By far the worst service we have ever encountered. We informed the representative what we needed, and they assured we would be happy and the unit and it would do everything we need. The machine provided isnt capable of MANY features we need. Service AWFUL and Konica will not let us out of our contract or provide us with a better unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
