at us passed us and went to another person I refuse to go back! corporate really needs to investigate the service there.. I also noticed other people that was told to wait 4 hours just to get their info on their new phone and while everyone else was doing the same thing and only took less than an hour. I have never left a bad review for any one but I could resist. I will not go back! (sprint user for 14 + years)

They NEVER explain before a purchase on exactly how your plan will change or how things work when leasing a phone for the first time.😑Instead theyll make it seem as if its an Upgarde along with pressuring you to get it.4.
