Coffee & bfast sandwich. Toasted the croissant in panini press, nice. Tasty basic bfast fare. Coffee was hot not too strong, not bitter. A little on the pricey side for what you get. Customers all were in masks, none of the staff. Currently, limited availability of menu items which is too be expected.

The places was nice and calm. The drink I had was pretty good. I enjoyed the view and the cute touch with the flow on each table. The chicken sandwich was good. Sadly they dont have grits after breakfast. Over all Id come back for for a nice lil book reading or a cute cafe.

Delicious specialty coffees and one of the best shrimp and grits dishes in town... Goat cheese galore! The food is actually so darned good I decided to eat here for my birthday brunch. The staff is always polite, friendly and accommodating. They made me and my guest feel really special for my birthday!

I love that Perks is always consistent. Their coffee is literally my favorite and they prepare it just the way I like. The food is always good, hot, and fresh, and you really cant get customer experience like you can at Perks. Support one of the best local coffee shops and come here vs going to big chains and you WONT be disappointed.

Had the best salad with adding chicken salad on top. It was delicious. The service was excellent and the ladies were very pleasant to order from. The atmosphere was nice but the floors were kind of sticky.

Perks has so many great items on their menu. My personal favorite is their Blackened Shrimp Wrap. It is original and delicious. Everything about it is perfectly balanced. We also love the breakfast croissants. They are always fresh and hot and the perfect way to start the morning. There are so many great items my entire family loves. I often stop at Perks for my hot amaretto latte. You also can’t beat their frozen coffee. I go so often they usually know my voice at the drive thru. The employees are always attentive and so friendly. If Cheers was cafe, it would be Perks. They are by far my favorite cafe in the city.

Great food. But kind of pricey for basic breakfast items. And they dont always prepare the food correctly. Many times my food has been mixed together when Ive asked that it be separated. I do not want my bacon torn in to little pieces and mixed with my grits. 🤔

I do enjoy this place, but it’s gotten to the point now where the line is so long it’s back up on Clearview and you can’t walk up and place an order to go. Twice now I have not been able to get food or coffee. Back to Starbucks it is.

I had high hopes for the iced honeysuckle ( I’m a nerd for anything honeysuckle ) latte and cold brew, but I was not impressed with either of them, but they were alright. Tried their granita as well, mega disappointed.Staff was mildly friendly, seemed agitated. SUPER Quick service, however!All well!

I like getting the Breakfast Sandwich. The sausage, egg and cheddar is really good. You can get it on an English muffin or a biscuit. A very tasty little breakfast meal!

Perks coffee is a place close to my heart during the beginning of the pandemic perks coffee donated Frozen coffees to essential workers at the grocery store I work at. During a time when everyone was going crazy it made me feel good to be appreciated I can never thank you enough perks coffee

The cafe itself is very modern & cute. The staff was super friendly. They have a huge menu selection for breakfast and lunch, also they make everything from scratch! From the syrups for their coffee all the way to the croutons and dressings for their salads, the price is reasonable for the quality of the product received. Drive thru is a little tight around the corner, all in all I will def be back!

My daughter requested an item that wasn’t on the menu (spinach wrap with chicken, cheddar, and pico). They made the wrap exactly as she requested and it was delicious! Just another reason why we love Perks!

Got the crispy chicken salad. The chicken was hot but the presentation and flavor was off. I also order a sticky bun that was ice cold and stale. The frozen strawberry lemonade was a delight. I think if I ever choose to go back Ill stick the drinks.

Good food for the most part. I usually order avocado toast. The avocado is always fresh and wonderful but the toast is almost never toasted. It is avocado bread. Their bacon is good when it is fresh but you can certainly tell when it is old! They definitely give out old bacon.

We really like Perk. Our favorite is the Avocado BLT wrap, but I also really like the loaded grits. It’s a bit of a breakfast splurge for us, price-wise, or we’d be there more often than we are now!

Clean place, excellent menu accommodations, and they will pre-grind espresso for you if you ask. Their honeysuckle latte is divine.

I dont know about all of their food because the protein bowl is the first thing I tried and now thats all I eat here because its amazing. Coffee of course is great I have no clue how Starbucks stays in business when local shops like this are around with better customer service, better food, and much much better coffee!Perks is a little out of my way for daily visits but anytime I am heading their way I wait for both coffee and breakfast so I can go to Perks.Only reasons they arent 5stars is speed. Although the quality is worth the wait.

This place has some of the best coffee in the city, and their food is delicious too. I highly recommend them for their drive-through.

Had the Monday Perks Plate this week, which was red beans and rice, includes 2 sides. The red beans are probably the best Ive had in a restaurant. They were creamy with pickle meat and sausage - just like ya mama made em. Outstanding!!!

Perks is a cute coffee shop and cafe. This was my first visit. I got a hot chai tea and a shortbread cookie with a dollop of chocolate (turtle). The tea was excellent as was the cookie. They have a nice menu which I will try another time.

Super cute cafe with fast WiFi and good coffee. Staff was also really friendly. Went in to get some work done this weekend and had the place almost all to myself. Great atmosphere! Didn’t have any food this time but will be back!

The food here is pretty mediocre, but Ive been a few times to see if is consistently so. Todays visit confirms that it is. Also, the counter person who served my breakfast garnished it by reaching into a bin of green onions with her bare hands. She had previously been handling money and did not wash her hands. After today, I dont think Ill be returning.

Today was my 1st time eating here and I was not disappointed. The service was good and the food was even better.

This is my go-to place. I love their sandwiches because they are generous with the things that other places tend to skimp on, such as greens, avocado, pesto, cheese..if you order a sandwich here it will be well-made, and stuffed full of good ingredients. It’s the same price as any other cute cafe, the difference being that they actually give you what you pay for, which I find to be super rare. They have great non-coffee drinks, and my favorite is their frozen lemonade, which doesn’t taste like artificial concentrate. Their pastries are always perfect and their selection is huge. The food is ready quickly and everyone is friendly and helpful. Oh, and they serve amazing chocolate-covered strawberries!

A little tooo expensive but its ok

My company orders breakfast once a week essentially every week, we have been doing this for over 2 years now. Today we ordered through the restaurant directly and not Uber or Waitr and the service and delivery from David and Perkins was phenomenal. This was the first time our food did not arrive incorrect or cold. Highly recommend, the restaurant is great and the service is even better.
