This is one of the busier office depots in the area the have everything you could want to run your business from anywhere they are under staffed with only one cashier even during the busy times of the year

This is one of the busier Office Depots Ive seen around the country, but it had just one cashier. There were always 5-8 people in line the entire time I was in the store. Worse, it looked like they were set up for just one cashier and couldnt add another, unless it was in the copy section. I needed to make copies and all 3 machines were having problems. Took nearly 10 minutes to get help to finally get a machine working. Overall I got what I needed but it took much longer that it should. All resolvable if the store wants to.

I remember when you couldnt throw a rock without hitting an office supply store, attrition? market saturation? covid?i still like walking into a store🙃👍

In my family’s time of need, Jada in the print department, extended her helping hand with excellent customer service skills. She took the time to make our prints just right. We needed a quick turnover and she was very patient and very kind. Jada is a shining example of a great employee and should be recognized for her skill. We did not receive the same tact and compassion at the Carrollton location.

Best copy place in the world even has a waiting area

If you need help at all in this place go see Melissa. She is an f-ing wonderful human being. She was overly helpful when I was having a rough day and had many failures in my shipping. She went above and beyond to help me turn my dumpster fire of a day into a positive one. She is just a kind soul that is appreciated heavily on a day like today!

Very Friendly Service without being pushy.I was greeted as I came in and asked if I needed help. I said not yet and was left alone as I wished.Later when I wanted assistance I received it promptly and the associate knew exactly what isle it was located on.The checkout service was also pleasant.All three associates I came in contact with greeted me and asked if I needed assistance.The mens restroom was clean!

Friendly service, well stocked inventory. Clean inside. Easy to check out. I have never had any major issue here.

I had an awful experience with this Office Depots Tech Services. I brought my computer in because it was having problems. The tech employee said he would take a look and would call me back the same day to update me. He even laughed at me when I gave him my back up drive and asked him to back it up for me because I was having trouble doing so. After six days and no call, I called for an update and was put on hold for 15 minutes by the same employee who later admitted that he never looked at my computer once in the 6 days he had it because he was being required to work in other departments by management. So, after 6 days NOTHING was done to fix my computer and the employee said he didnt know how to work my back up drive either. This is a computer that I purchased from Office Depot. The manager had nothing to say other than sorry. Poor service and incompetent to say the least.

They need to improve the order/pay online and pick up in store. My business partner ordered a monitor and when it was ready they wouldnt allow me to pick it up. Even though I had all of the proper information I wasnt authorized to pick up.I guess it is trying to protect against theft but really having some way of allowing people to get their product when plans changed would be great.

This office depot is excellent. It carries a good supply of office supplies and a few All in one Computers, like Dell, Lenovo said HP. The loyalty points are easy to redeem and the team members were courteous.

Much like other Office Depot stores in general, medium size, and better than the stores within the city I had the opportunity to see (such as Winn-Dixie on Carrolton for example)
