I’m allergic to dairy. They didn’t have my first non-dairy option, so I chose another. They still have me milk. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Got the strawberry lemonade refresher and it was delicious 🤤 service was awesome as well😁.Went to look for the new glow in the dark Halloween cups which I can’t find anywhere except online for almost triple the Starbucks price🙄 while I was still unsuccessful in the cup department the service was exceptional

Waited 20 minutes inside for a single drink. There were others ahead of me waiting 30 minutes for a single drink. I talked to the manager and he and the staff were very nice and apologetic, but they are overwhelmed with mobile and Uber orders. Corporate needs to step in and make some changes so that the customers who actually come to the location are served efficiently.

Repeat customer. Preferred Starbucks location in NOLA area. Accurate with unique orders. Usually fairly quick with orders. Friendly staff. Clean store. Nice place to relax for a coffee and conversation. Good drive thru set up.

Drinks are good and the menu is full of things. My order was also prepared fast so that was a bonus, definitely coming back at least once every 2 weeks.

I usually get the perfect drink, but today, I just got coffee, milk, ice, and cream. I asked for a Carmel frappe with extra caramel I dont see or taste no caramel and she ask me how much extra I want and didnt put none at all. I usually get caramel around the cup and at the bottom then the drink then whipped cream and caramel drizzle. So Im upset today

This is like my go to Starbucks I always go to this one . In the mornings the drive thru is a little long so I recommend mobile ordering it’s quicker . Sometimes the barista is not good at making it but I’ve only had that problem like 3 times and I’ve been going to this one for like 6 years .

Ordered a quad shot blonde express or ice venti cup 3 pumps white mocha 2 pumps vanilla and vanilla sweet foam on top made it wrong 3 times sad

Rude manager! My brother and I got our coffee and I was waiting for my food order. They were very busy and were taking a long time. My brother sat down, far from any people, and took off his mask to sip his coffee. The manager left his work making the food (which I was waiting for) to walk over to my brother and rudely confront him about sitting down and removing his mask! It was not a joyful beginning to our day.

Everyone there was extremely nice and they found my grandsons phone that he left in the restroom. Im pleased that there is Still Honest people in the world today.

The staff is super nice but the drive thru!!! Ugh... I have never seen anything like it. Any time of the day you stop by the drive thru is at least a 30 minutes wait. This is insane. The line just does not move. I don’t understand why, this is the only one I have ever seen like this. Someone please call chick fil A and get them some help with their drive thru.

Great location to my home but their drive through is designed poorly and is a definite cause for potential car accidents since it cuts around a parking lot with now Yield signs or arrows. But...the inside of the building is charming and has all of the things you’d expect from a SB.

I just ordered 2 caramel frappes with no whip and extra caramel (tall and venti) they barely but any extra caramel and they put whip on the venti drink.The line was also really long but they also took forever. Will never go again.

Quick service and they have finally opened the indoor area for studying or just lounging with your ☕ or 🥯

Inconsistent service. Some baristas are amazing, some ignore you and seem extremely disgruntled. Service is consistently slow.

Id suggest ordering via app as it can get extremely busy. There is no wait time, and order is usually done in 12mins.

I prefer this one to the target one but it seems like theyre out of ingredients regularly and sometimes the coffees take longer. We generally do the drive though.That being said the drinks are generally very well made and the staff is almost always pleasant.

New Orleans has many different coffee and we have always been a coffee center due to our proximity to South America and the port of New Orleans yet I think Starbucks does a admirable job and some of there large selection of ice coffee is impressive. Starbucks is not my personal day to day fav but they do a nice job

The staff does not sabotage the temperature, its impossible, as the thermostat can only be adjusted by two degrees more or less. Just wanted to share that! Best Starbucks EVER!! The baristas work their butts off, good job guys!

I was there for half an hour waiting for my drinks and when i went to ask for them because they were taking long they didnt have my order they forgot about it

Had quite a few ppl in drive thru chose to go in and was tottaly amazed at the 2baristas working diligently at a pace that is no where else humanly possible to push out hot or cold drinks to go not once having a coffee or Tea come back filled perfectly to the fill line. AMAZING

Today I went through the drive thru with my 11 year old and we order 2 teas. Three times i answered yes, I want them sweetened. Paid with cash so I could tip and pull onto the on ramp of the interstate. I drink my tea only to get a mouthful of unsweetened pineapple tea. My sons tea was not sweetened either. I guess from now I will have to double check my order.

Great Starbucks location. They do have quite a big drive thru area and are usually pretty quick to get your order right although I have had them forget to add syrup to my coffee on more than one occasion. I would highly recommend using the mobile app to place your order ahead of time.

So I scored a $10 ecard on Groupon for $5. Just went to get a large white chocolate cappuccino... Was not pleased at all. Once the froth settled my large cup ended up being only a half the cup worth of coffee and the taste was less desirable. Ill stick to my PJs.

I hate this Starbucks. I work nearby, and every time I go they somehow forget my order. They are understaffed. All I want is a regular hot coffee, and I wait for 10 minutes just for an employee to take an order from ONE person in front of me. Theyre multitasking with the ovens when they should be getting peoples orders in first. Also, the drive thru line is a fire hazard. It constantly blocks the entire parking lot. Hire more people to work shifts. I know you just can afford it.

Like most Starbucks, this one gets crowded several times a day. And while I find the employees to be very affable, I have also observed that they are easily distracted by talking to each other, which slows things down further. Still, the drinks are made well and the friendly attitudes help overlook any shortcomings.

The staff are very polite, and welcoming. They remembered my name, which I thought was very cool.

I mostly only ever use the drive thru. The staff is always very nice. The parking lot can make things tricky if you want the drive thru and its busy but other than that my wait is never very long.

Store apparently opens at 5AM, but 20 minutes after opening the employees show up to open the store. Now I have to cancel my order that is already paid for and goto another store 20 minutes away....

Cashier at the drive-thru “Raven” gave me an attitude (of course) when I presented a gift card and asked for the balance. If you’re miserable with your job, WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

The app isnt working today so expect long lines but employees were pleasant & helpful in spite of the crowd.

Oh, Starbucks! How I wish you offered a more carb friendly menu! Its so hard to say no to those grande cups of surgery goodness! The average iced or frozen coffee at Starbucks has 50 or more carbs, in addition to the other added sugar. Cake pops are a plus when Im looking for something small and sweet. I suppose I could just exercise and limit my Starbucks intake to maybe 1 time a week, but that would just plain suck!! ;)

I always have to have my drink remade. I should have checked my drink before driving off. I stated no dairy multiple times and asked for soy in my coffee. Ended up with a large latte with milk. Couldn’t drink it since I’m lactose 😩. What a waste.

Iced means ICED. Indifferent servers here dont listen to your temp order, or will repeat it back and still get it wrong. Rapidly becoming the worst Starbucks ever.

Found this place by accident. I wanted coffee but as we all know Veterans Blvd. is like a coffee desert, but low and behold, this place stood out like a siren calling wayward sailors to come inside and enjoy some coffee.
