They stuff always all over the place. No good way of checking out. Enforce rules to some but not all. How can someone try on clothes if they can’t bring their drink with them. Why does the sign say mask required in store but not enforced. That’s even by the fitting room.

My first time visiting Zara but it was clean, well-lit, and spacious which is great because I hate over-crowded stores The selection of clothing could be better but what they had stocked was nice The prices are okay. Theres a kids shop at the back of the store. The only staff was at the registers so no one to offer assistance but I like the place.

The staff in men’s clothing is so rude. He doesn’t want us to see the clothing, we just want to take a look and he was so impatient and told me they don’t have the size. I just want to see the order number then I can order online, but he refused to let me take a look. I don’t know what’s wrong with him. Ridiculous.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I came to return items before the store had closed and a man blocking the door refused to let me in despite the fact that there were still multiple people shopping and I was leaving on a flight in two hours. When I told him there were no zaras near me to return the items once I got home he told me I was wrong & that there are zaras everywhere. This is actually not true given there are zero locations in my state and the nearest one is six hours from me. He told me I could return the items online if I called customer service, so I did and they told me that I was given false information and would have to drive six hours to the other store within the next 30 days if I wanted my money back. Employees are lazy and unprofessional. Do not waste your time at this location or with zara in general.

Great place with a lot to choose from. There is a lack of help though

I wasn’t able to find exactly what I was looking for, but the experience of being at this store was awesome. The store rep( Jimmy) was the best. He was very knowledgeable about inventory and very nice and professional.

Zara has been my go-to store for many years now. However, this location and their absolute lack of respect for their customers are unbelievable. The managers at this location are entirely unprofessional and, simply put, do not deserve their job titles. Holly, one of the managers at this location, is the most disrespectful, unpleasant, and unhelpful employee I have ever come across- basically exactly the opposite of what you would want a store manager to act like.I came into the store to do a return, granted I did not have my copy of the receipt. I asked Holly if there was anything I could do. She turned to me and said that I could not return, but I could exchange for a different size. I replied, “sure, that would be great.” however, the store had sold out the dress I came to return. I asked if there is anything else that I could do because I did not have the option to try on the dress in person because of their policies during COVID-19. Holly did not make eye contact with me and just replied with, “no, it’s a store policy there is nothing we can do.” She pointed towards their currency and exchange rate sign and said that I would know about their return policy if I read the sign. I pointed out to her that this is not a return sign, at which point she turned around and started helping another one of her associates and just ignoring me. At this point, I was pretty annoyed. I told her that this has never been an issue, and if I could get a new dress or in-store credit, that would be great. After 5 minutes of ignoring me, she printed out a blank receipt, threw it at me, and said, “if you had a receipt, you would know what it said,” and she walked away.At that point, the location manager Nicolas came over and tried to resolve the situation. Nicolas was incredibly condescending. He acted as if he knew the case and was extremely apologetic at first for the way his manager had acted and even said he was going to talk to her after the fact, but he could not do anything for me. I asked him for Holly’s name, at which point he said that he did not know it? What kind of location manager would not know his managers’ name, or how was he planning to talk to her if he had no idea who he needed to talk to? When I asked Nicolas to speak with his manager, he refused to call and said that he is as high as it gets. I asked him to contact customer service, which he refused to do so because he would not sit on hold for thirty minutes. But if I wanted to call, he was happy to provide the number.The bottom line is this was the worst experience that my husband and I have ever had at Zara. We will not be coming back, along with our friends. This is not what employees of a store I give my money to should treat others. Downright disgusting and extremely unprofessional. Another thing is if someone takes the time to write a review such as this one, you know they have had the worst possible experience they could.

Store looks good with enough space and lightings but the price should be in sync with the clothes, quality and trend. I found drastic difference between the two.

I love this store!!! They always have something cute and unique for my daughter. The adult clothing is really cool, too! Gabrien, the Sales Associate, is truly AWESOME!!! He is very personable, attentive to your shopping needs, and has a great eye for whats fashionable. He is always working and very helpful every time I enter the store, which is probably more often then I should be in there 😉 Zaras a really cool store with really cool clothes and staff. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Literally the absolute worst customer service!!! I drove from Baton Rouge to shop, I absolutely LOVE Zara I shop at a location every time I travel therefore I was soooo looking forward to this location. There were only a handful of customers but there were at least 8-10 staff members milling around not once did anyone ask me if I needed anything, I’m walking around with my arms literally filled with clothes, so I eventually stop 1 of the staff and ask could he start me a fitting room his reply “we don’t do that, you can go start your own” then walks way I go to the fitting room and ask the attendant if he could hold these clothes while I continue to shop? His reply “we don’t hold clothes in the fitting room, you can walk to the front of the store and get a bag”. No offer to assist at all. I tried on the clothes and decided to leave them there. I would much rather purchase them online then give my money to this location.

I like Zara and everything but Ill probably avoid this store in the future and shop elsewhere. It has some of the most unpleasant, unhelpful, disgusted looking people employed there. All of them avoid eye contact with you as not to dare be bothered with actually interacting with or assisting you. There was such as stark difference between the employees at Zara and the sweet, pleasant employees Id just been helped by next door at Sephora. The only moderately pleasant/helpful person in the store was the girl at the fitting rooms with the French braids. But literally these were the rudest employees Ive ever encountered in a retail setting--Ill be checking my Yelp history to confirm this.One employee, a sedated looking brunette, actually walked straight into me while I was browsing through clothes and didnt even flinch, just kept looking straight ahead with the most deadpan/zombie-like expression Ive ever seen. I was so confused and shocked, I didnt even react. I tried to find her before checking out, once I came to my senses. But alas, God was on her side and I never saw her again.If they shut this store down, I wouldnt feel bad for the employees and would happily go back to ordering online.

I always love Zara. Great styles with good quality at just the right price. Highly recommend the mens section, it is much better than the majority of mall clothing stores which only have a small corner for mens styles. At Zara there is plenty to be had for men and I was as able to find several shirts I needed along with s few jackets I just had to say no to for my wallets sake.

Today was my first visit to Zara and I was very disappointed with the service.Although there were 6 employees, only 1 was checking customers out. After a very long wait in line and only after many oeople lined up behind me, did they open a second register. The manager was more concerned about counting and closing registers then servicing customers. No one ever greeted us, offered any help and even after purchasing, no one, even the cashier never said Thank You or apologized for our long wait.It was my first visit and may be my last!!!

Now I know why customers would rather shop online. The customer service was horrible! A greeting with a smile was always something that made me a repeat customer but I feel like it was too hard for most of your employees to crack a smile. Yes most people would rather shop online today than deal with unprofessionals! Not even a have a good day!

I’ve shopped at Zara’s all over the world and this location has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Employees working the registers do not speak to customers but rather carry on conversations with each other, pretending that customers aren’t there. Today while checking out, the girl at the register said to her co-worker “I’m about to go back to working my fitting room because I don’t see how y’all deal with these rude customers”. I would expect something like this at a Wal-Mary but never a Zara. So disappointing!!!

Always perfect for me. I find everything I am looking for from office wear to sportswear. Always accessible prices; even better in its two classic clearance seasons which are usually in January and July.

It does not have a great variety like other ZARA.But it is still ZARA. A place to visit for sure.
