I was hoping I could repair my HP Laser Printer. Made one phone call and brought the printer to them. My problem was quickly diagnosed and the parts and repair were done within a few days. Extremely professional and friendly. I recommend this company highly. Local and convenient.

You can not find better customer service!! When we call Metro with a problem, they always show up quickly to solve our problem. If you have a printer that needs to be serviced….Ed is the one to call! He is an expert in Sharp and HP copy machines which was exactly what we needed! We were in more than a “jam” to say the least. We contacted over 3 printer service companies who came to evaluate the printer but once they diagnosed the issue, they refused to touch it because it would be “ too much work”. They told us to scrape this one and buy a new one. Ed diagnosed the problem and then did the “too much work” aspect too! He was not afraid to do the work necessary to get the new printer working. And when we say necessary, we mean taking apart and having to rebuild drum units, etc. You do not find technicians or people like Ed often these days! He is knowledgeable, professional, and cares about the customer’s happiness! We feel lucky to have found Ed and will be referring him to everyone we know!
